There is a complementary shuttle that runs every 15-20 min. to and from the park. Walking to the park is a short 9 minute walk. This makes it an excellent hotel to stay at while visiting the park. - Jesse (8/5): Decent stay for the location - Ideal location if you are going to Universal Studios. Also, close enough to other attractions in neighboring cities like Beverly Hills. Definitely need more renovations to certain areas of the hotel, which was happening at the time I was there. Water pressure was affected by the renovations, and affected areas like the walk paths throughout the hotel. As someone who had an event in one of the rooms there, particularly the orchid room, I can say that it definitely needs to be renovated and a thorough clean needs to be performed. The service from the wait staff was great, but the carpet was disgusting. There was one spot in the room that smelled like vomit and you can see on the walls and molding that they did not clean the floor prior to the event, at least that was my experience. I would advise people to request a walk-through of the event space prior to an event. As for my room, the beds were stiff and very springy- not comfortable at all, which leads to me selecting a less than perfect rating for my experience. Otherwise, the staff and the service was great during my staff. As for pricing for food, I would not order from this hotel, but rather I would use food delivery services like DoorDash because at the end of the day, it was cheap cheaper and fast faster than what you would get from the hotel itself.

- kelli (4/5): Clean and respectable not thrilled with all the additional charges - . The maids did an amazing job I am well pleased with them. The bell boys were hard working. There was no hot water from 6-9 pm all nights, the flow is horrible and barely comes out. The coffee is only set for 2 people but our room had 4 people. I would like to have had more coffee cups available. 50$ a day for parking is ridiculous The 18% gratuity fee that doesn’t even go to the servers is ridiculous ( administrative costs?) The jeweler in the lobby is tacky. The store in the lobby is way over priced. I got 2 water bottles a bag of cookies and a chocolate bar for 34$.

We were allowed an early check in which was incredibly helpful but we were put on floor 2 which is actually more like the basement … so we had noises from either the lift or the generator all night. The bed was comfy though and we were really only staying there for convenience… and it was fine for 1 night.

The pool area was awful, big hole near the pool. Lots of towels on empty beds with nobody on them. Sun loungers ripped and very uncomfortable.

- Eric (6/5): Great location. Ok accommodations. - The location can't be beat if you're going to universal studios. This was the main reason for choosing the hotel. The free continental breakfast requires you to dine-in in the restaurant, so you can't get any of it to go to take up to you room. If you want to go breakfast, you have to pay extra. The facility was under construction in the lobby area and was extremely noisy. They also charge a fee for wifi, which combined with the breakfast issue just felt like they were nickel and diming over any little thing.

- David (1/5): Hidden cost - The Property is close to the universal studios They charge for parking for a overnight stay which believed to be a hidden charge that wasn't mentioned while booking. There wasn't no complimentary breakfast. Overall the room was just standard not spectacular.

I did not really enjoy the view, as out the window there was a dumpster along a back road, but over all it was a good experience. Even the room service was really fast. Just the view out the window. Everything else was good.

- VIRGINIE (10/5): - Fantastic location very close from Universal Studio and Citywalk both accessible either on foot or by a free shuttle. Very helpful and friendly staff. Limited menu options in the restaurant of the hotel. If you have diet restrictions (vegan for example), you will have to go somewhere else.

It was foggy but you could see Harry Potter castle and the mountains behind just barely. Amazing view! Everything was great there.

We haven’t been on a family vacation since Covid and this was absolutely perfect - Property is conveniently located across the way from Universal Studios and they have a shuttle that does rounds about every 15 minutes from like 7 AM to 10 PM. It’s really nice. I did not like the café was closed, but they continued to advertise that the buffet was available. The men’s bathroom also doesn’t have a changing table which kind of sucks because dad changed a diaper in there and had to do it on the floor. Men are caregivers too.
