- pam (8/5): - Staff helpful and sorted out room issues and moved us for night 2. Lots of eating places nearby. Near to main station, but warned not to go into that area late at night. We were in an upgraded room, but it had no China cups or spoons, just paper cups for any hot drink made. Fir price paid for room, would expect that and soap in bathroom. Was remedied when asked staff.

- Staycy (10/5): Stay here again - The hotel is close to the Milano Cebtrale and very easy to reach on foot. There are also very good restaurants in the area. The room was very clean, and it had coffee and tea available. The service was excellent as well. Arosh is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

- Paul (8/5): Overall, everything exceeded our expectations—from the comfort & excellent hospitality. - Since this was my husband’s birthday trip, it was such a nice surprise that they upgraded us to a bigger room. What we did not realize at first was that the upgraded room was located in a different building. When we arrived there, it felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and it lingered in our minds whether it was really an upgrade, especially since we never got to see the room we originally booked—or if it was simply presented to us in a way that sounded nicer. One of the best parts was that we were right in front of a beautiful church and surrounded by so many amazing restaurants and cafes. It was very convenient for us since we often came back late and still found plenty of places open nearby. What amazed me the most was that even though the property was located on a busy street, it was not noisy at all. The space was incredibly large and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to move around and relax. Honestly, it felt like we were staying in a penthouse. It made the birthday trip feel even more special and memorable. We also really appreciated how responsive and attentive the hotel staff was. Whenever we requested any amenities, they responded within seconds and were always kind and helpful. Their quick assistance made our stay feel very smooth and well taken care of, and we are truly grateful for that level of service. The best part for us was that the main train station was only about 9 minutes away, and the walk was comfortable, safe, and easy even for late-night outings. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations—from the comfort of the space to the convenience of the location and the excellent hospitality. It was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again in the future. There was nowhere to sit—no extra chairs or luggage stand. Our house rule, wherever we go, is that no outside clothes should touch the bed or bedsheets. So not having an extra chair to sit on after a long walk outside, before showering or changing, was a challenge. We sometimes had to sit on the floor to rest or eat takeout before changing.

- Loredana (8/5): It’s a very good facility in a practical location - I arrived early and the staff was very kind to accommodate an early check-in ; lovely bathroom with spacious shower; the room is well appointed. I had some noisy neighbours in the room above and whilst the bathroom was spacious and with window, it was an internal window on I guess the fire stairs so the light was always on and reflecting on the mirror of the room unless the bathroom door was fully closed.Another small detail is that the coffee and teas had not been replenished when I arrived nor the following days.

- darko (10/5): Super zimmer und Lage - Überauss freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Auto wurde einem auch Parkiert in der Hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Bei Ankunft haben wir, da ein zimmer frei war, sogar ein upgrade auf ein grössere zimmer bekommen. Die Duschkabinen müssen etwas renoviert werde. Die Zimmer an sich sind aber neu und schön.

Abbiamo soggiornato nelle dependance a qualche decina di metri dalla struttura principale: un palazzo signorile davvero bello e silenziosissimo. Il letto comodissimo e la stanza spaziosa, ben arredata e molto pulita. A disposizione degli ospiti bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè. Bagno enorme. Personale davvero efficiente e disponibile, massima gentilezza e professionalità. Non particolarmente economico, 170 euro + 30 euro a notte per il parking, senza colazione. Unica pecca la doccia: enorme ma il soffione non funzionava bene e l'acqua calda impiegava moltissimo ad arrivare

They said we upgr a dedicated us and put us in a room. Around the block with air-conditioned not working and very inconvenient then we complain and they moved us back in the hotel! Not a good way to do business! I will never stay there again!!

Offered an upgraded room in a different building, which was huge! 5 minute walk to tram stop number 1 which went straight into the city centre. Lima metro station was a 12 minute walk and Centrale less than 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby. Although we were told this was their best room, the walls were crumbling in the bathroom, and the decor just seemed a little tired in general. Limited storage/shelving in the bedroom and none at all in the bathroom. Only one chair in the bedroom. In the main hotel, none of the three computers worked, the bar was never open and there is no roof top terrace!

The room was great and the staff was really helpful and kind and cooperative to every question and demand we had . I seriously recommend to pick this Hotel over others because it’s only 10 minutes near the Milan Centrale and the price was better than every other hotel in the area !

En ravanche, prévoir de prendre son petit déjeuner en dehors de l'hôtel car la prestation n'est pas prévue dan le prix de la chambre. Compte tenu du prix de la nuitée, il serait bien de fournir un petit déjeuner.

The room was serviceable but maybe they just remodeled because the edging along the floorboards still has tape residue. The floor of the shower is very slippery. They should put a shower mat in there to prevent falls. Lastly, the door leading to the cluster of hotel rooms in the supplemental bldg, does not consistently work. They is a safety hazard. It shouldn’t be hard to open.

- IK (10/5): - Pan z recepcji znalazł nam ostatni wolny pokój, a zaznaczę że była godzina 24:03, więc było to super. Pokój był mega duży, czysty, wszystko czego potrzebowałam było na miejscu. Czyste ręczniki, kosmetyki i oczywiście woda w lodówce. Duży balkon.

Camera de hotel frumoasă, suficient de spațioasă, curată, mirosea foarte frumos în cameră când ne-a fost predată, patul și pernele faine, se doarme bine.🙂 In fiecare zi se face curățenie în cameră, personal de nota 10 la curățenie. Locație excelentă, aproape de metrou și de Gara Centrală, doar că prima data să întrebați pe cineva să vă ghideze direct, ca să nu vă învârtiți pe străduțe. Sunt de asemenea în jur multe restaurante unde se mănâncă gustos, magazine. Milano este un oraș de vis, un adevărat muzeu în aer liber. Mulțumim pentru cazare! 😉 Nu am nimic negativ de zis.
