- Beverly (6/5): False advertisement on transportation - The hotel was in a good location, false advertising about transportation to the hotel from airport even got an email from staff saying they would provide it. On arrival they said they had to update the info as it wasn’t correct and staff had given me wrong info. Also on checkout I asked for a taxi and front desk guy was rude he said he would call then couldn’t guarantee if I would have a taxi or how much it would cost as he was waiting for them to call him back after waiting for 20min I just got myself an uber and rude guy said do what you want then told me I paid too much for uber and taxi would’ve been a flat fee of $65 I said you couldn’t tell me the price earlier and you couldn’t guarantee me a taxi
- Louise (6/5): - Room was beautiful. A lot of hotel seems to be getting upgrades. Area is a little further out but Metro is close by. Staff needs more training. Old building with very minimal amenities.

- Jasmine (2/5): - Male cleaning staff repeatedly entered my room even though I told them not to clean it and also had a Do Not Distrub sign on the door. I was solo traveling and had the sign on the door when male staff just opened the door ignoring the sign and not knocking. Later, my credit card that was left in the room on the bed was used to make several chargers. I would not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe with male cleaning staff having access to my room and coming in without knocking even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. He was eager to come into my room even though I told him not to several times. Very unconfortable experience.

- Jamiya (10/5): - We loved this area. We stayed on the third floor which came with a balcony, I saw reviews saying you don’t get what you see but it just depends on the package you buy. In our case we got the balcony with the double room. Everything was renovated and new. The only problem we had was the AC wasn’t running the first night but we brought it up to the staff and they were able to fix it. The massage tub did leak and did not massage however it was nice to sit in there to relax. Overall I loved being there we had thoughts about staying extra nights. Definitely recommend!!! You’ll love it here. Very convenient for the metro as well
- Kaliyah (10/5): - One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! I’ll get the negative out of the way first. If you are looking for a hotel with a “classic Paris view” this is not that. However everything else was wonderful! The hotel was cheap and very nice for the price! I traveled solo, I had a king sized bed, wonderful shower and bathroom amenities! Right out front you have access to the trains which handles transportation for you but most things in the area are walkable! Museè D’Orsay was around 20 minutes away by walking!

- Jamila (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to Cite University campus which was less than 10 minutes walking up the street! It’s right at the M4 train station as well and very convenient. I took the train from the airport to arrive! I loved my small and cozy balcony room! I will miss it! The staff was pleasant and friendly! The hotel has recently changed ownership with a new name! I would have been confused had I not read a review before arriving! I was not aware of this change until then. It is now Bobos hotel. They also serve a small complimentary breakfast! I enjoyed my stay and would stay again…

Tried to order around 9:00 pm and the desk told us they were "too busy, call back later" we didn't call back so I don't know much about the room service. Anyway, the stay was good overall for comfort and very good for location.

Metro and tram are next to the entrance door and you have supermarkets very close. The only problem is that rooms are not soundproofed, I had a neighbor who shouted into his phone until 2AM and I couldn't sleep.

It should have been free but oh well. The only thing that was annoying was the internet not working properly at all times. Other than that. I like it.

This hotel was very clean and the location was great next to the metro that takes you to all the places you need. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a a cheap option.
- Lorena (6/5): - Hotel conveniently located right in front of metro stop, in what appeared to be a nice neighbourhood. There were many grocery stores/food options nearby. And within walking distance to the Catacombs. Walls were very thin, though, and you could hear everything going on in your neighbour's room. Also room did not look like those pictured. It was small, our window looked into the building, and you could constantly smell smoke in our room even though we requested a non-smoking room. Shower was tiny, also. It was like showering in a camper van shower.
- Verified traveler (6/5): They will charge you before you get there! - The hotel is clean and have nice breakfast but it has a very small elevator with one person capacity and if you have a room at higher floors (I was at 6th floor) you have to wait for a long time. besides they charged my credit card before I get there and made difficulties for me. The told me that they will cancel the transaction but they did not I am still waiting for my money back! Besides walls are too thin and you can easily hear what is happening in you next room.

Not great location for tourists but totally decent and on both metro and tram lines, with many bus lines access as well. walls are a little thin, my neighbors chatted late in the night, I could have done with more silence but it was the only nuisance, the room was on a courtyard so, overall very quiet. Didn't check bkfst. I don't eat early morning. The desk was the size of a kid's desk. If it is important to you, maybe make sure your room has a decent size desk.

- V (2/5): - I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional hotel staff such as the ones at this hotel. They were rude and would not acknowledge us when we arrived or left during our stay. When I first got there, they double charged me for my room. It’s been 9 days now I’m still going back and forth with them to have my $1,500 refunded back to me when it was said it would be back in my account in 2-3 days. The woman that runs the breakfast is very dry and unhappy. Seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Breakfast is very limited. If they run out of something they don’t replenish. A group of us had to ask for more coffee to be made. The phone in the room did not work. The safe had batteries that died on us. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. It’s poorly managed and the staff members are either just very happy or need a lot more training on displaying a positive attitude.

Easy to go places. - The hotel location is very convenient, cleanliness is excellent, the staff approach good practice but there is no small kettle in a triple room for a warm drink during the night. We find it very dangerous to go down from the top floor to the reception to go and make a hot tea and hold it to climb back up.

- Sinique (8/5): Convenient location....and AMAZING bed! - This hotel is on the south end of Paris. If you get to CDG it will take you about 45 mins to get to the hotel. There are streetcar and metro stops almost in front of the entrance which makes it super convenient. To go to the turistic places you can use the metro and will be there in 15 to 20 mins. Our last day we had a super late flight and even though we could have left our luggage at the hotel for free we took it to Gare du Nord (paid storage) to be closer to CDG and have more time to see the city. What I loved about this hotel was the bed, super comfortable! Breakfast was not included and overpriced, there are caffes, bakeries, and fruit stores within walking distance as an alternative.

- C (4/5): Noiciest hotel experience ever - I booked my reservation with Expedia and the deal was including breakfast. When we arrived, we were told that we do not have breakfast included in the deal. The Wifi speed of my phone was extremely slow in Europe and i couldnt make any phone calls to confirm because Tmobile would charged me an arm and a leg to make regular phone call. I couldn't check my previous emails regarding my reservation because the reservation was made back in early April and the WIFI speed wasnt able to get that far. I had no choice but just take their words for it. In addition, the hotel lobby has a small coffee pot and i asked if i could get the coffee thinking it was there for the hotel guests but the front desk gentleman said that they are not free and it costs €3.90 for a cup of small coffee. I was just totally shocked! Other hotel i was in before this 1 not only they provide guests with a coffee machine in each room w coffee, tea bags, sugar, cream etc.. this one NADA...nothing. but a small pot in the front of the office and would charged their guests for a cup of coffee is totally ridiculous, and cheap! In additjon this hotel is the noiciest hotel that i've been to. I felt like i was living on the street with car noices, siren of paramedic and police and fire department... we stayed there for 6 nights with no air condition in the room and we had no choice but to open a small window gap because otherwise we would be suffocated. The bed linen wasnt clean either-not recommended.

There was no air conditioning. Our room was probably 90+ degrees on our first day. There was no fan in the bathroom which made it extremely hard. The shower was really hard to deal with. The shower curtain was not wide enough and would not stay put. The shower adjustable shower arm would not stay in place also. It’s an ok place on an extreme budget but don’t expect much.

Well I sat and it broke and and this cheap plastic whatever it was. Hotel charged me 200Euroes for somthing Thais worth 25Euroes. Rooms never cleaned until 5:00pm. I highly recommend not staying at this hotel, very disappointed

PROS: Extremely close to public transportation Close to restaurants and shopping Cleaned the room everyday CONS: Small rooms and REALLY thin walls (yes you can definitely hear people in the next room) Rooms are not meant for more than 2 people Elevator can only four 1 or 2 small people Breakfast not included If it was just me then this would be fine. The shower with curtain was annoying, as the shower cubicle is small and was impossible take a shower without having the curtain on me all the time. Hotel is in a good location and clean.

And then the Internet was down and a simple router reboot took 24hrs!! Also I had issues sleeping. Not sure if it was the temperature or bed but i found it difficult to sleep.

Firstly they cancelled our booking even though we told them we would be a day late, so we had to pay for our whole stay again. Staff were rude, they would rather have a conversation between them self than actually do their jobs. We had 2 single beds pushed together- which I fell down the middle. If you want to hear every detail of your neighbors conversation then this is the place for you, one night at about 3am I'm pretty sure a girl got beaten by her boyfriend. I highly recommend staying somewhere else! It actually ruined Paris for us.

- Tash (6/5): Good location and not bad for a budget hotel. - You get what you pay for in this 3 star hotel. Design is fun and young but wifi facilities are hugely unreliable. For any Londoners wanting frequent hot drinks on tap - facilities are poor. Room service is excellent and the staff are friendly and relaxed. All in all a good 3 star hotel in a very bustling Paris district with loads of supermarkets and cafes to while away the hours. Excellent transport links too.

The decor was a bit old and boring and there were no electrical outlets other than the one which the TV was plugged into, quite a downside. Quick drive to Caen so not too bad and in a quite location. Good breakfast buffet.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Items stolen from my room. - Traveling Europe this summer with my children and grandchildren. I bought three expensive lace and stone headbands from Croatia. I am unable to replace them due to my not returning to Croatia. I paid 20 Euros each for them and they had helda sentimental value to me. This is something I will never get back. I am very distraught to think anyone should welcome themselves to take another's belongings. I reported it to the hotel desk clerk. I asked who had access to my room. I was told only the cleaning lady. She was called to the front desk and asked if she had seen them. I was then told maybe I had misplaced them in my room. I am a bit OCD and have a place for everything. I had not misplaced them. I was then told to contact the hotel manager by email. I did so earlier today and have yet to hear back. I booked two rooms. One was on the fifth floor and got decent wifi reception. The second was on the third floor and got poor wifi reception. It was also to my understanding that this is a smoke free hotel. The third floor room and hallway consistently smelled of cigarette smoke. (Did I mention my daughter is 6 months pregnant and had to stay in this room?) At one point upon us returning to the hotel after midnight it smaller of marijuana on the third floor hallway.

- Lashawn (10/5): Ideal Hotel Experience - When we arrived early, they had a place to keep our luggage so we can see the sights until our room was ready. The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. When we got our rooms it was a nice size, the bed was very comfortable and the view was great. The bathrooms were clean and I really enjoyed my stay. We were able to take the Metro to the Eiffel Tower,the Catacombs, The Louvre and other places. No cab needed.

Parking round the corner and Hotel gets a discount. Easy to get to from the Airport if you're flying in as its 1 change and then 3 stops on the line from the Airport.
- Ben (6/5): Good Choice If You're On A Budget - A fantastic location, attentive staff and wholesome breakfast. Our shower head broke mid-stay and it was suggested that we might try to fix it ourselves! We were then told that we'd have to wait until the morning for it to be fixed. It was only when we made it clear that we wanted a shower before the morning and the receptionist came to look at it - and it couldn't be fixed that evening by him - that we were offered another room. We were sold by this hotel on its themed rooms, which we thought would add a quirky twist to our break. However, our room was plain and dated - with only a small canvas and a light fixture offering a bit of colour. Even when we changed rooms, the décor was exactly the same.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonable choice in Paris with unique room design - Hotel was in southern part of Paris and about 25 mins to the city center. Room was bit small but very clean. The bathroom was clean and spacey compared to a common Paris hotel. Staff was very helpful and once gave me restaurant keys to get some hot water for my baby. And they have very unique room designs as well. Metro station is just outside the hotel entrance which is very convenient. And they offered a crib for my baby free of charge when requested. Tip for indian food lovers: Nice indian restaurant Ganesh is just 7-8 mins walk from the hotel. The super small elevator was bit of a hassle on some occasions. I would stay in Ideal hotel again and would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable and clean hotel in paris.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A good 3-star Paris hotel - WE have stayed at this hotel on 3 Paris trips. The rooms are average Paris 3-star hotel size--small, but not as small as many. The management has gone to some effort to modernize the decor and it has improved nicely since the last time we were here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main selling point for us is the location. It is not in the heart of the city but is rather close to the peripherique, but has a metro entrance quite literally out the front door. Tram across the street. Pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacies, food markets, etc., all within a few minutes walk. It's almost the end of the metro line so there is always a seat to be had when taking the metro to other parts of Paris. The convenience of the location is what sells us every time. When reserving a room though I would request a rear room, away from the streets.

- Gwyn (6/5): Paris Honeymoon - Thanks very much. This was a great place to stay in Paris as it is very close to the Metro and has a few good eateries close by. The room was very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. The noise from the bus depot below was annoying but bearable. The shower faucet needed replacing/repairing. The lift is tiny!!!! We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely stay again.
- Sayeed (8/5): Nice hotel but no air-con. - I stayed there since 22 Aug-25 Aug'15, During hot summer night it is uncomfortable to sleep. Although hotel staff provided me a pedestal table fan but that was for one person and not powerful enough. The minibar is very expensive, EUR 5 per item. We found 06 soft drink cans in the mini bar and did not touch any of them. The breakfast started from 0730 till 1130. Nice breakfast with all available items. The hotel is next to Porte de Orleons (Sorte 2, BD Jourdan) . There is lack of food shop around the hotel apart from expensive restaurants. However Carefour Supermarket is only 04 minutes walk where everything is very cheap.

- Victoria (4/5): I think they were having a bad day. - This was a tolerable experience but it was very expensive considering that the quad room is really just a bed and a pullout couch. The elevators didn't work and the alarm went off for about an hour. Breakfast was abundant. The staff was really nice and apologetic.
- Kiara (4/5): Cute...but Crazy! - Last week my friend and I decided to fly to Paris from Atlanta, GA for the weekend. This hotel appeared to have trendy designs and seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. Upon arrival we were told that check in was not until 2pm. Luckily, we were starving so we just went to the café next door for a few hours. We were not offered any sort of complimentary early check in. In order to check in we had to give them a credit card to hold our room, which is normal procedure at any hotel. However, our credit card number was written down on a piece of paper on a clip card. Seeing our room initially it was very small but cute! I went into the bathroom to check it out and noticed the lights were not working in the bathroom or in the room at all. Maintenance had to come in and fix it. We also immediately noticed that there was no AC. We had to borrow an industrial fan from the lobby. We also requested two twin beds. When we got in the room the beds were pushed together into one with one sheet. The staff had to come in and separate the beds. We sucked it up because after all, WE WERE IN PARIS! The next morning didn't get any better there was a different front desk clerk than from the previous day. He was very rude and impatient. Overall, this is a clean place to sleep if you don't mind being hot and things a little unorganized. We booked a new room the next day.
