- Linoy (8/5): We really enjoyed the location, which allowed us to get around even during later or less comfortable hours while still f - I really appreciated the cleanliness and room service even if I stepped out for just 20 minutes, the staff would quickly clean the room, replace towels, and leave everything fresh and organized. We also arrived late at night, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Check-out was fast and convenient as well. There was no refrigerator in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the bathroom offered very little privacy, as the door was only partially sealed.

- Lena (6/5): great location, with standard ammenities, unoffensive staff - location, size of room, jets on shower, nice housekeeping staff carpet is dingy, the HVAC system is very loud and uncomfortable-constantly blowing cold air all night long = dry eyes and sore throats in morning; small elevators, the front desk didn't setup key correctly first night, so key kept dying on us-had to wait for tiny elevators to go all the way back down 2-3 days in a row to get the key working again. resulted in being late to a reservation and just exhausting to have to do that unexpectedly at end of night. also very echoey halls and loud doors that slam-so sense of privacy moderate/mornings are not peaceful-like your mom vacuuming and slamming against your door to wake you up in the morning

- Alicia (6/5): A standard that does not match the location. - I have stayed at several hotels in NY that is why I was more looking for location thinking all will have some NY standards. This was not the case. The hotel is worn down and the things in the room are kind of broken, there were not enough outlets, there was one outlet inside a small closet that did not work, the carpet was so old, it was not nice even to step on it. Did not have a coffee maker or water. Although the location was really good I did not feel like staying by myself and went to a marriot almost at the same rate. NO coffee, water, no place to work and no GYM The hotel does not have the standard for being in NY, carpet so old and furniture worn down and not fixed. I did not even want to put my feet on the floor did not seemed cleaned even if it was. staff is friendly but there is only so much you can compensate. Not even a coffee maker in the room.

The only downside was the lack of parking, which made things a little inconvenient but we already knew it. Other than that, it was a good stay and I’d consider staying again.

- Moody (5/5): No thank you. - 2 blocks from Central Park and an easy walk to Times Square and shows. We arrived at 2:30, front desk guy was strict can't check in until 3, we simply don't have a room available. We waited in the lobby for a half hour and start seeing a steady stream of folks heading to the elevator. Shift change had just happened and magically now there were many many rooms available in the span of 30 minutes! The bathroom was gross, the carpets were filthy, the room in general was... lacking. Lacking in care, panache, furniture. It was a miserable stay. The bill was $220 for one night, for a few dollars more- find a nice place. You won't regret it.

The restaurant downstairs is nice, and you can’t beat the location near Central Park and Times Square. This place is worn. The pictures looked good, but my room didn’t present like the photos. Bathtub rusted, carpet worn. It was a good value for Manhattan, but for $200 more over my 3-day stay I could have had luxury high rise a few blocks away.

Al hacer la reserva por Booking prometieron recogida de TAXI en el Aeropuerto (Estaba incluido) pero cuando llamamos al para confirmar dijeron que ese servicio no existía en ese Hotel. Al llegar al Hotel volvimos a reclamar sobre el TAXI y nos repitieron lo mismo.

Windows hadn't been cleaned in probably months. Bathroom was small with shower curtain (not like the photos). Wifi is terrible and only free for first 1.4gb.
- Ramadan (10/5): Wonderful except for what Tatyana has done. - Everything was great; Location, cleanliness, and staff except for one very rude receptionist lady. Her name was Tatyana. When I arrived to the hotel, it was just three hours before the check in time. Tatyana, the receptionist lady, was there. She was by far the worst staff I have ever met in my life in any hotel. First of all, she didn’t smile or greet me. Even when I said good afternoon, she didn’t respond. Her way was so rude. While she was dealing with me in a rude way, she was laughing with some of her colleagues. When I nicely asked her that I had just arrived from 12 hour flight and would be grateful if I can have an early check in, all what she said “check in is at 3:00”. I left the hotel and came one hour later to wait in the reception, I found another lady (can’t remember her name but she told me that she just started working in the hotel one month ago). I thought of trying my luck to check in. I was surprised by her kindness and professionalism. She allowed me to check in with even a better room than I reserved. She finished all check in procedures in just two minutes. I am so grateful to her and her positive and kind attitude. Tatyana, on the other hand, is really in the wrong business.
- גולן (8/5): - כשנכנסנו לחדר, לא הייתה כספת כפי שהיה רשום בהזמנה. פנינו לקבלה ושודרגנו לחדר ענק עם סלון וחדר שינה נפרדים בקומה 9. היה נהדר ומרווח מאוד. צוות אדיב, מקום נקי ונוח. מינוס היחיד מבחינתי שלא היה איפה לתלות מגבות אחרי מקלחת לייבוש.

- John (8/5): I'll be back! - Great location and great value for money. I'd stay again. In fact I'm trying to book it again right now! It's great value for money because it isn't the "cutest", but it does what it says on the tin. If all you need is a comfy bed, pillows and an excellent shower, then this is a great choice. If you need more than that, then spend more elsewhere, you're not short of options.

- Vitaliia (7/5): - The security deposit of 100$ was returned the next day after check-out, which is great, because the other I was staying at before it took them 2 weeks to return it. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable. Location was phenomenal, close to center and Times Square and also to the metro. I enjoyed my stay in general, pretty budget-friendly hotel for the location it is at. Although, I wish the room would be cleaner before checking-in. Additionally, one day I needed hot water to take my medicine and went downstairs to ask for one glass and the reception-store charged me 2$ for just a cup of hot water. This is slightly insane, but okay. Other than that my stay was nice.

La habitación, si bien es pequeña, está muy limpia y tiene de todo lo que se puede necesitar. La televisión tiene todos los canales de calidad para ver deporte. El personal es muy amable y atento. Hay plancha y secador. Estaría bien disponer de tetera o cafetera en la habitación. Mi habitación daba a un patio interior, por lo que nada de vistas, aún así mejor, porque al haber tanto ruido en la calle sería difícil descansar.

- Farren (9/5): Een fantastische verblijf in NYC - Het is een heel fijne locatie. Net onder Central Park en dichtbij veel subway stations. Inchecken ging heel snel en gemakkelijk. Het hotel is heel comfortabel, knus en stil. De restaurants en cafe's in de buurt zijn helaas niet zo lekker of goed. Hiervoor moet je wat verderop gaan, richting het zuiden van Manhattan. Het hotel had helaas geen paraplu te leen tijdens een dag met regen.
