Nisu mi se dopali ni sumnjivi likovi koji su se muvali tj. stajali naslonjeni na znak ispred hotela, imala sam osecaj da posmatraju goste da bi ih tipovali za kradju pa se zbog toga nissm osecala sigurno. - Jitka (4/5): Starší průměrný hotel - Dobrá lokalita, v okolí jsou obchody i restaurace. Snídaně průměrné, špatná káva, naředěné džusy, příjemné je prosecco na snídaňovém baru. Malé pokoje se starým vybavením, rozhodně to není 5*. Personál nezdraví, není moc příjemný. Snídaně jsou průměrné, vejce, lívance i wafle každý den studené, nemají dobrou kávu ani nápoje. Úklid nic moc. Většina klientů byli asiaté.

Staff overall was very friendly however there was one staff member who was very unpleasant and had an attitude. She was the lady working in the morning making omelets for breakfast. She honestly seems to be very annoyed with the work she has to do there and I felt uncomfortable having to deal with her and her attitude.

- Thomas (7/5): L’hôtel est correct dans l’ensemble - Le petit- déjeuner était bon. La salle de sport était vraiment bien, le staff très accueillant. Séjour de 3 nuits. Assez déçus par notre expérience. Nous avons été placés dans une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite sans en avoir fait la demande, avec en plus une forte odeur de renfermé au niveau des draps. Durant tout le séjour, les draps n’ont pas été changés et les poubelles n’ont pas été vidées. L’hôtel est correct dans l’ensemble, mais le niveau de service ne correspond clairement pas à un établissement 5 étoiles.

Sei un po fuori centro ma con il bus 54 arrivi a 400 mt. dal hotel da Gran Via! Abbiamo solo soggiornato senza colazione ma abbiamo visto che era Super c’era di tutto cioè intercontinentale e molto ben assortito. Un piccolissimo neo la strada sotto ma essendo i letti comodi si dorme comunque bene.

In particular the "egg bar" master Melissa was doing exceptional job to be kind and fast, despite too many people and too little staff over the weekend Size of rooms and problem with aircon / no option to open windows. Also unused opportunity to have a rooftop terrace / café

The staff there were excellent My room was incredibly noisy, with non-stop traffic noise throughout the night, the double glazing (or lack of it) was extremely poor for the price paid. None of the lifts were operational on one of the mornings, no signage to explain the situation and the walk down from floor 16 was not great. Opened a bottle of red wine from the mini bar (red in the fridge?) and it had obviously been opened previously and resealed. It was a horrid dark brown in colour and totally undrinkable. Proof that the mini bars aren't checked regularly as the bottle of wine wasn't replaced for the following date

- Andrew (8/5): Choose for price/quality if extra commute distance is ok. - Good breakfast indeed! Depending on you priorities you might or might not like the location. A bit far from everything for a tourist. But quiet when this does matter. Ask for a renovated room. Receptionists were very kind to upgrade. All was good except for not soundproof door and thin windows that don’t block street noise much. (I guess common to whole Spain). Hence ask for higher floor.

Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, dies im Vorfeld transparent zu kommunizieren, da man erst an der Rezeption darüber informiert wird.
- Jens (3/5): Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, allerdings nach meinem Empfinden keine fünf Sterne. - Sehr gute Lage. Einrichtung nicht mehr auf neuesten Stand. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Aufzug, und man hörte den Aufzug sehr deutlich.

- Nima Tabibi (10/5): As always Melia group hotels are excellent and we enjoyed our stay - The rooms were excellent and we had conneting rooms. The pakage for my dog was a big pleasant surprise with her own bed and a doggy snack and care bag. All in all it was a very good experience The hotel was renovating some door locks and they started work in the early hours of Saturday which was a bit annoying, but the staff and specially the manager was very helpful and as a token of appology they refunded 50% of the total bill.

- Carolina (7/5): With ups and downs - The rooms, decoration, location… and the amazing staff at Prezzemolo restaurant, especially Zoe and Miguel that made our stay so much nicer. In the last day my daughters and I were very tired and fell asleep on the reception sofas. A reception lady came to us and was extremely rude in asking us to leave the area immediately. Both teenagers were fast asleep, in an elegant position, causing no problem other than having their eyes shut. This reception lady was working on Sunday 15 March in the afternoon - it’s the only staff member that definitely was not up to the standards of the hotel. Point to note: I have previously asked Guest Services if we could sit down and rest in that area amd they’d agreed
