- Shajahane (4/5): More attention to the guest is required - Property was well located, and it’s reasonably clean and I wouldn’t say it’s all that. I had to wait for almost 10 minutes in the queue for reception desk the restaurant staff was very rude and the hotels didn’t seem to care. and I personally would not stay at this hotels. - PHILIPPE (10/5): Bel hôtel très bien situé, pratique pour visiter Milan - Très bel hôtel, très bien équipé. Situation parfaite pour visiter Milan : un peu à l'extérieur du centre mais situé sur une ligne de métro (à 2mn de l'hôtel) directe pour le Duomo. Parking sur place. Très bon petit déjeuner avec large choix.

There is a VERY good seafood restaurant with very good prices just around the corner. Parking on the street, directly outside the front door was easy and cheap (paid till 6pm, after-which is free). The gym was new and well maintained. The area is a little grim but it felt safe to park the car and to walk to the metro. The hotel itself is beautiful. Feels well maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

- Robyn (8/5): Comfortable Hotel located near Metro line with easy access to Duomo and Central Station. - It was near the Metro train line that goes to Duomo and Central Station. From these we could connect easily to other train lines. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful. The noise of airconitioning/heating system for the hotel near our room which ran from 7am to 11pm. It also caused the windows to rattle.

La zona la sera è molto tranquilla e silenziosa davvero un posto perfetto sia per un soggiorno di Lavoro che di piacere puoi raggiungere tutte le attrazioni più importanti in modo veloce e pratico sia in taxi sia in metropolitana.

- Pierre-yves (5/5): Ecart entre les photos du site et la réalité. Certaines chambres sont modernes mais d'autres pas! - Emplacement idéal à deux pas du métro avec un trajet de maximum 10 minutes avec celui-ci. Nourriture du petit déjeuner avec un choix varié et en suffisance. La literie propre et changée Faïence cassée à différents endroits dans la salle de bains. Le personnel devrait avoir un peu plus de temps pour faire les nettoyages après un départ afin de garantir une chambre totalement propre. Manque de réactivité lors du petit déjeuner, une des machines à café était en panne et nous étions nombreux à attendre. La situation à été résolue le lendemain en mettant à disposition de l'eau chaude pour les personnes désirant simplement un thé ce qui a réduit fortement le temps d'attente. Sachant que le potentiel de l'hôtel est de 255 chambres avec une capacité moyenne de deux personnes soit 510 personnes qui peuvent venir déjeuner, je vous laisse imaginer la situation...

- line (5/5): Trop cher pour ce que c'est - le calme et la proximité des transports Hôtel, vieillot, en mauvais état : murs et moquette sales. La taxe n'est pas incluse dans le prix affiché : un supplément de 10 € par nuit et par personne est exigé

- Kawa (4/5): Sehr veraltete Gebäude, 11. Stockwerk vermeiden - Die Zimmern sind relativ groß. Verbindung zu U-Bahn könnte nicht besser werden. Die Haltestelle ist gleich da neben. Bettwäsche waren sauber. Das Gebäude ist sehr veraltet. Achtung ⚠️: die Zimmer auf dem 11. Stock vermeiden. Die Ventilation System lautet wie eine Hubschrauber. Erste Nacht könnte wir kaum schlafen. Nächste Tag haben wir einen anderen Zimmer auf dem 10. Stock bekommen. Es ist seit längerem bei deren Personal bekannt, aber tu so als was neues gewesen wäre. Als Vergütung habe wir nur kostenlose Parkplatz in der Garage bekommen.

Gewisse Einrichtungsgegenstände waren schlecht montiert, Schrauben locker. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich etwas mehr. 25€ für einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist schon happig, sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein...

Wspaniała obsługa, która poleciła nam najbliższa restaurację pomimo naszej późnej godziny przybycia. Pokoje czyste, przestronne, łazienka z wanną, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Śniadanie super z możliwością wyboru wielu opcji- jogurty, owoce, desery, ale też typowe elementy kuchni kontynentalnej jak pieczywo, wędlina, sery. Brakowało jedynie świeżych warzyw ;) Brak żelazka w pokoju.

Le bar qui permet une pause agréable avec fruit pressé que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. L’accueil au moment du checkin, efficace et sympathique La tv n’offre qu’une seule chaîne; la 3! Pourquoi? Checkin et checkout étaient traités sinmultanement et pour un checkout rapide il a fallu attendre de longs checkin. Dommage ce fut une mauvaise note au moment du départ.

Su richiesta lo staff provvede a servire al tavolo prodotti che non sono nel buffet ma disponibili, ad esempio cappuccino senza lattosio. La posizione strategica a due passi dalla linea M3 che permette con sole sei fermate (circa 10 minuti) di essere in Duomo. La moquette in terra nella camera e le tende piuttosto retrò sono sintomo di poca igiene e molta polvere. Comunque solo pulite e oridinate.

Being over 70 yo I found it difficult to get into & out of bath for showering. A grab rail to hang on to as you get in would be useful.

Staff gentilissimo, efficiente e disponibile. Ci è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito per cui io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite. Camera silenziosissima, letti e cuscini comodi, bagno ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario. A disposizione macchina da caffè Illy, bollitore con selezione di tè e tisane, acqua e biscottini di benvenuto. Colazione varia e di buona qualità sia di dolce che di salato. Torneremo. Unico neo: l'assenza di chiave elettronica, che non permette di accendere e spegnere le luci centralmente.

- Javier (10/5): Great location and facilities, with fantastic and accommodating staff - The facilities and location were great, but the staff truly made our stay superb. The entire team was fantastic and accommodating, especially when we arrived early. Nothing, everything was great.
