Η κοπέλα με την οποία μιλήσαμε ήταν εξυπηρετική σε όλα. Μας κατατόπισε για την τοποθεσία και για τις λειτουργίες του δωματίου. Μας έστειλε βίντεο πριν φτάσουμε για να δούμε ακριβώς που θα μπούμε και από πού θα πάρουμε τα κλειδιά. Το πρώτη βράδυ δεν βρήκαμε πως ανάβει η θέρμανση αλλά αυτό δεν είναι λάθος του καταλύματος. Την επόμενη μέρα ρωτήσαμε και μας ενημέρωσαν
• Pascale (7/5): Tolle Lage, mehr aber nicht - Die Lage ist perfekt. Ich würde wieder bei einem Städtetrip in Rom an dieser Lage übernachten. Das Bett war sauber. Das Zimmer ist extrem klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer konnte kaum genutzt werden. Man kann sich im ganzen Zimmer nur alleine bewegen, weil es so eng ist. Der Badezimmerboden ist gruselig. Nicht sauber und sehr abgenutzt. Es ist sehr ringhörig. Man kann die Nachbarn verstehen, was sie reden. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, denn es riecht nach Friteuse vom Restaurant darunter.

La camera bella spaziosa compresa di fornelli elettrici e mini frigo. Al di fuori della struttura che già di per sé merita, cosa che la rendono da 5 stelle sono le due ragazze/ signore che gestiscono. super cordiali e super disponibili, il giorno di partenza abbiamo lasciato i bagagli lì, ma pioveva e abbiamo potuto aspettare lì in reception senza avere alcuna fretta di andare via! La posizione è perfetta e alle spalle di piazza navona! Rapporto qualità prezzo fantastica!! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per la prossima visita a Roma! Ps: primo piano è con ascensore!

The woman who checked us in was amazingly helpful and without asking, she double-checked our travel information and ensured we didn't miss our bus to Naples. Turns out, we almost went to wrong bus station. Room wasn't large, but well organized and very clean. Nice bathroom. Everything was great.

Yet the latter is an inevitable consequence of the fact that the mansion is a set of two fully renovated areas within a traditional very old downtown building

Vacanza rovinata - La camera aveva la vasca idromassaggio che anche se è un po’ fredda e pericolosa è sempre un lusso Sull’annuncio c’era scritto che la vista era verso il luogo di interesse e io mi aspettavo a Piazza Navona, invece poi si è scoperto che il luogo di interesse era il Senato. One needs to rest well in o - Once found, it was close to the Piazza and easy drop off and pick up with Uber. If your room faces the Piazza- expect no sleep. The windows are not soundproof and people are talking, drinking, singing and making noise till 4am. Not good if you want to rest. Bed could have more cushion and the square toilet is so uncomfortable to use.

• Luciana (5/5): Decepcionante, foi o hotel mais caro da viagem e o que menos nos agradou. Poderiam melhorar. - A localização é muito boa, próxima à Piazza Navona (100 metros). O Hotel fica num prédio muito antigo, com elevador pequeno e que nem sempre funciona. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, contudo a recepção não funciona 24 Horas. Não serve café da manhã. Os quartos são muito escuros e não há ganchos para pendurar toalhas, ou qualquer outro objeto no banheiro. A recepção não funciona 24 horas. O acesso ao quarto do hotel é feito através de duas portas com chaves, o que nos preocupou com relação à segurança. A porta da entrada do edifício, como é compartilhada com o comércio local, estava quase sempre aberta (encostada e sem a trava).

Giant tub takes up more than a third of the room, and the faucets had a cardboard box taped over them. No notice form the B&B operators, and when I confronted them about it, they were totally disinterested! We deserve a refund! Bed is like a box spring with no mattress. Hard as a rock. No light inside the shower. It’s pretty obvious someone without a clue how to do construction work, has been destroying the place with their inept “improvements!” Garbage, avoid this hovel!

• Robert (8/5): - The location of the hotel is fantastic. Same walking distance to the Vatican and the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. We booked two rooms for the same price but one was much smaller than the other. The wifi was very bad, disconnected a lot and was slow. Was supposed to have water in the room every day but didn't until I said something. Luggage needs to be carried up one flight of stairs before an elevator is available...and the elevator is very very small. We would stay there again because of the location but have not learned what questions to ask. Would be good if Hotels.com at least mentioned the elevator situation.
• Jin (2/5): The actual usable room space is very small - we stayed in the Exclusive Suite, Balcony, City View room. There is a huge tub in the room, but we were told that the tub is out of service. The actual room space is very small. We paid over $500/day and stayed in a small, incontinence room. it was a bad experience.

• Matthew (7/5): Great location for basing your Rome excursions - The location was really good. Central to everything we came to see and not too hard to find from the Train station. The room was well set up and we had everything we needed for our stay, the staff were wonderful and the room was very clean ... There was very little sound proofing between rooms so if hearing your neighbours is a problem for you, we suggest you take ear plugs! The noise seemed to come via the hallway with very little buffering so people moving about etc was very loud. It's particularly noisy at night as people come in from exploring this amazing city. We enjoyed our stay, just a little sleep deprived 😴

• Rafael (8/5): - The hotel is ocated in a very centric location. The staff was extremely accomodating, especially Francesca.
• Mary (10/5): - All is convenient to Piazza. If you stay, pay the extra money so ther you get a balcony looking over the piazza. Also.. heads up as there are two flight of steps to reception desk which is considered Floor 1. You can then get the elevator from there.
• tom (10/5): - Amazing location, beautiful room, front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
