- Sonia (8/5): - Location and breakfast was amazing I asked at reception if I could borrow a plug for my phone charger, but the staff didn’t mention that the rooms are already equipped with contactless chargers and USB ports beside the bed. I hadn’t noticed the charging box in the room, so I ended up going out to buy a plug unnecessarily. I also emailed in advance to ask about parking details but didn’t receive a reply until I arrived for check-in. This caused me to waste both time and money trying to sort out parking beforehand.

- Bianet (10/5): Increible. - La habitación estaba muy amplia, nos tocó con balcón y la vista al Thames era hermosa, la ubicación del hotel fue muy conveniente, quedaba en la calle del bus que te lleva al centro de la ciudad y el servicio de ferry gratuito fue de gran ayuda para cruzar el rio y asistir a un concierto al O2, el parque frente al hotel es muy lindo y tranquilo. El personal fue muy amable y aunque el hotel estaba en remodelación no pasamos ninguna incomodidad con las instalaciones.

Men de ansatte var ikke så vennlige eller lot oss føle oss v - Stille og sentralt område med ferge over til canary warf Dynene var ikke rene og hadde flekker. Personalet var ikke så hyggelige og mente jeg ikke hadde betalt for oppholdet selv om jeg kunne bevise det i nettbanken min. De prøvde å belaste meg dobbelt og jeg brukte lang tid på å få sjekket inn fordi jeg betalte i appen på forhånd.
- Dzung (3/5): Very old and poorly kept rooms. Staff service was very slow/poor. Room had no accommodations at all. - The breakfast was decent. Coffee/espresso machine was good. The bus pickup was close to the hotel, right outside. The free ferry/shuttle to the other side of the Thames was nice. The staff was extremely slow in checking in customers. There was a long line of 10-12 customers and only 2 staff members working to check them in. It took a long time. No other staff came to help. The rooms have dust all over the surface of the window areas. The floor has old carpet the bunched up. Worse was that it has nothing in the room. No coffee, tea, cups. Nothing! No microwave, no fridge. And it took us 45mins to 1 hr to get to London center via Uber. It should not have a grade of 7 or 8. We would not stay or recommend this hotel again.

On nous propose tant bien que mal ( la suite va me donner raison) une autre chambre pour la nuit en attendant l'intervention le lendemain matin. Chambre avec que des lits simples sur le palier d'en face, on décide de l'utiliser que pour les toilettes. Le lendemain fin de journée, toujours rien !!!! Je tombe sur binôme de la personne de la veille qui lui va faire ce qu’il faut...(merci Edwin), changement définitive de chambre avec passage dans la catégorie superieur. Malgré tout le niveau de qualité reste passable...

- Zeilinger (5/5): Dreckiges Geschirr, Zimmerreinigung - Lage, Personal Das Geschirr ist sehr dreckig gewesen. Es ist nicht deklariert das es beim keine Zimmerreinigung bzw frische Handtücher gibt. Aussage dort es sei ein Hostel, ja aber wenn man 1 Woche dort verbringt ist das schon wichtigt bei 2 Tagen sagt eh keiner was. Lüften nicht möglich da der Balkon nicht betreten werden darf. Auch beim fragen wurde gesagt es wird gelüftet das stimmt aber nicht. Reinigung kann man Buchen wird aber nicht gemacht.
- Flavia (3/5): Even though i had paid for a single room, i felt like i got the hostel experience due to bad cleaning, thin walls, bareb - Rather good location, neighborhood seemed safe, ferry was free to use and connected to Elizabeth line which was very convenient. Bus stops also nearby. Otherwise not much else. They had good coffee surprisingly. The bar area was also rather convenient to work in, since there is not too much going on during the day. The room was not as advertised in the hotel pictures on the site. It also did not seem to have been cleaned well. The bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly, I found contact lenses on the floor. The beds and towels seemed clean. The window could not be opened so the room was stuffy. The breakfast was not great. Food options are limited, they offer the very basics. One morning the milk seemed a bit off.

Environnement calme dans un quartier résidentiel au bord de la Tamise mais avec la proximité des transports en commun (arrêts de bus pour le centre à quelques minutes à pied). Ni jim delal lift, ki je bil blizje apartmaju, ventilacija v sobi dela vedno in se je ne da ugasnit, cez noc je zelo zoprno, ko hodis po sobi se vse slisi npr. od tebe spodaj ali nekdo, ki je v nadstropju visje se pri tebi zelo slisi.V blizini samo majhna trgovina.

- Benjamin (7/5): Wer eine saubere aber auch eine einfache Unterkunft möchte, ist hier gut beraten. - Zimmer und das generelle Gebäude waren sauber, das Personal freundlich und sehr ruhig legen, wobei die Mobilität nicht darunter leidet - zwei Buslinien sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, hier und da war die Abnutzung augenfällig. Das Frühstück mit 15€ pro Person war sehr dürftig und ist nicht zu empfehlen.

- Wiktor (9/5): Piękne widoki i bezpieczna okolica, ale hotel wymaga poprawy - Spędziliśmy 5 nocy w hotelu. Nasze wrażenia są dość dobre– sam obiekt ma ogromny potencjał i wspaniałe położenie, ale niestety zawodzi pod kątem obsługi gościa i gastronomii pozaśniadaniowej. Duży pokój, wygodne łóżko 160 cm, w łazience była wanna, za co plus. Lokalizacja i widoki: To zdecydowanie największy atut tego miejsca! Mieszkaliśmy na 7. piętrze, skąd mieliśmy obłędny widok na rzekę i wieżowce po drugiej stronie Tamizy. Zarówno w dzień, jak i w nocy robiło to niesamowite wrażenie. Przeprawy promem były naprawdę świetną atrakcją. Okolica: Dzielnica Doków okazała się strzałem w dziesiątkę. Ulica jest bardzo spokojna, czysta i czuliśmy się tam w 100% bezpiecznie. Sam hotel jest naprawdę ładny i nowoczesny. Śniadania: Bardzo w porządku, z dużym wyborem. Cieszyliśmy się z opcji tradycyjnego angielskiego śniadania na ciepło – były kiełbaski, fasolka i pankejki. Były pomidory, ogórki, coś na słodko, płatki, różne kremy, więc śniadanie oceniamy bardzo dobrze, biorąc pod uwagę ofertę w innych hotelach, w których byliśmy. Pokój: trzeba brać jednak pod uwagę fakt, że temperatura jest niska, jak przyjechaliśmy było 19 stopni. Sprzątanie: Przez całe 5 nocy naszego pobytu pokój nie był ani razu sprzątany, nie wymieniono nam również ręczników. Po czyste ręczniki musieliśmy ostatecznie sami pofatygować się na recepcję. Brak personelu: Recepcja bardzo często świeciła pustkami. Brakowało pracowników, przez co tworzyły się irytująco długie kolejki, a załatwienie czegokolwiek wymagało sporo czasu. Pracownicy recepcji nie wykazywali dużego zainteresowania gośćmi hotelu. Bar hotelowy (OSTRZEŻENIE!): Zdecydowanie odradzamy! Pierwszego dnia poszliśmy tam na pizzę i zostaliśmy zwyczajnie naciągnięci. Za £12,50 podano nam najzwyklejszą, odmrażaną pizzę z supermarketu, która w sklepie kosztuje maksymalnie 2-3 funty. Złożyliśmy oficjalną reklamację na miejscu oraz mailowo, ale obie zostały odrzucone. Poczuliśmy się oszukani, dlatego ostrzegamy innych – lepiej zjeść na mieście. Śniadanie: Przez kilka dni zepsute były maszyny do pankejów, naczynia często były po prostu brudne, a stały przy czystych.

- Christina (1/5): One to be avoided. - It was close to where we needed to be. Nice view over the river. Despite lengthy and complicated self-check-in procedure we still had a long wait at reception. Inexperienced staff let angry people push in front and did not manage queues. The room was showing signs of wear and tear. Curtains were ripped and fixtures missing or broken. It smelled faintly of sewage. Bed was uncomfortably hard, only one pillow. Inexplicably there was no kettle for tea and coffee, not even as much as a glass or thoothmug for drinking water. Despite quiet time signs (22:00-06:00) large groups of people partied in the rooms and corridors until 4 o'clock in the morning. There was no answer from reception in the night. Raising a complaint with neighbours resulted in drunken shouting and intimidation. It felt unsafe.

- Moses (1/5): Completely Misold and Misadvertised . DISAPPOINTED - Nothing The property looks nothing and i mean absolutely nothing like the pictures. Looks like an abandoned property. I was placed in house 3 , the internet couldn’t even reach my room. Honestly such a poor experience i couldn’t stay the night and the worst part was the rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures which are placed on the website and when I asked the staff, why did the rooms look so different to what’s online, I also ask the staff at the front front desk do any of the rooms look like any of the pictures? They said no which was incredibly alarming and that’s when I knew I could not stay in the property.

- Pablo (2/5): Un hotel que cobra servicios que no presta - La facilidad con el transporte público que te lleva a la zona turística rápidamente, metro o autobús, y el ferry gratuito para cruzar el río El check-in hay que realizarlo uno mismo en el mostrador, lo que hace cuestionarse la función del empleado de recepción. El trato del personal fue frío e indiferente durante toda la estancia, sin interés alguno por el huésped. La habitación, aunque equipada, es muy pequeña, con balcón y ventanas candados que impiden ventilarse. No existe limpieza diaria: el sistema de solicitud por código QR es ignorado sistemáticamente. El desayuno, incluido en el precio, es de variedad escasa y calidad claramente mejorable. El aislamiento acústico es prácticamente nulo, lo que agravó el peor problema de la estancia: durante las dos noches, los huéspedes de las habitaciones contiguas generaron golpes, portazos y carreras por el pasillo en torno a la 1 de la madrugada. Tanto el personal como el servicio de seguridad fueron avisados en ambas ocasiones y no tomaron ninguna medida. Dos noches sin descanso, sin disculpa y sin compensación. La relación calidad-precio no está justificada en absoluto.

From dirty tables, dirty cutlery to missing supplies and lousy food. Staff at breakfast were unmotivated and understaffed. Room on ground floor was a bit loud because of the air conditioner that started in the middle of the night and passersby outside the window...

- Stefanie (3/5): Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! - Die Lage ist toll und man ist direkt an der Themse. Wenn man gutes Wetter hat, kann man auf der Terrasse frühstücken und den tollen Ausblick genießen. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, als wir ankamen. Der Teppich im Zimmer ist sehr unhygienisch und verdreckt. Im Bad ist keine Steckdose für den Fön. An der Rezeption sagte man uns beim Check In weder, wann und wo es Frühstück gibt, noch teilte man uns mit, dass wir als Hotelgast umsonst die Fähre nutzen kann. Das mussten wir alles selber rausfinden. Das Frühstück war mehr als einfach. Nur 1 Sorte Käse und Wurst. Kein Obst etc. Das Geschirr und Besteck war leider dreckig - man hatte das Gefühl, es wurde nur kurz unter den Wasserhahn gehalten. Wir hatten Zimmerreinigung bestellt - leider wurde diese nicht durchgeführt. Als wir abends am Empfang nach Toilettenpapier fragten, da wir gar nichts mehr hatten, sagte man uns, daß es erst am nächsten Morgen durch das Housekeeping Toilettenpapier geben wird - da komme man jetzt nicht ran. Ich betonte erneut, dass wir überhaupt gar nichts mehr haben - musste aber unverrichteter Dinge gehen und beim Zimmernachbarn etwas leihen. Unmöglich! Auch die 2. Bestellung einer Reinigung klappte nicht-es kam erneut niemand . Während der 5 Tage haben wir kein Reinigungspersonal gesehen. Sehr schade, denn das Hotel hat eigentlich viel Potential, aber das wird unserer Meinung nach leider nicht ausgeschöpft. Definitiv werden wir nicht nochmal hierher kommen. Schade.
