- Tamar (1/5): הזהרו מראות Beware of scams - בחיים לא אחזור לשם. מתמונות באתר של בוקינג ניתן היה להבין שבמלון יש בריכה. טילפנתי ישירות למלון (שיחת הטלפון מוקלטת) כדי לוודא שאכן יש בריכה ונאמר לי שכן. מאחר וטיסתי ביום העזיבה הייתה בשעת ערב מאוחרת, שאלתי אם ניתן לשהות בבריכה לאחר פינוי החדר וגם על זה נאמר לי שכן. ביצעתי הזמנה וכעבור דקות ספורות חזרו אלי במייל והודיעו לי שיש בעיה עם מועד הזמנתי והציעו לי מלון אחר כתחליף. הודעתי שאני לא מעוניינת במלון האחר ולאחר ששיניתי את רמת החדר הזמנתי למלון Hotel The Code אושרה. כשהגעתי למלון נדהמתי לגלות שבכלל אין בו בריכה למרות שגם עפ"י התמונות באתר של בוקינג וגם עפ"י שיחת הטלפון המוקלטת, ברור היה שבמלון יש בריכה. פקיד הקבלה טען שמדובר ב "אי הבנה" והבריכה בכלל במלון השני שהוצע לי, והוא הוסיף ואמר שמימלא לא ניתן לשהות בבריכה לאחר פינוי החדר. השמעתי לפקיד הקבלה את הקלטת שיחת הטלפון אך כלום לא עזר. במלון גם לא גילו נכונות להשאיר את החדר ברשותי לעוד כמה שעות. הטענה הייתה שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה. גם זו טענה שקרית שכן בסופו של דבר הזמנתי באמצעות בוקינג את החדר ללילה נוסף. לא רציתי בשביל כמה שעות מנוחה להתחיל להחליף מלון ובליית ברירה נשארתי עוד כמה שעות במלון שיותר לא יראה אותי בחיים. יצאתי בתחושה שפשוט רימו אותי. I will never go back to this hotel. From the pictures on the Booking website, it was clear that the hotel has a pool. I called the hotel directly (the phone call was recorded) to make sure that there is indeed a pool and I was told that there is. Since my flight on the day of departure was late in the evening, I asked if I could stay in the pool after vacating the room, and I was told that I could. I made a reservation and a few minutes later they got back to me by email and informed me that there is a problem with the date of my reservation and offered me another hotel as an alternative. I announced that I am not interested in the other hotel and after changing the room level, my reservation for Hotel The Code was confirmed.
- Gamze (8/5): Harika bir konumu olan , güzel hizmet alabileceğiniz bit otel - Konumu çok iyiydi. Pek çok gezilecek yere yürüme mesafesinde idi. Ayrıca metro durağına da yürüyerek 2-3 dakika idi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Odalar her gün temizleniyordu. Sadece ücreti biraz daha makul olabilirdi.

- Sonja (10/5): Najbolji smještaj u Rimu - Ovo mi je drugi posjet ovom hotelu i definitivno ispunjava sva očekivanja. Osoblje je izrazito srdačno i uvijek su spremni pomoći. Sobe su prostrane, čiste i udobne, a doručak ima po nešto za svakoga. Veliki plus je i to što imaju i veliku ponudu gluten free proizvoda. Lokacija ne može biti bolja, svega par minuta hoda od Španjolskih stepenica.

- Farida (5/5): Not worth the money you pay for a four-star hotel - The staff were very friendly and the location was great for sightseeing in Rome This is not a four-star hotel as it is very rundown old and also the breakfast facilities were very poor. The pictures do not depict what the actual rooms look like as the leather was peeling from the bedframe and it was in much need of work. A very shabby old hotel. Staff were helpful in terms of recommending nearby eating restaurants. The blankets in the room room was not clean and had hair from other guests. Also during my stay there was banging noise from the above ceiling as they were having repair work done. Also you paid to stay in a four star spa facility but you have to pay an additional cost to use these facilities.

- Dagmar (8/5): Grundsätzlich toll. - Die Lage war hervorragend! Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen gute Tipps vom Concierge. Das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Die Dusche ist kaputt! Es störte mich, dass auf dem Schild im Bad steht, die Tücher werden nur gewaschen, wenn sie auf dem Boden liegen. Sie wurden jeden Tag gewechselt! Das ist übertrieben! Ansonsten sehr toll gereinigt. Der Frühstücksraum war zu kühl! Etwas wofür niemand etwas kann:

Έπρεπε να ζητάω κάθε μέρα χαρτί υγείας από τη ρεσεψιόν γιατί δεν άφηνε αρκετό για 3 άτομα. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε ποικιλία αντίστοιχη των 4 αστέρων κ της τιμής στα είδη περιποίησης μπάνιου. Το πρωινό αν κ πολύ ποιοτικό θα μπορούσε να έχει λίγη περισσότερη ποικιλία

- Imre (8/5): - The staff was really kind. The location of the hotel is outstanding, close to spanish steps, and to the metro station. The restaurant is really good, foods are really italian, and nice italian wines are avaliable. We got only 2 small bath foam upon arrival, and we got no more, altough we spent 4 nights in the hotel. Unfortunately there was no warm.water on one of our night. The electric switch board was really loud, I could not sleep. The "spa" is not 4 stars, I do not suggest to use.

- Wendy (8/5): We had a nice time. Great location. The staff were great but I felt the hotel fell short of 4 star by quite a long way - Good location Had to pay for the spa which was not advertised. Very basic bar which was a table by the kitchen. Average breakfast.

The building and facilities were very attractive and clean, and the location was excellent, except for maybe those who don't do well with stairs, because The Spanish Steps were often our most direct route back to the hotel. I hate this recent trend of hotels that don't put actual full doors on the bathrooms. I love my mate, but neither of us wants to share the sensory experience of our bathroom activities.

Un hotel 4 stelle veramente in centro vicino a tutto, al prezzo di un 3 stelle La colazione migliorabile, soprattutto i salumi erano di scarsa qualità
- Mégane (9/5): Parfait - Chambre au top, quelques éléments un peu vieillissant. Mais pas dérangeant ! On a pu entrer dans la chambre plus tôt que prévu et laisser nos valises à l’accueil en arrivant. En tant que maman allaitante et voyageant sans mon bébé j’ai dû tirer mon lait durant le séjour. Le monsieur à l’accueil a gentiment accepté de mettre mes coldpacks au congélateur jusqu’au lendemain et au moment de quitter l’hôtel j’ai pu garder mon lait maternel au frigo également ! L’emplacement était idéal Merci au personnel pour cet accueil, on reviendra certainement dans cet hôtel si on doit revenir à Rome un jour.
