• Murphy (7/5): Ordinary - It was close to our event, with plenty of shops for any of our needs. The bed was comfortable. The room is very small & showing lots of signs of wear & tear. Nowhere to put drinks or food as the very small fridge was for their mini bar. The breakfast in the Cafe was more than ordinary. It was all cold & some of it was not edible.

• Jin Peh (10/5): A Great Place to Stay in Glebe close to the city centre - The hotel is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Glebe and also to the city. Although my room faced the main room, it was quiet and I was able to sleep well. My bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming back. It was easier for the Uber drivers to pick me up on Wigram road next to the hotel rather than Glebe Point Road in front of the hotel as there was no space for cars to stop there. There was a pedestrian crossing.

It seems a waste of food at the cafe next door, and the quality is average. It would be better to give a choice. Average buffet or some $s towards a meal from the cafe itself.

• Sandra (8/5): I was pleasantly surprised. I used as base for a few day excursions. - The room is compact but comfortable. It had a small balcony so was able to open the door for some fresh air. Quiet room. Comfortable clean bed. Small kettle and bar fridge. Good TV and aircon. Great location for frequent buses to and from Sydney CBD and Coogee. Short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Tramways Market. Multiple charming stores on the street for supplies and meals. Beware using the Light Rail to get there. It's all uphill to get to the hotel .Bus much better.

Any sound from outside travelled into the room. The doors don’t have a great seal so any conversations/trolleys/vehicles outside could be heard clearly even when the room was fully closed up.

• Jen (10/5): A great stay, in a clean and quiet place. Everything you would want or need at your doorstep or just a bus or light rail - Location was perfect. So easy to get a bus or light rail or walk anywhere. Great restaurants and cool shops nearby. The courtyard was great. Given the location, there is no street noise whatsoever. It’s not that busy there but I wouldn’t need to worry anyway. Loved the cafe downstairs. The coffee and food was great. Reception were super friendly and helpful. Also having a mini bar was an unexpected delight and the prices were reasonable considering how expensive mini bars can be. Also the beds were SUPER comfortable. Nothing to not like. Would be good to have an air freshener in the bathroom but maybe that’s just me. I had to share with my sister so it’s always nice to keep the bathroom smelling fresh.
• Zoe (8/5): All in all this was an amazing place to stay for my trip! Staff were amazing too <3 - The staff were absolutely wonderful here, the bed was super comfortable and the aircon worked great. Loved being able to pull up Youtube on the TV whilst I was getting ready or unwinding for bed. I was super comfortable and very pleased whilst I stayed here, I miss it already! The shower did have a tendency to leak out into the rest of the bathroom if I took a longer shower, but was able to be solved if I just placed an extra towel down for the water.

• Starr (9/5): Great location close to shops, cafes and restaurants. - The room is very comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed including a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, tea cups and glasses. We used the complimentary umbrellas every day and the proximity to nearby shops, cafes and restaurants is incredibly handy for a longer stay. The bathroom is a little small but the shower is excellent. Some of the paintwork in the door jambs feels a little tired. The buffet cooked breakfast is very good but not many fresh fruit options beyond watermelon and apples. That said it was still more than adequate for our 3 night work stay.

The property was set in a great location that made it easy to access local stores and cafes. The room was a bit small for 4 grown adults however it was very doable.

We paid for breakfast and went to the eating area. The women couldn’t speak English at all. When asked for a caramel latte she was talking about the milk they had and said caramel milk was not an option. The eggs in buffet were green, hash browns still cold and frozen. Ihan kiva Gleben alue, 2-3 km vilkkaimmasta keskustasta! Aamupala oli kehno. Kokolattiamatto oli jo aika kulahtanut. Pyyhkeille ei ollut ripustuskoukkuja eikä tavaroille laskutilaa kh:ssa? Ja vaatteille ei ollut kaappia.

• Jeffrey (8/5): A Decent Base for exploring Sydney - The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location was good and Glebe is a nice area with lots of eating options. Not much storage space in the rooms. Breakfast in the cafe next door was adequate.
• Debbie (9/5): Fab location, nice rooms, decent breakfast - Location was fabulous, clean rooms Safe wasn’t bolted to the wall / floor. I put in my valuables and the whole safe moved. I found that it could be picked up and removed from the room. Needless to say I didn’t leave my items in there.
• Lisa (7/5): Good accomodation, shocking parking situation - Clean comfy beds Parking was a debacle. When we arrived they woke a guest to move their car and tried to get us to put our car into a space where it couldn't fit and we couldn't get out of car. Then I had to get up at 7.00am to move it. Then they woke me at 11 that night to come move it again, but then turned out I didn't have too, after being woken, having to get dressed and go down to reception!

The balcony has a gorgeous leafy outlook, stylish decor, comfortable big bed and great shower. The buffet breakfast was cold and the bathroom could use more towel hooks or racks.
