- Let's go🤑 (8/5): - The reception staff especially 2 gentlemen who seemed to work the morning shifts, where outstanding, helpful, friendly and very approachable. The location, very close and walkable to most attractions. Transport also convenient, trams & trains very close.

Stepping into the bath/shower was a little awkward for me as I’m short. - Saman (8/5): Great location, clean rooms, and a very convenient stay overall, with a few areas to improve - The hotel was very well located, close to Dam Square, and everything was within walking distance, so transportation was never an issue. The area also felt quite safe. The room was clean, although a little too small, which is fairly typical for authentic European hotels. There was no desk in the room, and I experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi. Overall, however, the location was excellent. The restaurant is one of the most well-known spots for lunch and dinner, though it is not the best option for breakfast. I was expecting a more helpful and service-oriented experience rather than a heavily marketing-focused approach. I also expected much better Wi-Fi quality. The hotel only provided public, unsecured Wi-Fi, which blocked access to many websites and was not reliable for business or personal use. In addition, I expected a much better breakfast experience. I did not purchase the breakfast package and only tried the buffet once. From my perspective, the buffet quality was not acceptable and did not meet expectations.

The cleaning trolley was always stationed directly outside my room door. Room 428. it was most unpleasant. the room needs a small chair or bench to put shoes on. Quite a few of the staff were dismissive and not helpful at all. rather rude in fact. One gentleman was really friendly however. sadly I did not get his name.

- M_Jo_R (8/5): Really nice hotel in a perfect location - - The hotel's location was perfect and despite the hustle and bustle of Kings Day, the room was surprisingly quiet. - The reception staff were very considerate, friendly and helpful. - Breakfast was unfortunately the only disappointment of our stay, as we found it quite overpriced for a standard breakfast. The service felt indifferent, and one staff member in particular was rather unfriendly. Despite there being only a few customers, dirty dishes were left on the tables. When we tried to clear some space by moving a stack of plates to an adjacent empty table, a waitress told us this wasn't allowed and moved the dirty dishes back to our dish crowded table. Surprisingly, she didn't take the dishes with her, even though she left the area empty-handed.

We had the queen room which had a huge comfy bed and a large modern en suite with plenty of hot water. There was also a safe and a tv. Room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.. The only tiny niggle the room wasn't huge, hairdryer not that brilliant and could do with a mirror above the little table... We would still book here again because we had a great stay Recommended

- Tamara (9/5): Tolles Hotel an bester, zentraler Lage - Tolles, sehr gepflegtes Hotel an bester Lage. Unser Comfort Zimmer war frisch renoviert mit neuem Parkett (keine Teppichböden). Grosszügiges Zimmer mit viel Platz und Komfort. Panoramafenster mit schöner Aussicht. Wir kamen um 10 Uhr morgens an und konnten das Zimmer bereits beziehen, was wir sehr schätzten. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht und können dieses somit nicht beurteilen. Die aussergewöhnlich gute Lage bringt natürlich ein wenig Lärm mit sich, insbesondere von den Strassenbahnen.

- RestaurantReview007 (10/5): Most amazing hotel stay - This place deserves higher stars. We could not fault anything! The staff were amazing, offered recommendations, took our luggage for us, had our room ready early. Housekeeping were great and towels can be replaced if you wish. Definitely an amazing hotel with a great location to all around the city. Pub and restaurant right next door too.

- Michelle (10/5): Fantastic hotel, exceeded expectations! - Fantastic from the very start. I was able to get my room early, which was great since my flight got in very early in the morning and I really appreciated a place to rest for a bit. Every single staff member was super pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable seating area, little fridge and coffee area, and a nice big bathroom with great shower/tub, including nice toiletries products. The room was quiet and dark for getting good sleep and we had a good wifi connection. The hotel is well located with easy access to the Centraal station (10 min walk) and to the Jordaan and 9 Streets neighborhood with tons of restaurants right outside the front door. Nothing I wasn't happy with at this property.
