Stayed twice over the period of 10 days - first room bathroom was tiny and not a lot of room to place your toiletries or get in and out of shower over bath - for the money could be better. Second room upgrade and much better but more expensive.

Furthermore I like if they always remeber your name from the first moment on. We had a special strong smell in our room at the beginning from the air-conditioning. But the staff was able to resolve the matter within 30min (and we arrived 10pm!).

- Scotthindle89 (10/5): Fantastic Location & Superior Service - From arriving at the train station everything was seamless. The station is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front of house staff where nothing was too much to ask and they went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect! The room was spotless and welcoming with a personalised postcard and bottle of the local wine. After dropping our bags we ventured into Florence with the Duomo less than 5 minutes everything was in perfect walking distance to see the sights. On the evening, the hotel has a (and in our personal preference) the most amazing rooftop bar in Florence. The views from here are incredible and Antonella ensured that we felt right at home. As soon as we arrived she greeted is, remembered us and treat us like friends. All in all a 5 star stay with the special addition of the exclusive rooftop bar!

Major sites and many great restaurants are within easy walking distance. We had a beautiful view of the Duomo. We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade that made the experience even more special. We hope to return!

- emmalmc (10/5): A great stay - Just returned from a three night stay at this hotel. Service is absolutely impeccable and the hotel and rooms are absolutely immaculate. The lounge area is a lovely place to relax with amazing interior and decor.. the only downside is the cost of the drinks at the hotel bar (I was charged 30 euros for one glass of wine!) although perhaps this is common for hotels in central Florence. The location is fantastic and just a short walk from all attractions and the train station is just around the corner. We will definitely be returning here on future trips to Florence.

- Phaadmara67 (4/5): Amex FHR Users Beware! - I recently stayed at this property expecting a smooth, high-end experience, but several issues left me quite disappointed. First, the bed situation was uncomfortable. The “king” bed turned out to be two smaller beds pushed together, and they kept sliding apart throughout the night—hardly ideal for a restful sleep. Second, the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) benefit was misleadingly restrictive. It could only be used at the breakfast buffet, not at other dining venues or services, which really limited the value of the program. Finally, when we faced a sudden family emergency and needed to leave early, the hotel refused to accommodate any flexibility or partial refund. Considering the circumstances, that lack of understanding left a very poor impression. Since it was an Amex FHR booking, it doesn't allow any refunds. I don't know why you would book this hotel using that program considering its cheaper to book it directly and it can include breakfast. Overall, while the property itself looked nice, the service policies and attention to guest comfort fell far short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for travelers seeking genuine hospitality or flexibility in their stay.

- EDUARDO (10/5): Excellent hôtel pour une super séjour à moins de 5 minutes à pieds du Duomo - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout le monde est au petit soin pour répondre à toutes vos attentes. C'était l'anniversaire de ma femme et nous avons eu un super upgrade au niveau de la chambre sans rien demandé, une bouteille nous attendait dans la chambre et le lendemain matin on nous avons mis un tapis Happy Birthday devant notre porte. Qui plus est, l'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre ville à moins de 5mn à pieds du Duomo. Tout se visite à pieds. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un superbe rooftop ou vous pouvez admirez la ville. Bref une super adresse pour un super hôtel et donc un super séjour. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochain séjour. Un grand merci à toute à la Tivoli Team. Grazie Mille rien

Rooms are wonderful, heated towel racks, great coffee set up in room, amazing beds, great sitting area around fireplace in lobby, STAFF IS AMAZING, great location!!!!! 5 stars! I forgot amazing breakfast! Choose it when you reserve! We had a vocal neighbor the last morning which made us think the walls were thin, but only on the last morning.
