• Giuseppe (8/5): Centrale, silenzioso, comodo per la metro - Posizione ottima, centrale, vicino alla stazione Metro Atarazanas. Il monolocale affaccia su un ampio pozzo luce interno e questo garantisce silenziosità. proprio l'affaccio sul pozzo luce interno non consente l'utilizzo dello stendino presente nel monolocale rendendo praticamente inutilizzabile la lavatrice o l'eventuale possibilità di provvedere al lavaggio. presente anche un ferro da stiro ma assente l'asse (anche una piccola da tavolo andrebbe bene). Consiglierei di far trovare all'arrivo degli ospiti almeno un rotolo asciugatutto e anche due tovagliette per utilizzare il tavolo per la colazione.

• franco (10/5): Fantástico - Ottimo Appartameto, pulito spazioso ed accogliente , in zona centralissima, alle spalle di piazza Plaza de la Constitución , nel Cuore di malaga, pieno di bar ristoranti e locali, tutto raggiungibile a piedi, stazione malaga alameda dove arriva il treno dell’aeroporto a 5 min, consigliatissimo Tutto perfetto
• Trabucco (8/5): Appartamento ottima posizione - Staff disponibile fino a tarda ora, ci hanno cambiato asciugacapelli che era mezzo rotto. Ambiente pulitissimo, zona centrale e vicino a tutto. Kit di benvenuto con spugna per piatti, straccio, lavapiatti. Bagno grande Le luci dell'appartamento troppo scure. C'è solo una finestra e non si chiudeva e anche la serranda a chiave. Consiglio di dare ai clienti piu carta igienica e piu sacchi della pattumiera.

• Rajaa (10/5): - Très bon emplacement au centre de la ville de Malaga, proche des centres commerciaux Larios et cote ingles, 4 arrêts de train de plaza mayor, bien équipé, à côté des cafés et des restaurants. Malheureusement la plaque de cuisson n'a pas marché.
• Colm (6/5): Good - The location was perfect it was extremely central to everything, only a 5 minute walk to the city centre and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Check in seamless too, the staff were hands off and made the check in and out very easy. As the location is so central the street adjacent to the room is super busy and loud. The bed is next to the balcony where the door doesn’t close properly making sleeping difficult if your a light sleeper. Also lacked some amenities like toilet paper, shampoo etc.
• MarcccoLT (1/5): Disappointing - The markings are confusing and we couldn't find our number. The entrance to the house is unmarked so we had to search for a long time. There was no basic kettle for water, so we had to boil water in a pot.
• Dustin (6/5): - Airco werkte top en de locatie was perfect Buren waren aan het verbouwen, dus rustig was het zeker niet. Bedden en kussens waren matig, geen nacht echt goed geslapen. Keuken(tje) was niet goed schoon.

• Lizbeth (8/5): On a aimé tout de même séjourner ici on reviendra je pense. Il reste juste ces choses là à améliorer. - L’emplacement était vraiment top j’ai adoré. Il y a pleins de restaurant à côté ou même les boutiques. Il y avait la climatisation c’était magnifique. Le wifi ne marchait pas pendant 2 jours. Il n’y avait pas assez d’équipement. Pas d’armoire pour ranger les habits. Il y avait juste un truc pour accrocher les veste. Ils ont été assez radins sur le savon pour la vaisselle le papier toilette et gel douche et shampooing . Il y avait pas de sopalin ni de torchon. Pas de spatules. Il y avait que le stricte nécessaire(cuillère, couteaux, fourchette, 1 casserole, 3-4 poêles). Il y a énormément de passants très tard la nuit, ça ça nous a pas énormément dérangé, mais quand on voulait bien dormir les volets on pouvait pas les fermer complètement car ils étaient cassés . Le lit confortable, mais avec des taches sur les couvertures et oreillers. Il y avait des cheveux qui n’étaient pas les nôtres. Il y avait de la poussière et des cheveux un peu partout. On a dû acheter pas mal de chose car il n’y avait pas à l’appartement.
• Greta (7/5): buono - posizione super perfetta purtroppo la struttura è sporca,appena arrivati era una cosa evidente la condizione della casa (capelli ovunque e ragnatele per non parlare di quello che c’era sotto al letto) ho scritto al personale allegando e inizialmente si è mostrato disponibile dicendo che avrebbe mandato la collega;ovviamente io prima di uscire da casa ho tolto la ragnatela più evidente e dato una pulita ma ovviamente aveva bisogno di una pulizia molto approfondita. il giorno seguente ho scritto dicendo che non c’era stata nessuna pulizia mi rispondono con un video dove fanno vedere che non c’era più la ragnatela(tolta da me) Per non parlare delle formiche che si trovano.

• Michael (2/5): Bad experience- App very dirty and smelly - Location The room had no windows to the exterior. Intense smell of damp in the room and in the entrance of the building. Only one set of towels for the full stay- not even hand towels were available. The carpet in the bathroom was very dirty and the bathroom floor was black (we had to clean with alcohol and the cleaning paper was black). The air-conditioning was not working properly- was not cooling down, and was constantly switching off. Bedsheets very short for the mattress. Sofa in the room with several spots of dirt

• Marjolein (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful stay. I saw some negative reviews here on booking, but the apartment is clean and modern. It is a perfect place to stay for your citytrip. The location was super. It was quiet even though it is in the middle of the city centre. We loved the huge bed and it was very comfortable to be able to watch Netflix from the bed Nice kitchen. Also modern. It had everything we needed. We did ate out a lot but for making a quick lunch, or to bake an egg it was great. Key pick up went smoothly. We had a late flight but we could pick them up at a key drop box which was near train station Centro Alameda. Nothing

I would stay there again - Location was very good,comfortable bed, big apartment, There was a bad smell constantly, the towels had that smell too. There was a lot of small ants first day(I sprayed and gone).The tails had mold in the shower. And not noice isolated.

Also I was on the ground floor and it was pitch dark in room From a security point of view I had a big glass double door that could not be locked from the inside ,anyone could open it from the outside... Finally you had to collect the key of apartment from an office a few miles away..

The smell from sewage was disgusting and caused headache . You are not able to open balcony door the only view what you have is on the staircase and everyone who is coming can see you. Washing machine was broken.

Near the accommodation are museums,cathedrals,restaurants etc. Staff are amazing!Very friendly and approachable. Kitchen is poorly equipped. The humidity inside the apartment is unbearable. People with respiratory issues, like asthma, should not consider staying here. The apartment is in the ground floor and doesn’t have natural ventilation.It is extremely dark and it’s impossible to see daylight.

• Alejandro (3/5): Awful value for money. - It basically only had It basically only had one window, which opened to a disgusting terrace full of cigarette butts and empty soda bottles. The place is essentially a damp cave.

I requested a non smoking apartment. the first I smelt when i opened the door was the smoke of cigarette. 2. I had to cross the city by walk with my suitcases before picking up the keys. I informed Booking.com about this issue but I never get a reply from their support services. Second time it happens 3. There was no window with access to "natural light". The only view showed me the steps.
