• Adrian (5/5): Staff nice but would not recommend Hotel Terminal - Staff was nice. Close to the Termini Station. Room cleaned daily. Old windows that cannot be closed properly and can hear everything from the noisy and dodgy neighbourhood, hot water had to run it for a while until it's fine. Very basic room, no kettle tea/coffee bags, very hard mattress.

• Vincenzo (7/5): Non è andato male - L'hotel Terminal sembra pulito, silenzioso, dove la cordialità sopperisce ad alcune carenze.La stanza era molto piccola ma era per uso singolo e il letto era alla francese. Non avere la colazione è stato scioccante. Sono dovuto andare in un bar e spendere. Intorno alla Stazione Termini non ci sono bar che fanno una colazione gustosa. Ho preso un cornetto e un caffè espresso.

• Pamela (5/5): Aceptable - El trato del personal fue excelente! Yo que fui en tren la ubicación no puede ser mejor, a 2 cuadras. El ambiente en la calle es caótico como toda terminal, pero me sentí segura a toda hora. Hay en la zona bares por todos lados donde desayunar y cenar. El hotel está muy dejado. Se escucha todo lo de la calle y habitaciones linderas.

El mantenimiento de la habitación era malo, a la ducha le faltaba una puerta y le ponían una cortinilla, bastante incómodo ducharse así, el resto de la habitación de batalla, sin mucho mantenimiento.

• Eduardo (8/5): - Localização ótima! Além de estar do lado do terminal de trem e metrô, tem ótimos restaurantes. O café da manhã logo na frente do hotel tb facilita muito. Fica perto pra ir a pé pra vários pontos turísticos. Eu tinha visto um comentário sobre o sistema de aquecimento de água ser insuficiente. De fato, fiquei no 5° andar e o sistema é meio precário. Falei com a recepção, que prontamente me auxiliou, mas o problema é o tipo de sistema de aquecimento (caldeira) que, em tese, armazena a água quente. Se o uso é pouco, a água quente demora pra circular e chegar nos quartos. Dica: abrir todas as torneiras (lavatório, bidê e chuveiro) na posição quente e deixar sair água até pegar pressão. Ajudou um pouco.
