Susie (1/5): A frustrating&stressful stay due to poor communication, missing keys, being denied access to OG room - I am a Level 3 member, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience I recently had with one of your listings. Upon arrival at the residence, the key was missing, and we were unable to access the room we had booked. The host was unhelpful and instead asked us to move to another location, which was 10 minutes away from the original property. This situation caused a major inconvenience, as I specifically chose the original place due to its proximity to a job interview I had scheduled nearby. To make matters worse, this happened around 10 PM, and the host instructed me to book a Grab ride on my own. They also informed me that they could not provide the same room, and they had no idea where the key was. This raises serious concerns about the security of the property and whether it was double-booked or listed on multiple platforms at the same time. It appears someone else may have taken the room I reserved, which seems highly suspicious. This experience was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the host. I also believe compensation is warranted given the circumstances and the inconvenience I faced.

Cikcombi (9/5): Superb Stay And Facilities - The Sheraton Imperial Hotel is just within easy walking distance of this residence. The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. There is a washing machine (and dryer) too!! Parking might be challenging for someone whom are not familiar with high lot parking space.

Sophie (9/5): Superb - The desk and chair on the bedroom were great to work at, very cosy. The location is excellent with cafes and restaurants very close by. The couch is very narrow, not great for two people to lounge on. The apartment is a little bare but functional. There is no drinking water provided but there is a 24h convenience store in the building.
David (1/5): Bad - Great location and facilities. We checked in on the 1st of November, the bed sheets were dirty, stained with blood, they did not changed them before us checking in. The room was very dirty as well. We asked the manager to change the sheets and left the room for several hours in order to eat. We left my wife's wallet in the room and went out. On the 3rd of November we noticed that my wife's cards were missing and when checking the transactions history, aprox 370 euros were missing from her accounts. All transactions were made on the 1st of Nov, the day we checked in and asked for the room to be cleaned. Informed the manager and he said none of his staff stole the cards. Complained to the Police. Investigation is ongoing. Since 3rd Nov to 5th Nov, when we left, we did not felt safe anymore and everywhere we went, we carried our valuable belongings with us, no safe in the room.
