Grazie Silvia sei stata un amore se dovessi ritornare a Roma saprei dove alloggiare Il divano letto dovrebbe essere cambiato

• Alina (7/5): - The apartment is located near the Metro Station and this makes it very easy to move through the city. There is also a mini market very close (not many sortiments, but you have the basis). The furniture really needs updating - the living room couch is actually broken. The lighting in both the living room and the kitchen has a very "romantic" feel, but it's impractical since it's difficult to see properly. The fridge hadn't been cleaned, even though the appartment was still being cleand when we arrived. The plates, forks and knives should be replaced urgently, as they are very old and not properly hygienic.

• Elisa (9/5): Buona struttura per visitare Roma - Posizione e grandezza appartamento , vicinanza metro. Ottime la taverna Cacio e Peppe a pochi passi e la pizzeria Pizzium Mancava qualcosa per pulire in caso di bisogno ( anche solo uno spruzzino igienizzante). Non avevamo coperte
• Silvestri (10/5): Ottimo per un soggiorno a Roma vicino S.Pietro e alla metro - Accogliente , pulito, spazioso, silenzioso. Metro vicinissima, massima disponibilità dell' host, pagamento all' arrivo senza anticipo. Per un gruppo di amici o famiglia è ottimo. Bel bagno spazioso. Da rivedere la doccia, stappare il rosone così che non si schizzi ovunque. Qualche coperta in più. Da sostituire i divani letto, per pochi giorni ok, ma più a lungo potrebbero non essere il massimo.

• LiLope (10/5): Apartamento recomendado - Es un apartamento amplio, muy bien equipado, está ubicado en un sector agradable y lo mejor es que la estación de ingreso al metro está como a 50 metros. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y las camas super bien para descansar. Todo me gustó
• Chiara (6/5): - Arredamento moderno. Quartiere dove c’è speranza di parcheggiare. Vicinissimo alla metro A. Pecca nei dettagli. Scomoda la mancanza di comodini e/o appoggio vicino al letto. Doccino rotto e manca un ripiano appoggio per poggiare bagnoschiuma. Sarebbe meglio che al momento del check in l’ospite venga informato sul fatto che l’acqua calda è spenta e che ha un accensione a se stante per evitare di arrivare alla doccia “impreparato”

• Raty (8/5): Logement familiale - L’appartement est grande, bcp d’equipement: machine à laver, cafetière, lave vaisselle, draps, serviette... Système d’electricité sécuritaire. Le lieu était propre. Le canapé était un peu vieux et les lits aussi ne sont pas confortables.

• Vincenza (5/5): It was okay - The room itself was comfortable and the A/C worked. I inquired about parking and the response made it seem easy. It was NOT easy to find parking. Also the elevator was very small and for a group our size and all of the luggage, we had to make multiple trips, which was exhausting and inconvenient. Hot water was not always available for showers, and the coffee machine did not work.

Can't wait to be back! - Since before arriving in Rome, the contact with the property's staff, and specially with Silvia, was very easy and helpful! Silva was adorable, and did everything possible to to make sure my family and I had the best experience! The location was great, with easy access to the subway and buses, and lots of convenient food and grocery options only few steps away! The photos don't do the appartment justice: everything was flawless. I can't find anything to criticise, honestly. Maybe it is just worth mentioning that the elevator in the building is minuscule, so going up with a group of 3 + luggage or anything with wheels may require a few trips... but that's a characteristic of the building, and not the of the property itself.

• Mariusz (8/5): I would give 7 out of 10 - Excellent location , clean apartment and metro practically on your doorstep. 2 out of the 3 beds are very uncomfortable, the mattress sink in . I would be happy to stay there again once the beds are replaced.

• Justyna (8/5): Very good - Location is very good. Straight next to the subway entrence and grocery stores. The apartment is also very spacious. For bigger group of people, the humidity in the bathroom can be quite problematic because of lack of vent.

• Rafał (9/5): Perfect location to explore Rome - Located near A (red) metro line as well as inexpensive parking place Elevator looks realy nice and work without any problems, but for people with claustrophobic issues i recommend stairs use :)
• Sangamesh (5/5): Stay here if you don’t have any other option in rome centre - It’s neat, clean and spacious. It has a 🛗 as well. Metro station is nearby Hidden charges, we ended up paying around 100 Euros more for cleaning charges and taxes etc which was never mentioned on the booking page or clauses etc. the metro line A to this place closes sharp at 9 pm.

• Fredy (10/5): Great place to stay - Everything was clean and has everything you need for a good stay. The location is not so convenient if you are trying to go to the center of Rome, but the good point is that you have a train station 1-3 min walking from the apartment.

• Maka (9/5): I will definitely return to this apartment when in Rome - Location, apartment and facilities, safe neighbourhood, not touristic but very easy to access the center, the metro and bus stations right at the door of the house. Cheap supermarket in the building, nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. All is provided for a comfortable stay I would recommend the owners to change the bedding textile, all the rest is superb
• Monika (9/5): Superb - Very nice place with VERY comfortable beds, good contact with the owner, everything was pretty clean. Good comfort. Very near to the metro station, the market is in the same building, various places with food in the neighbourhood, around 30 minutes of walking to the Vatican. I think I might visit again. There was one incident I didn't like - someone opened the door the very last day of our stay at approx. 7:30 a.m and I was the one who experienced it but it scared me so I didn't do anything. (I think and hope it was the owner or someone who takes care of the flat just checking if we've already left, but they could also write us, since the check-out was 'till 11. Please be aware that the door close but you can't shut them and can be opened with a key from the outside. Also the fridge was smelly, but since we didn't spend so much time in the flat, it didn't bother us that much.
