Les petites attentions était également très agréables. Le prix un peu élevée à la période de notre venue. Les frais supplémentaires pour le parking.
jal747 (8/5): We loved our stay at MGallery in Vienna - The hotel exterior is not that attractive but the interior is nicely decorated. Our room is spacious and we had a good sleep. As an Accor Gold member, our room was upgraded with free mini bar including drinks and snacks refilled each night. Also, on the first night a staff delivered to our room a tray of items that help you sleep: eye mask, tea bag, pillow mist. And another night, a chocolate bar was delivered to us and checked with us how was our stay. The breakfast buffet has a staff that makes a fresh cup of coffee like a cappuccino or latte, with non diary options. There is also a self served juicer that you can make a cup of juice using fresh apples, pears, ginger, etc. The food options are not that great though. All the staff have a smile and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

MichaelS843 (8/5): 3 or 4*? - I am not satisfied, but nothing to complain. 3 or 4*? The hotel is really central, breakfast good. I did not get a good room (maybe because I traveled alone). 1st floor and each morning a view to a truck just outside my window coming with goods. Why did a get such a room? But I was lucky because I booked a table in the Michelin restaurant Apron in the hotel And it was fabulous. Thanks but of course I have not included this Michelin in the review of the hotel.ok hotel but not a perfect room. Anyway I am nice to give the hotel 4*

Artur (10/5): Lokalizacja, śniadania, pokoje, parking - wszystko super. - Bardzo przytulny i cichy hotel, ze świetnymi śniadaniami. Posiada własny parking podziemny w cenie 25 euro za dzień. Lokalizacja doskonała tuż obok Konzerthaus , 10 min do Belwederu. Miejsce gdzie na pewno bede wracał.
Wolfgang (7/5): - Der Preis des Frühstück ist exorbitant hoch. Die Rohre an der Decke, in der Lobby, sind unansehnlich. Eine schöne Zwischendecke, die zu den vertäfelten Wänden passt, wäre eine schöne Ergänzung.

Gabriella (10/5): J'ai apprécié mon séjour à cet hôtel bien décoré et très confortable. - Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant et ma chambre était très confortable. Il y avait des travaux pendant la nuit à côté de l'hôtel et je l'ai appris quand j'ai vu la note et les bouches d'oreilles à côté de mon lit, le jour de mon séjour. Je souhaite d'avoir appris ces nouvelles quand j'ai fait la réservation.

Andrew (7/5): Good quality hotel with friendly staff; great location for concert house - Room was good, clean. Staff at the front desk were friendly, and the lobby is nicely furnished. For me, the standout feature was the location, as I was attending a concert a the Concert House, and the hotel is just 1 minute walk away. It's good to have a refrigerator (not mini-bar!), kettle and coffee machine available in the room. The room was lacking any usable table; with just some small/low bedside tables, and the top of the refrigerator that was entirely taken. There was easily enough space for an additional desk/chair. I also had an issue with the kettle leaking hot water the first time I tried to use it. A replacement was quickly sent up by the front desk... although this was just left in the room, the original base and failed kettle weren't removed.
Aneta (10/5): - Amazing hotel, parking place in the garage, great bar (love to have a drink there after a concert), very lovely staff. Coming back for sure First time we got many little gifts from chocolates and little cosmetic bag, I was missing it this time :D hahaha. IF I would have to pick something bad, its not really bad, maybe for my personal taste the bed is a tiny bit too soft.. because I love harder mattress, but still I am coming back everytime if I have concert in Vienna haha.
emanuelr0dri (8/5): Nice and very well situated! - We spent 4 nights at MGallery Kozerthaus in Vienna and we appreciate the hotel. It is very well situated, next to down town and main monuments. There’s also two metro stations not far to move easily through the city. The hotel is modern and nice decorated. All the staff is very professional and attentive. Concerning The room, it was very spacious. Even if it is well furnished they should think to put some drawers somewhere. The most negative point was the temperature in the room. It was overheated, and sleep was quite difficult. The staff tryed to find us a solution (a fan or change the room -smaller one) but we decided to keep the same room and leave the window open to have some fresh air. But it was very noisy. I advise to have a hot/cold AC all the year long.

Polina (6/5): - Good location. Very-very nice person (sorry, don’t remember the name, the youngest man of all the team) on the reception The hotel is certainly not newly renovated. Only if you like shabby chic) ) very low ceilings., dark outlook, our windows were facing inner yard (we wanted a quite room), but restaurant or hotel personnel was screaming and laughing there starting from 6.45 in the morning very late in the night. Laundry took 2 full days to be ready
