De toda la vida los extras que consumes son pagados al final. No entendí la verdad.

- Melanie (7/5): Location was good and my stay was pleasant. - Cleaning and door staff were amazing. View was great. Room was a lovely size. bathroom door did not close properly and did not lock. Wifi challenges. Eventually had to have the techs connect me manually and then was unable to add any other devices. I had to pay for my wifi even though they checked my booking and said it would be refunded I have never had to do this in any other hotel that I have travelled all over the world.

It is near the ground zero and other tourist spot. Starbucks is just next door if you want some coffee and refreshments, walking distance to some shops and Worldtrade Center. The over head lamp- in the bedroom, the breakfast-not much of choices ,dim and noisy. Some front desk were grumpy. 🤞

- Christopher (6/5): Just OK - This is a standard or middle of the road Marriott in downtown NY. It has very poor food service from the attached Bills Burger.

- Bintu (10/5): - this was perfect for a weekend trip! it didn't feel like a "budget" option, the hotel has a pretty modern design overall and includes a restaurant, bar, and gym which were all pretty nice. the room was very clean but the air was a bit stuffy, something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to that. the staff was really accommodating and the location was really convenient for us. i would definitely book again if i'm in the area.

- Heather (10/5): Great location for what we needed - This was a clean hotel in the exact location that we needed. There is a restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby. There is parking right behind the hotel. Very convenient. I think it’s really expensive for what it is. But it’s clean and the staff was very nice.

- Carl (6/5): - Place was booked solid, so when our shower did not drain in the evening, we were unable to move to a room that worked. Maintenance mwas unable to fix the drain in our room and the room next door. No shower during visit. Otherwise, the property was clean and attractive.

- Allen (8/5): - Great location, convenient to the train station, enjoyed the gym, easy to find places to eat, and my family of 15 visiting New York loved our stay! Only cons- bed was small/not too comfortable & towels had a musty smell like they weren’t dried fully.

- Tyisha (10/5): Excellent - I like the friendly service when checking in also the amenities the gym and the Starbucks close by. Also the restaurant within the hotel and walking distance to the boardwalk, where my mother and I saw the fireworks. I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. I was so comfortable and accommodated. My mother and I are going to come back in September around the Labor Day holiday.
- Rodrigues (8/5): Great hotel, family friendly, close to landmarks. Nice neighborhood, no ghetto stuff lol - Clean, nice modern rooms. Comfortable beds. Enough amenities for the family. There is a burger type pub in the hotel which had amazing burgers. There is also a Starbucks on sight which isn't my favorite but was convenient if you need a coffee. Parking isn't bad for NYC there are two garages, one on either side of the hotel. I noticed a valet type service after I already self parked next door not sure but I believe they use them as well just handle the nonsense for you. All in all It was a good experience. I arrived at 1:30pm granted check in wasn't until 4:00pm. They could not check me in and seemed like they had a hard time getting the rooms ready in time. I was offered the ability to check my bags and to be called once a room was available. The issue with the car park is once it's in the garage that's it until you leave so you better grab everything you need out of your car. We went to the 911 memorial right up the road then to freedom tower. After that to the pub on sight of the hotel. It was now 4:10pm. Went to get my room and it was still not available. After waiting another 10 or so minutes past that they had found me a room. Not a huge issue but the only negative thing I could find with the hotel. Other than that it was beautiful and would definitely stay again.

- rmayoras (8/5): Very good stay and experience overall - Nice stay. Great location. Clean and functional hotel. Friendly staff. Nice fitness center. Excellent Concierge Lounge with fantast view. Biggest challenge was available bathrooms. Only had 1 very small one in Lobby and none in Fitness Center. Was not happy having to pay a Destination Fee that was only good for hotel bar and restaurant (run by 3rd party company) and that non-bottled alcohol was not allowed out of bar (a common use of $15 daily food/beverage credit). Also disappointed that credit was not able to be used for pantry items or in Concierge Lounge for drinks. Was happy that Fee included Mercer Labs Museum. Went there and had fantastic experience. Very cool and unique.
- Karl (8/5): - The hotel was good, staff is excellent, its clean, very well situated in downtown New York city, but $14.99 a day for wifi is a little steep.
