• Joshua Stephen (10/5): Warm and cozy, bang for your buck. - Lovely location, next to a bus stop, 7/11 access and an Indian restaurant open till 3am. The staff were literally so friendly! EVERYONE! they helped me check in early, exchange big bills, room service lady was so sweet and understanding! Totally recommend this place for travel or business! The rooms maybe a little old fashioned but for the price it’s worth. 10/10 would return! Probably maybe can have a vending machine?

Hotel dated, be careful when staying with kids - The location was great, the staff especially Velu was very helpful Go careful booking with children, it says “your child will sleep in a bed” what they mean by that is your bed, which is a small double. They did sort us out free of charge for the extra bed, but it is very misleading.

Bugis streetin ostosmahdollisuudet muutaman sadan metrin kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi mistä pidin paljon sillä huonehintaani ei kuulunut aamupalaa niin hotellin vieressä olevasta 7elevenistä kävin ostamassa aamupalaksi kolmioleipiä ja jugurtteja. Sänky oli hyvä nukkua, tyynyt pehmeitä. Huoneessa oli tarjolla kylpytakit ja tohvelit. Hotellissa on kyllä uima-allas, kävin sen katsomassa ja totesin että on hieman pienehkö joten en käynyt loppujen lopuksi uimassa ollenkaan. Huoneessa ei ollut hiustenkuivaajaa.
• Marcel (8/5): Worth the money - Stayed for 1 night. The hotel is a bit dated, but everything in the room works fine and it’s clean. I don’t understand all the bad reviews, because for Singapore it’s good value for money in a great neighborhood.

Easily walkable to everything and round the corner from a tube station for those hot afternoons when you have tired feet Room a little tired but water pressure excellent and very clean Pool closed at 6pm It was still light then and coming back from a day checking out all the sights to be able to relax by the pool till at least 7 would have been ideal.

Not sure why at night it was very noisy with children running around. During early morning, we can hear loud sound from water pipe next door 😭.

• Astrid (9/5): Aanrader! Fijn hotel. - Centrale ligging, vlakbij metrostations. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. De kamer was fijn om in te verblijven; goed geslapen op een lekkere matras. Ook prettig dat er een ekker ruime werkplek was met een bureaustoel, en een losse fauteuil om nog wat te kunnen lezen. Elke dag werden de koffiecups aangevuld dus ik kon elke dag starten met een bakkie. Jammer dat de badkamer nogal gedateerd was. En ik vind t niet nodig dat ik elke dag nieuwe waterflessen kreeg terwijl het kraanwater prima te drinken is. Niet duurzaam! Beter is het om eenmalig een bidon te verstrekken die je zelf kan bijvullen

La plomberie est un peu bruyante et ancienne, mais tout fonctionne.

Third room was much cleaner. Reception staff could be more welcoming, they were a lot better in November last year

Maintenance - water drainage in the bathtub was not draining well. Gym is very small with limited machines, hygiene is not perfect as sanitizer bottle in the gym is always empty and no towels provided, always dirty towel from the pool are lying in the gym floor.

• Mark (9/5): Good location and value for money - This is a relatively old hotel, but maintained well. Stuff attitude kind and helpful. Rooms are large providing space for everything. Location close to several MRT stations and many other attractions. Breakfast is ok, suited mainly to eastern taste. When I asked if they have honey, it was brought for me from the kitchen. Nice swimming pool for relaxing. Water flow and temperature steady and strong. Price 30% lower than a nearby hotel with small room and minimal service. I still miss the power plugs near the bed to charge my phone. It is my personal preference to have a shower and not a bath.

• Mariana (7/5): The stay after the room change was good, the cleaning personal was super kind. just the stuff at the reception seemed mo - We got an „upgrade“ which was quite the opposite (one double bed instead of two separate, the room all in all seemed not recently cleaned, the bathroom was in a poor state and the actual wood floor was covered) After the room change the next day we finally got the room we expected for the booking. The state of the upgrade room, looked like a spare room which is just in use when the hotel is fully booked. While checking in we were told that if we don’t like the room, we can change but first during the next day. But next day the reception had no idea, we needed to the story again since nothing from that agreement was noted. Also the request of a second blanket seems forgotten. Due to the inconvenience we got a late check out. Again the stuff that day never heard of that. It got noted but the day of check out the key card didn’t worked until the agreed time.
