The security man at night is very helpful and kind, he help my son in the game room to fix the cash machine. The stuff are not helpful, night shift man was a little dry, The towels came clean but has hair of someone 😂, And the bed covers, may has insects, we didn’t stop itchy for 5 days .

No eye contact being made by the staff who seemed agitated, waited 25 mins and by the time I got to the desk and it was my turn they didn’t acknowledge me and then picked up a phone and remained on there for 20 minutes serving someone else. It was rude and unprofessional and terrible customer service. Card machine had gone down so they took a copy of my card and said they would ring me to come back to get it set up. They never did but simply just used my card on the account. Later check out (1 hr) was charged and $30 Parking $15 so factor this all in when you initially see a lower rate

Com certeza voltaria. - Não é a primiera vez que ficamos nesta mesma região, portanto gostamos da localização, restaurantes e supermercados a volta e facilidade de acesso aos parques da Disney. Tem uma maior distancia dos parques da Universal (isso não é um problema para nós). Camas confortáveis, espaço adequado para uma familia de 4 pessoas no maximo. ficamos ao pé da piscina, mas o horario de silencio foi respeitado, porem durante o dia há que lidar com o barulhos das pessoas a se divertir na piscina (isso tambem não foi um problema). Os banheiros são mesmo pequenitos, na hora de entrar ou sair é preciso fazer um malabarismo (sou baixinha e magra).

First, the room was located on the third floor without an elevator, which made it very inconvenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. This should have been clearly communicated in advance. Second, there was a bad smell in the shower area, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. In addition, the service at the front desk was poor. We did not feel supported when we needed assistance, especially in a difficult situation during our arrival. On a positive note, the service at the breakfast area was good, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. Finally, the value for money was low. Considering the level of service and room conditions, the stay did not justify the price. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

- April (8/5): We had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend. We will be staying here again - The location/area of the hotel was in a nice area with lots of shops, stores, restaurants, and activities that you could walk to. The hotel room itself was very nice (i call it a small apartment) and spacious. There was a full kitchen which made it nice for us to be able to buy groceries and cook. A nice dining area to sit and eat or play games and the living room was spacious with a fold out couch. Adults had their own bedroom and bathroom and so did the kids. Big closets and dressers so we didnt have to live out of a suitcase. Lounge area outside of the pool was very nice with lots of seating, a grill and a firepit. Pool had plenty chairs and umbrellas. Laundry room is open 24/7 which was nice since our days were pretty busy. The staff was friendly, helpful and always courteous when we needed more supplies for our room since they only come in and clean/re stock on Tuesdays. The room itself has a very musty, unpleasant smell that we just couldnt get out. It actually travelled home with us in our clothes so spending 8.00 for laundry was pointless. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with cooking utensils and supplies. We had to go buy hot pads, dish soap and washcloths. The pans are very hard to cook in because everything sticks, it doesnt matter how much butter/oil you use. Also the coffeepot is the kind that takes those bags and they never work right, my husband just walked across the street to WaWa. The pool is on the smaller side and there is only one so it gets crowded quickly. If you do stay here, I'd request a pool side room. Road side is very noisy it sounds like you have the door open and there was also a very loud constant high pitched buzzing noise or whistling noise that started about the same time every night and went all night.

You have to pay for parking every single day $15 just to park your car in their lot and on top of it no free breakfast you gotta pay for that too if I factored it in. I could’ve stayed at a more expensive hotel for cheaper.
