• Daniela (9/5): - L'appartamento è molto comodo e pulito.La zona molto servita da bar, ristoranti, supermercato sotto casa. La zona tranquilla, un po' decentrata ma con molti mezzi in piazzale Clodio....con il numero 30 si arriva direttamente in centro . Molto comodo anche dalla stazione Termini, con la metropolitana scendendo a Ottaviano, 20 minuti di camminata si arriva sotto casa. 2 smart TV ma entrambi con segnale molto disturbato. Compensato dalla presenza di Netflix. Nella doccia servirebbe un porta accessori per bagnoschiuma ecc...

• Steve (10/5): A spacious and beautiful apartment in a lovely central area, close to amenities and good restaurants - The apartment was spacious and very clean, and very comfortably furnished. A perfect base for our Rome Trip. It is in a quiet area, but close to local transport and some lovely restaurants.

• Philippe Wawrzyniak (6/5): Appartement romain pratique pour une semaine de visites - L'appartement est spacieux, avec deux chambres indépendantes et leur salle de bain associée ; l'espace commun cuisine et salon est également spacieux avec un aménagement simple mais de bon goût, un équipement pratique et suffisant. Géographiquement, l'appartement se situe à l'écart des secteurs touristiques tout en étant proche du Vatican notamment, et bien desservi par beaucoup de lignes de bus. Plusieurs restaurants familiaux ou de quartier sont disponibles à proximité. L'accueil se fait uniquement via whatsapp avec des messages froids envoyés à la dernière minute, exigeant le paiement sur un site inconnu d'une somme décrite comme étant la taxe touristique, le renseignement d'un formulaire assez long, avant de pouvoir récupérer les clés ; il faut donc un téléphone bien chargé, du réseau, et du temps, avant d'accéder à l'appartement. Côté prestations, on regrette que le ménage ne soit pas bien fait (déchets sous le lit, tissus tâchés, tête de lit poussiéreuse, etc), que certains objets soient cassés ou manquants (porte de douche, mitigeur, carrelages).

• Greta (8/5): Ci tornerei. Ottima posizione - Posizione davvero strategica, sotto casa c’è un supermercato aperto fino all 22 che è davvero comodo oltre che bar per colazione. L’appartamento è comodo e bene distribuito Su 2 tv ne funziona 1. Non è un dettaglio che interessa molti, nel mio caso dovendo stare a riposo a seguito di un intervento, avevo la necessità di avere entrambe le tv funzionanti ( sala e camera ). Lorenzo in ogni caso si è reso disponibile a risolvere , quindi nulla da segnalare

• Krzysztof (10/5): Wycieczka udana. Pogoda dopisała - Bardzo komfortowy apartament. Doskonale wyposażony. Bardzo czysty. Świetna lokalizacja. W pobliżu zajezdnia autobusowa a zaraz po sąsiedzku supermarket. Bardzo miły i uczynny gospodarz Lorenzo. Nie ma takich rzeczy

• Linda (8/5): Siamo stati benissimo, zona perfetta per gli spostamenti verso il centro e comoda all’Olimpico. Ci si può muovere comoda - Spazi ampi. Connubio perfetto tra la privacy della camera in quanto ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno e la comodità dell’appartamento. La tendina nella doccia stona un po’ con l’arredamento curato e moderno dell’appartamento.

• Jan (5/5): Passable - The bedrooms were good The facilities were not great. Some lights were not working. The kitchen is not well set up for self catering. There is no oven. The coffee mugs were stained, we had to wash them before we used them. There was only 1 wine glass.
• Joyce (9/5): Vatican Guest House is spacious - We loved the spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms as well as having the kitchenette. The location was good, and a grocery store was 2 doors away. The only thing we didn't like was that there wasn't hot water for showers.

• Kenneth (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Rome. - Lorenzo met us at the property for checkin. Very easy process. Very friendly and good English. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Bakery next door. Grocery store next door. 3 great restaurants within 2 blocks. 20 minutes easy walk to the Vatican Museum. Very safe feel to the neighborhood. This will be my goto stay in Rome. The master bed was a little on the firm side.

• Martina (9/5): Great location and Lorenzo was very helpful - Great location with many restaurants nearby. There is also a supermarket in the building next door. Very close to the Vatican and public transport, busses and metro. Lorenzo was very helpful and was there to greet us and give some very good tips and suggestions. He also offered the apartment longer on our departure day as we had a late flight, very much appriciated. Very spacious and clean apartment with a kitchen
• Alan (9/5): Beautiful apartment! We will be back! - Our host communicated with us prior to our trip and was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. He told us he was available throughout our stay, if we had any issues with the apartment, we could contact him, but we didn't need to. Everything was perfect. He took time to show us around the apartment, which was very clean spacious. The apartment was fully equipped with wifi, cooking utensils, pot, pans, everything we would need, and right next door to our building was a supermarket. We found the location absolutely fine. There was a bus stop just across from the apartment, but we preferred walking, as there is so much to see. We had a fabulous stay in Rome and will return. When we do, we will definitely stay at this apartment again and will recommend it to our friends

• Felipe (7/5): Very decent apartment in a good location. - Good supermarket right downstairs, nicely sized apartment for a couple, accepts pets, good inside temperature, plenty of bus options at the nearby Clodio stop, calm neighborhood, comfortable beds, very good washer/dryer. The host Lorenzo is easily reachable and is very friendly. Easy to check in and out. There needs to be better cleaning underneath the beds and at the showers. Not a lot of kitchen utensils. Elevator very old in the building.

• Mann (9/5): This Apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay in Rome. - The apartment was very well presented clean and satisfactory for our 4 days sight seeing in Rome. Metro & restaurants not too far away, some lovely shops around too. The showers were perfect but l could not get hot water from the sink tap in both bedroom en-suite’s but this did not spoil our stay. 1st bedroom air con could not use as black bits blowing out.

• Frederik (9/5): Amazing location. Very good host - Amazing location. Walking distance to the Vatican and 30 minutes walk to the city Center. Supermarket and breakfast shop in the next building. Super clean and spacious Apartement. Lorenzo is a very good host, always available.
• Patricia (9/5): Superb - Lorenzo was there to greet me and my family. He gave us the lay of the land. He walked us through how to open the door and operate the air conditioning. He was really very thoughtful and mindful of his guest needs. He provided a map along with restaurant recommendations. He was truly exceptional! This apartment flat is close to the Vatican which is convenient. But all other tourist attractions (such as Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and Patheon) requires a taxi, bus or train.

And the bus station is in front of the building. Wi-fi worked excellent. Big supermarket is in the building. Thanks to our host Lorenco for permission to leave our luggage earlier, and for all recommendations for great restaurants and bars around the flat. Highly recommend Lorenco and his apartment. The host is a very nice man, guick to respond to questions and very helpful. A bus stop/ Ticket vending is literally a few yards from the apartment , making visiting the tourist sites easy. The Vatican is 15mins walk from the apartment. All good
