We love the cookies that were given to us when we arrived and water bottles. The fitness room was great and the pool was also awesome. The bed was very comfortable and overall, my wife and I had a great time there. A hot tub would’ve been nice

General cleanliness wasn’t the best and one morning I literally walked around the pool area to tidy up after everyone had left takeaway wrappers and drinks bottles the night before. All in all though a nice environment and good breakfast. General cleanliness could do with improving.

The hotel was clean, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful. we had trouble getting our car out of the parking lot as the gate did not lift for us. A staff member immediately came out to help!

Not sure if pet damage cause?Our third room air conditioner worked but a bit noisy and controlled on the wall unlike the first room but the wall controls were hard to "wake up" & change. Likely they need new ones at this hotel.

Outside, but within the property's perimeter, it is nice and clean. Unfortunately, the parking lot is not gated and blends into a shopping center lot that has regular foot traffic of area transients.

- Ricardo (9/5): Excellent hotel for the price - Great hotel, the pool area is beautiful, and the bar/restaurant is not overpriced. The room was clean and spacious. We just wished we had more time in our road trip to spend another night there. I never like to pay extra for parking, but it's L.A., so it is what it is. I would strongly recommend that the hotel page in Booking.com showed the extra charge more clearly

- Mariana (7/5): Donde no te sientes comodo, no vuelves - Quede decepcionada, primero con la mala predisposicion de la recepcionista que nos atendio. Nos tratamos de comunicar en ingles, y despues de mucho, nos dice que habla español (aparte se notaba el porte latino, era indudable) No nos informo que posterior a pandemia (excusa que nos dio otra recepcionista) los cuartos se realizan dia por medio. La puerta de la habitacion estaba caida, fuera de marco, y teniamos que levantarla para cerrar, o empujarla con el hombro para abrirla. No me parecio un hotel con calidad Hilton. Cobran aparcamiento, por un lugar al aire libre, y la barrera tampoco funciona bien. Me parece que es un servicio que lo podrian brindar, o al menos ocultar en el valor de la habitacion.

- Steven (7/5): Met all my needs for my trip there. - Very close to everything. Very nice staff. The temp control blew hot air to get up to temp, then it would blow cold air cooling down the room after warming it. Then i would need to turn it up again. That went on all night. Not a good sleep. I was in 162 so it might have just been that room.

- Robert (3/5): Experience would have been better, I think, if I’d booked via Hilton/Courtyard app. I don’t think I’d have been give - Good location near restaurants Noisiest room ever (231), they probably give worst rooms to Bookings.com users. I won’t make this mistake again. The room was next to elevator, across for noisy ice machine, and right above the linens processing area with big loud bins being banged around. The room was described as “Originally booked room; Hearing accessible with tub,” but there wasn’t anything to advantage someone with a hearing impediment and there was no tub. The description essentially means “very noisy room.” The hotel sent me several offers to upgrade the room for $30 or more per night, and now I understand why. The rear entrance door for handicapped access supposedly open either room key card, but it’s disabled (front desk says it’s “under repair” but that’s not true. The room card key is difficult to use because there are slots above and below the actual card slot, so one really has to work to get the card in the right slot. Overnight parking is $33 (tax included). Getting out of the parking lot often requires calling the front desk (assuming one has the phone number!) because scanning the little slip of paper with a Q-code is very hard to scan and there are no instructions. The staff knows it’s a problem but they’re blind yo the problem and have no intention of fixing it. One has to wait with car ahead try’s to figure it, then backs up (I had to back up too) and parks. The secret is to hold the Q-code about 8 inches from the device rather than hold it up against the laser reader. A simple instruction would save a lot of grief. When walking to hotel restaurant for breakfast, both side of corridor were lined with employees get ready for work-day. When taking nearest elevator, one is usually sharing it with a hotel worker with big cleaning or supply cart. The elevator door is banged up and the corridor wall are scared from worker-cart impact, but management doesn’t care. It would be easy to send a detailer around to paint the dings and clean/repair the walls.

- Annette (5/5): Hotel standards and upkeep have dropped. - There is ample parking. The upkeep and standards at this property have noticeably declined. The furniture and carpet were stained, and while the beds were clean, they felt old and worn. The biggest issue, however, was the smell in the rooms. Both rooms I stayed in had what seemed like a lingering smoke odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. It became clear the HVAC system is dirty and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The air conditioning gave off a smell, so I had to turn it off. Overall, the property needs attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

It’s hard to know what to expect these days and she was a total professional and sweetheart. She made check in smooth and even checked on me throughout my stay. The rest of the team was great too, helping me navigate the property from the restaurant to the gym and helping my visiting family to find parking. Thank you Shanna and team!
