Man konnte das Gepäck auch kostenlos dort lagern Große Zimmer mit weichen Betten Im Bad gab es teilweise Schimmel, und es hat extrem aus dem Abfluss gerochen, so dass man sich quasi nicht im Zimmer aufhalten konnte

You could hear the street in the room which I loved as we were too tired to go out but could still enjoy the atmosphere. Jack, Nancy and another lady that helped us at reception were lovely!

If you are a couple don't book the small single bed room - Staff were all lovely and the location was close to so many things in the old quarter and French quarter plus the night markets are just around the corner. Plenty of great food places nearby. Nothing was too much for the staff when we needed assistance even with a ride to the airport. Room 401 is very small - not ideal for couples but single would be ok. No real space to open bags or store clothing. Shower screen door was missing but have I formed the property about this. People staying here would talk loud and slam doors at all hours but that's just people and not a reflection on the property itself. Mattress was very firm which we were not used to so made sleep a bit uncomfortable. Ask for a high floor room to minimise outside noise.

Molnár (7/5): Alapvetően nem rossz szállás, közel van minden, de a fényképek kissé megtévesztőek. - Nagyon jó környéken van, könnyen megközelíthető onnan bármi, a személyzet mindig kifogástalanul a rendelkezésre állt kérdés esetén. A szoba nem egészen olyan volt, mint a képen, koszosabb is volt, a hajszárító kész életveszély, a melegvíz mire felért egy örökkévalóság volt, dohos szag volt bent. Vékonyak a falak, annyi szerencsénk volt csak, hogy a mellettünk lévő szoba lakói csendesek voltak. És még egy fontos dolog, a 9,1-es értékelés (ami akkor volt, amikor foglaltam), egyértelműen annak tudható be, hogy kijelentkezéskor ráerőltetik a vendégekre a visszajelzés írást ott helyben (nyilván nem fog rosszat írni ilyenkor az ember). Nem akartam alapból visszajelzést írni, mert annyira nem volt vészes a szállás, de ez, hogy erőltették a jó visszajelzés írását, nagyon zavaró és megtévesztő. Sajnálom a személyzetet, hogy a manager rájuk erőlteti ezt a hálátlan feladatot.

Federica (9/5): Comodo e confortervole - Molto comoda da raggiungere, si trova in una zona molto carina e piena di locali di Hanoi. Il ragazzo della reception è stato di una gentilezza unica davvero. Letto comodo e camera provvista di accappatoi e di doccia con vetro per chiusura (se ne vedono pochissime qua in Vietnam). Stanza ampia provvista di tv e vari altri servizi. Stanza un po’ vintage, da rinnovare un po’, così come il bagno.

The service was incredible, Elvis was lovely and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. It definitely was amazing, the only problem was the noise, on our last evening there was a window being fixed in the room below at 10pm which was a struggle, but Elvis was lovely and helped my partner when he went down to let them know.

Mia (10/5): - Staff was very friendly! Facilities are very clean and completely adequate but a little bit outdated. The AC had a little smell when we first arrived but seemed to regulate after some use.

The room is quite old and the wardrobe and shower need repairs. The room is smaller than appears on the photos
