The room and the location were both great and very close to the metro station. I was very impressed with the automated keyless system at the apartment. Overall a great experience for us.

Cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici di qualità e una lavastoviglie ottima. Macchina del caffè Nespresso e bollitore con capsule, bustine di te, zucchero, latte etc etc. Check-in e check-out semplicissimi. Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale. A pochi passi dalla metropolitana e a poche fermate dalle principali attrazioni. Zona molto tranquilla e con 2 supermercati a brevissima distanza. Esperienza fantastica!

- H.L. (6/5): - Numa Stay Vienna seemed perfect for our family trip. We had two separate bedrooms and a folding bed in the living room. There is nothing to do in the area but you can hop on the nearby underground to the buzzle and hustle of the city centre in about 15 minutes. The rooms look nice, the beds are clean and there are enough power outlets to charge everyone's phones and tablets.

Inside, the apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully modern, offering the perfect balance of comfort and style. Overall, it was a peaceful and classy place to stay, and I would definitely return.

Cons: Bedroom has no AC unit, so can get very warm. Significant road traffic noise as the windows are old style and not well insulated. Lifts don't stop at every floor.

In our case the room instead of being available earlier as asked was not yet ready at 15.00. Compensation was eventually offered, by a human being after a senseless communication with the chatbot in the beginning
- Leonie (10/5): We loved our stay at Numa and would stay again. - Our stay didn’t starts so well hotels.com didn't send us the email we needed to check in but even though the property says no check in desk we meet the owners who helped us check in and everything went smoothly from there, a full kitchens to cook, laundry facilities, lockers Incase you needed to leave your bags till 8pm on your checkout day, yoga mat, high chair for little ones. Spar around the corner and a aisian food store across the road, with lovely dumplings in the freezer.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Otel güzel fakat su arızası rahatsız etti - Otel temizdi. Fakat kaldığımız sürede temizlik yapılmadı. 5 gecelik konaklamada ilk 3 gün sıcak su yoktu. 4. Gün ancak tamiratı bitirildi ve duş yapabildik. Temizlik elemanı iki defa check out yaptık mı diye kapıyı açarak kontrol etti. Bizi rahatsız etti. Odada olmasak rahatça girip karıştırabilirdi. Bunun dışında odanın sunduğu imkanlar iyi idi. Malzemeler ve ekipmanlar yeterli idi. Tam bitişiğinde inşaat olması giriş çıkışı zorlaştırdı fakat kapı şifresi sorunsuz çalıştı. Otel görevlileri internet üzerinden iyi iletişim sağladı.

- SANGYEOL (6/5): - It was also very convenient to use the 24-hour paid parking lot 3 minutes away, and it was convenient to have a large market, but the noise from the washing machine in the laundry room that started around 9 in the morning was so loud that I thought the house would collapse. The noise was so loud and the vibration was so severe that it lasted for more than 40 minutes, giving me a headache.
- Hariram (8/5): Except for elevator, elegant stay - Everything was good except that elevator is not going to drop you off at the floor in which you would like to get down. If you have big suitcases it's going to be challenge. The entire apartment complex is not physically challenged friendly. Rooms are tiny but they are very clean. Appliances are new and they are well maintained. They give free water which is really tasty. Everything is automated that sometimes you feel you need to talk to someone. It's possible but not that accessible.

The bed was so comfortable that I slept so well, weather was very miserable during our stay, so it was lovely to come back, have a shower and be warm & cosy in the apartment. Subway a minute’s walk away & bus stop 15 second walk away. Same distance for BILLA & SPAR for groceries. Safe neighbourhood for walking day or night. Highly recommend

Silencioso. Buenísima comunicación con anfitrión (todo via whatsapp, explicaciones o cualquier solicitud respondida al momento.) Ascensor. Supermercado a 1 min con todo lo necesario. Si volvemos a Viena, repetimos!

It had freebies also, such as salt pepper,milk and coffee also drinks ( water,soda and beer!)It is near the U4 station which we used a lot.there are many stores nearby. The only problem i found was that it was impossible to hang our towels and clothes (4 persons) cos there wasn't any cabinets apart from a wall mounted shelving and 5 unremovable hangers. But i do recommend this place and i will rebook with them again when we come back in Vienna.👍👍👍

- Seon Jeong (10/5): - 엘리베이터가 중간 층에 있어서 조금 당황스러웠습니다. 하지만 다른 점은 전부 좋습니다. 지하철역, 버스 정류장, 마트(Billa)가 정말 가깝습니다. 숙소가 깨끗하고 안전합니다. 주방에 미니사이즈의 소금과 후주 그리고 설탕이 준비되어있습니다. 부족하면 지하에 여유분이 항상 준비되어 있으니 이용하면 됩니다. 수선과 휴지도 지하에 항상 준비되어 있어서 잘 사용하였습니다. 차와 커파머신이 있어서 잘 이용하였습니다. 스토브 이용방법을 몰라서 이메일로 문의하였을때 답변이 정말 빨리 왔습니다. 지하에 세탁기와 건조기를 이용하려면 인증번호를 받아야 하는데, 지하라서 이메일 수신이 안 된 것은 불편했지만, 위층으로 올라와서 이메일 수신하여서 전원을 켜고 잘 작동시켰습니다. 체크인이 어렵지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족한 숙소입니다.

- John (10/5): Huge - Super huge. Two rooms, two bathrooms, a big kitchen and an outside area. The location was great with a simple bus ride downtown.
- Nicole (10/5): - Zwei Tage vor Anreise erhielt ich ein E-Mail mit dem Zugangscode zum Appartement. Den Code gibt man schon beim Haupteingang ein sowie auch bei der Wohnungstür. Sehr modern. Das ganz Haus schein renoviert zu sein, modern und mit Charme. Das Appartement ist super gelegen. Gleich an der U-Bahn Station Längefeld wo man das Zentrum innerhalb wenigen Minuten erreicht. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Spar Supermarkt für Einkäufe, denn das Appartement verfügt über kein Restaurant. Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit zwei Kapseln. Weitere könnten im Büro im Erdgeschoss bezogen werden. Wenn man niemanden aufsucht, dann ist man total anonym.Bettwäsche, Frotteetücher und Abwaschtuch vorhanden .Spühlmittel auch sowie zwei Tapsfür den Geschirrspüler
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Blitzsauber, 20 Schritte von der U - Bahn entfernt, viele Supermärkte, Zentrum in 7 Minuten erreichbar, Schloss Schönbrunn zu Fuß in 10 Minuten oder zwei U- Bahnstationen. Das Aute kann man für nur 5 € pro Tag im Parkhaus U 4, Schönbrunner Straße parken.
