- Amanda (4/5): It was okay but I would not book again. - It was close proximity to where my daughter was dancing at. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious. The carpet in our room was dirty and sticky in some spots. Our air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle when it kicked on. The elevator was very run down and sometimes would not work. The pool was ice cold.

The elevators were a bit scary, they both sounded very sketchy and felt very shaky. The carpet in the hallways had, I'm guessing, big bleach stains. I think our room had a dog previously because we had allergies the whole stay.

The paint they used to refurbish the tub was peeling. The tile floor in the elevator was shattered to bits. The elevator was frequently out of service. On the 4th floor, we had sugar ants in the bathroom. Even the park bench outside the front door was broken. Not worthy of the Sheraton/Marriott brand.

Every single person we interacted with during our four night stay was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The public areas of the hotel were nice too. Loved the restaurant for breakfast. However. Our room, a suite, was downright shabby. It was dark, musty, and unattractive. Lots of patches on the paint, a big crack through the floor of the shower, no towel bars, no overhead lights. The only light in the bathroom was in the shower. The pool was apparently unheated. Very cold. Friends staying elsewhere had nice, warm pools and could enjoy this amenity. Disappointing. Loved the proximity to the west concourse of the convention center. Very convenient. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless we knew the pool ( which looked lovely) was usable and the rooms were freshened up. The elevator only worked intermittently and was closed down completely on checkout day. Again, kudos to the staff. You all do a great job.

- 148brandiv (2/5): Rude nightshift person and trying to make you pay twice - This was an absolutely atrocious experience. We went to the hotel at 1pm and the gentleman was extremely nice at that time, let us know we could come back in one hour (an hour prior to their normal 3pm check in time) gave us our parking pass and told us everything was situated. On our end we had our confirmation, showed we he PID for the hotel and all we had to do was come back later and check in. We were going to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal so we wouldn’t be back until about 2am. The gentleman said that was fine. We came to officially check in and get our two room keys (because we booked two rooms) at 1am. The person st the front desk was extremely rude, refused to to call the gentleman that was working earlier in the day but had no problem trying to call the police because he wanted to charge us for the two room again even though we showed proof that we had already paid for the rooms and showed him our parking pass we were given. He was extremely rude and wrote down our tag (which is fine because we did absolutely nothing wrong) he wanted our parking pass, which we refused to give him because that was our only physical proof from the actual hotel that we had paid and he was yelling at us when nobody was being rude to him. So basically do NOT stay here. If you do make sure you check in right at 3pm and get your keys and do NOT deal with the nightshift gentleman because he was so rude for no reason and will call the police on you (when he is the one in the wrong) and he just wants to get double paid.

- T2472HOjessicas (2/5): Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here - I booked a suite at this hotel for a Saturday night, arriving at 9 PM with my family, including my infant child. I expected the level of quality and service that Marriott is known for. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an absolute nightmare. The suite we were given had black mold all over the ceiling—a clear health hazard, especially for a baby. I immediately reported this to the front desk, and to their credit, they offered another suite. But unbelievably, the second suite also had black mold on the ceiling. Now it’s 10 PM, I have a baby with me, and I’m scrambling to find another hotel in the area. Most places are already fully booked for the night. I asked the front desk for help finding another Marriott property nearby (something that’s typically standard procedure under Marriott's hospitality promises) … and they flat-out refused. Their response was to “call on Monday to speak to a manager.” Completely unacceptable. This is beyond poor customer service—this is a serious health and safety issue, and the staff’s lack of urgency or empathy, especially with a baby involved, was appalling. I didn’t even stay the night and ended up finding alternative accommodations at my own EXPENSE and effort, late at night, in a city I am not familiar with. I will be filing a formal complaint with Marriott and local health authorities. If this is how they handle mold and guest safety, it makes you wonder what else is being overlooked. Until this property addresses its mold issues and retrains its staff on guest safety and crisis handling, I strongly advise avoiding this location.

In fact, the wifi availability was spotty throughout the entire trip and I often resorted to my data instead. On the second night, we came home late at midnight to find out we were locked out due to a system error and our key cards would not open our door no matter what. We were told maintenance couldn't be there till morning and were given a temporary room for the night. We were left without our chargers or any of our belongings which was incredibly inconvenient. I made sure with the night shift front desk that I will be notified as soon as it is possible to get into our room, but I had to wake up at 7:30am to go to the front desk to ask for someone to open our room. Even then, when they opened it, my keys still didn't work and I had to go get new keys. After that, the keys to my temporary room to get some of my things stopped working so that added another trip to the front desk. In total, I had to make at least 10 trips to and from the front desk at midnight and 8am. I wanted to speak to the manager which would not come until noon 12pm. I had to wait until 12pm to speak to them, and even then both supervisor and manager were incredibly unapologetic, and frankly very argumentative. I would not consider that good customer service. As an icing on the cake, the elevator broke when we went down to check out.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the in room safe was a nice surprise, the employees were so professional and kind! Would return there without a second thought

All the hotel staff were consistently kind and welcoming, always greeting us warmly and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was excellent. I even forgot a package, and they immediately called me and went through the process to return my belongings. Overall, my experience has been outstanding, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It makes it easy for taxis like lyft to get me from A to B, and I also have easy access to restaurants too nearby. Prices for the hotel were great too and I can safely say I felt safe while there too. Definite recommend. Thank you to all the staff that helped me throughout the days too especially the manager. Hope to come back soon.

This Four Points is full of kindness and talent. A general manager that is beloved by his staff, and the owner, who sets the example for everybody through his kind acts. It was dumping rain and we had to catch a charter bus at hotel across the street. Literally the owner had us hop in his pickup truck and he drove us across the street. What an example to his staff and how appreciated it was! Thank you Jan for being in the driver seat and leading by example in everything that you do. Your entire staff thinks that you are amazing! To the general manager, and the front desk staff Asau and Carlie, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for your care and kindness throughout our stay here. Very easy walk to the convention center. If you have an event there, please give this place a try. A special experience!

- Nicholas (6/5): Ok if you’re at a convention on a budget - Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Price was reasonable. There was a refrigerator in the room, which was nice. Pool area nice. The downside is this is obviously an older building, so parts of the bathroom are a little grungy, as is the elevator and some common areas. My main complaint is that the water in the bedrooms is practically undrinkable. They give you two free bottles of water, but they should replenish it every day. The water out of the tap is straight nasty so if you’re here for a couple days, you will want to buy a few gallons of water to drink from the store or something

- Maribel (4/5): - My recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center was not ideal, mainly due to the room setup. The lighting was very limited, with only two lamps that did not provide sufficient brightness. This made it uncomfortable for working at night. Another major issue was the lack of electrical outlets. The room had only one outlet for the television and another for a bedside lamp. If I wanted to charge my laptop or use the coffee maker, I had to unplug either the TV or the lamp, which was inconvenient and impractical. In addition, the outlet near the window lamp was not a three-prong connection, so I could not use it for my computer. The absence of a mini fridge was also disappointing. If you wanted a cold drink while working at night, there was no option other than going back down to reception for water, which was not comfortable. Overall, the room was not functional for someone who needs to work or relax with basic conveniences like proper lighting, sufficient outlets, or a fridge. While there was a USB port for charging small devices, the setup was far from practical. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel for business travelers who expect a well-equipped room for working.
- Keith (8/5): - The property was located close to the Orange County Convention center with a 10-15 minute walk. There were enough walkable restaurants as well. My complaint would be that the maintenance was not good on the property. The first room we were given, when I went to lay down to bed my feet became soaking wet as the carpet nearest he window and AC unit was flooded from the AC unit. I promptly told the staff and they immediately moved us to another room. The next room was good except for one of the overhead lamps light switch was broken. You could not turn the light on or off. The light just stayed on. So we had to resort to bending under the nightstand and unplugging the lamp for sleeping. Other then the mentioned maintenance issues, the staff was great, the location worked, and the facility was clean.

El que me atendio me dijo que a él le aparecia solo un pago en su sistema. Compre la reserva con desayuno incluido y luego me cobraron el desayuno. Les enseñe la reserva y me dieron una tarjeta que autorizaba desayuno para dos personas y mi reserva era de 4. Yancko el supervisor me dijo que tenia que verlo con Booking porque ellos solo dan desayuno para dos.

Suite had two rooms which was nice. The rooms were moderately clean. Ready for remodeling. The room had a smell but purchased febreeze and it was fine. The windows were dirty on the outside and it looked like the outside walls were in need of cleaning.
