- Włodzimierz (10/5): Bardzo dobry hotel. - Świetnie położony hotel blisko stacji metra Great Portland Street i drugiej Warren Street. Spokojna ulica, niedaleko do Regent Park i Barker Street z pomnikiem i Muzeum Sherlocka Holmesa. Sam hotel wygodny, pokoje duże z czajnikiem elektrycznym, ekspresem kawowym na kapsułki i zestawem do herbaty, kawy, a nawet czekolady. Dodatkowe słodycze ciasteczka, wafelki, chipsy codziennie uzupełniane. Duża łazienka, wszędzie czysto. Śniadania bardzo obfite, jest w czym wybierać na gorąco, zimno, słodko, ostro, dużo owoców, napojów. Korzystaliśmy także z kolacji. Mogliśmy wybrać ze specjalnej karty menu 3 dania: starter, danie główne i deser. Obsługa miła i pomocna.

Excellent breakfasts and delicious evening meal eaten on one night. Unable to isolate main bright bedroom light to just over bed light for reading in bed at night.

- Quinto (8/5): Una buona soluzione per visitare il centro di Londra - La posizione è ideale, vicinissima al centro e a ridosso di Regent's Park (bellissimo). Con una passeggiata si arriva proprio nel cuore del centro (Soho, etc.). Nulla, le stanze sono un pò piccoline ma nello standard ed esattamente come descritte nel sito.

- Karien (9/5): Lovely, comfortable, peaceful stay for a very busy weekend in London. - The staff were amazing. Give them all raises. Honestly cant think of anything that I disliked. Again the staff are the best!

- Godfrey (5/5): Disappointed - I have been staying at the Holiday Inn since the 1980's when it was part of the Pist House Forte Group. Despite the high price tag that comes with a room, the hotel has reduced its services as if they are running a hostel. I think all they are interested in is to fill rooms and money from clients without providing any of the services that comes with a hotel of this level and location. You hardly receive a smile at the reception during check in and check out. The impression you get is, we are busy and only here for your money

The location was excellent (as we were off to appointments in Harley Street) and the sound-proofing 98% effective (we were disturbed only by some very important businessman shouting (or so it seemed) into his mobile phone...Breakfast was well-laid out, with everything we could possibly wish for...The team on Reception were extremely helpful. Good card-controlled security to access upper floors. The idiot who shouted into his mobile and then slammed his bedroom door. That could however happen anywhere...

Staff made us feel seen and valued. - Location was good, Just a short walk to Regents Park, some great restaurants and not too far from Oxford St. We only had 1 breakfast in the Hotel, it was pretty typical. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant, food was good and wait staff were excellent. Although we were upgraded to a "Premium Room:" It was still rather small and cramped.
