Guest Reviews
- Shalane Erin (8/5): - The hotel was nice and my little single room was cozy and quiet. The AC was a little rattly but worked really well, and everything was nice and clean. The bathroom was amazing- great size, water pressure, rain shower head and attachment, and a few little soaps. There was a nice little closet for my items and a few small shelves around the room. If the couple shelves had been a little bigger/longer it would’ve made getting ready a bit easier, and maybe a couple more amenities like a shower cap or slippers. My only issue was the bed itself- The mattress and pillows were rock hard and I could feel all of the springs. Staff were very nice and got me an extra duvet to sleep on top of, which gave some padding between me and the springs and helped a bit. I’d also have liked fresh sheets maybe in the middle of my 6 night stay. Overall, this hotel is super convenient near the Earl’s Court Station and felt pretty safe and peaceful.
- Margaret (2/5): - This hotel should not be advertised as having double rooms- the room they allocated was absolutely not a double. I say this as having worked in the hospitality industry! The room did not gave room to open a Ryanair approved hand baggage case on the floor. Absolutely disgraceful they are selling rooms as doubles that are not fit for this purpose. Do not take notice of other reviews because I am am absolutely appalled by the level of accommodation offered. The bathrooms and me person struggles to fit in!
- Carol (10/5): Oliver Plaza Hotel - Fabulous hotel until the last morning when the lift was out of order and we had to haul our suitcase down from the 5th floor to the ground floor- very unfortunate but they did say they were working to repair it.
- David (8/5): - Hotel was very good close to tube station
Rooms were spotless and well decorated
Breakfast was good lots of choices and the lady that ran it was very friendly
- Veena (10/5): - Staff is
- John (4/5): - Very tiny toilet and tub, and very small room. If you have 3 or 4 bags you might not fit. I had to use the public toilet because i literally couldn't fit onto the toilet due to the placement of the shower. Shower was tiny to the point my very small wife could barely fit and I was not able to use it at all. Very expensive for the room with these conditions
- Deborah A (8/5): - The room was unexpectedly
- Alexander (10/5): - Clean room, great breakfast!
- Mark (10/5): amazing hotel - lovely lovely hotel.. the staff at all levels were brilliant .. so welcoming and so friendly .. their mission was to make sure you had a great stay and they succeeded.. very impressed .. buffet breakfast was great value for money and great choice
- Jane (8/5): - Lovely hotel.. No disabled access though for wheelchair uses. Very clean. Wasn't able to adjust air con as the room was too hoy. so asked at reception and they guy said he can do it remotely. When we returned after our night out still on same setting and still unable to adjust and you are unable to open the windows. Only 3 parking spaces and parking outside the hotel is permit parking only. Thankfully managed to reserve a parking space. Thought parking charge was a little excessive at £30 but would struggle without a space to park.. breakfast was very nice. It's just a shame there's no bar at the hotel. With all this said had a nice stay and was convenient for the venue we were visiting for evening.
- Andreea (10/5): - Great stay at Oliver Plaza Hotel! Friendly staff, clean room, and perfect location in Kensington. Highly recommend!
- Matthew (10/5): - I had a comfortable Pleasant stay. Would recommend this Hotel for future guests.
- andrii (2/5): - small room
- RICHARD (10/5): Ideal base for sightseeing. - Lovely Hotel within walking distance to Kensington, Knightsbridge and other locations. Easy access to the Tube if not up for walking. The hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with very friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good and in ample supply. It was a great base for us to visit the sights and would definitely stay again.
- David (10/5): - Property was convenient to the underground and was well maintained.
- Alicia (8/5): Good stop for the night - We stayed here after watching Coldplay at Wembley, this hotel is in a great location less than 5 mins walk from Earl’s Court station. The room was very clean, amenities were in included and the coffee and tea was a nice touch. Beds weren’t too comfortable but was fine for a nights stay. Would recommend.
- Roslyn (6/5): Great location, small room - The location is excellent, just round the corner from Earls court tube station. The hotel reception area is small but check in was efficient. The room was small and ven although on the first floor the windows were at the ceiling height so you could only see a bit of sky and nothing else. The room was well laid out with sockets by the bed and one by a large mirror on the back of the door for drying hair. I would not like to stay here with anyone other than my husband. The shower door is a sliding frosted door and the area is so small it doesnt offer any privacy. The bed is also a double so not that big. The mattress was too hard for mine abd hubbys liking and we both had a bad back after 2 nights. It is for that reason I would not choose to stay here again. The hotel is spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and nice and quiet.
- Irina (8/5): - Conveniently located to transportation and very walkable, many restaurants.
- Qingyan (8/5): - Good location, but room is very small
- Sonja (8/5): Fabulous location and very clean. - Fabulous location. Safe and quiet. Very close to the tube station. Staff were very helpful especially the lovely ladies in the breakfast room. Breakfast was very good. A variety of cooked and cold options.
The rooms are really small but immaculately clean and nicely decorated. It was great to have a parking space but like all London hotels expect to pay around £30 per night. The only real down side was we found the bed really hard which could be due to our age! The staff popped a duvet underneath to help but we still had issues. Overall a great stay and we will definitely return.
- Lindsay (10/5): - This was a great experience and the perfect hotel for a short weekend trip to London from the US.
- Rumeet (4/5): - The property is dated. The beds were hard and the pillows as well. Not overly friendly staff either. Let them know the air conditioning wasn’t working and was immediately asked if I had it set right. That would have been acceptable if they did not have access to check it via computer. The desk man took a second to look and he confirmed I had it on and the room temperature was high. No apologies no recognition. Felt like I was bothering them with my issue. Tiny rooms were ok. Air conditioned kept soaking the carpet with condensation as well. Would not recommend a repeat visit
- Malcolm (10/5): - Everybody was very helpful would definitely book again
- Grace (10/5): - Lovely atmosphere, very nice room, staff was kind and helpful.
The shower in my room was absolutely incredible if a good shower matters to you book the Oliver
- Ramsey (10/5): - Myself and my adult child came for an extended London trip (16 days). We loved the Oliver Plaza Hotel. The location is ideal for shopping, museums, theatres, palaces and other sightseeing. Everything is either a short walk or tube trip away. The community is safe and quiet with lots of dining options nearby. The staff is very pleasant. The breakfast included option was a good value (especially by London standards). Our room had best hotel aircon I have every experienced (Cooling perfectly without chilling). If we come back to London, this will be where we stay.
- Catherine (10/5): - Excellent location near the tube. Was able to take the subway to and from the airport without having to change stations. There are many restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood as well as grocery stores. The front desk staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet.
I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!
- Matthew (10/5): - The staff on reception were lovely and the room was small but comfortable with a good shower.
- Patrick (8/5): - Excellent room - no facilities and reception had littered idea about location. But I wanted a bed for the night and had an excellent sleep.
- Angela (10/5): - A short walk from the station, had a good selection of breakfast items and room was very comfortable. Had a great stay here!
- Michael (8/5): Good price for London but tiny - Nice small hotel near Earls Court,
quiet and in good condition.
Room tiny but comfortable
Reasonably priced.
- S (10/5): Family trip 29th/30th July 2025 - Easy access - 2 minutes from Earl’s Court tube station. Small rooms but perfect for an overnight stay. Spotlessly clean and lovely staff.
- Lana (10/5): - Warm welcome, safe location and great hospitality. Would definitely stay again.
- Alison (8/5): - Great location, very clean. Like other reviews the room are very small but great if your just resting your head!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great stay - Room was spotless and bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely but basic with limited options. Shower was excellent. Other reviews state room was small but we found it big enough for our needs. Central location quick walk to tube station and shops / pubs a few minutes walk away. Would stay again.
- Julie (10/5): - Lovely place, food and room very comfortable
- Victoria (10/5): - Perfect tiny room! Easy safe walk to tube stop.
- Lesley (8/5): - Hotel is lovely but rooms are smaller than we're used to. I travelled with my teenage son, bathroom had a smoked glass sliding door which wasnt ideal.
- susan (8/5): Oliver Plaza - We loved this hotel. Staff all friendly and accommodating. Rooms refurbished and very clean. Beds very comfortable and aircon a bonus especially in the hot weather. Breakfast had a good choice and was well worth the cost. Plates cleared away as soon as you had finished with them which is somthing not seen in most hotels. Very close to the Earls Court tube station. It is a boutique hotel so the rooms are small which is the only downside to this lovely hotel.
- Nathalie (10/5): - The staff welcomed me and treated me as family! My flight was so delayed I arrived in the middle if the night and they welcomed me with care. The next day, I needed a space to work before going to the sirport and again, they accommodated me in giving me access to a space where I could work in a quiet environment. I highly recommend this lovely hotel which is also extremely convenient just 2 blocks away from the tube and busses.
- Francessca (10/5): - Stayed here on one of the hottest days of the year for Hyde park. The room was small but perfect for what we needed and the best thing of all, it had air con! Check in staff all really nice and no issues at all!
- Michael (4/5): - Room airconditioning did not work well. The fan speed was stuck on "low" and that prevented the unit from adequately cooling the room. Staff provided a portable fan. However they were unable to fix the unit during our 2 night stay. No other rooms were available. Complicating the matter was very warm weather (34c) during our stay. Hotel would be 4 stars with a proper a/c unit. It is a small room, but exceptionally clean and quiet. Great location to the Tube for great access to London.
- Malgorzata (10/5): - Amazing stay, hotel is 2 min walk from the Earls Court tube station, our room was small but well appointed double, had tea& coffee facilities, small desk, TV, air con and very comfortable bed. All was very clean. Breakfast included was very tasty - full English and continental options, staff very friendly. There was option to leave the language for a day. Would stay again.
- Lucien (10/5): - Small rooms but very clean, quiet and modern
- Angela (10/5): - Great location, close to Earl’s Court, lots of restaurants/pubs around, safe area, great breakfast! The rooms are small but efficient, likely typical for London. Has Air conditioning!
- Josipa (10/5): - Highly recommend. Very comfortable stay for 7 nights. Well situated, close to transport and food options (restaurants, pubs, fast food, supermarket, chemist). The rooms are kept spotless! My room was single and small, but had everything I needed - great Wifi, TV, kettle/tea things, aircon, 24hs reception, kind staff. Would definitely come back.
- Cindy (10/5): - Clean and quiet.
Wonderful breakfast.
Wonderful women working the breakfast. Very kind and helpful. Always smiling.
Great air conditioning and elevator!
Loved that I was able to fill my water bottle everyday in the lobby.
Thank you!
Will recommend to others!
- Xiao (10/5): - Very clean, very friendly staff. Would recommend.
- Alastair (8/5): - For a London Hotel ....good.
- Kara (10/5): Amazing Spot - The person at the front desk was incredbily kind and helpful. They allowed us to drop off our bags at the front and were very sweet when our plans had to suddenly change. I would definitely stay there again. The only part that might be improved upon is the pillows were a little flat. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
- Simon (10/5): - I had an excellent stay at this very comfortable hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable.
- Ehsun Mohammed (10/5): - I didn't like the fact that there was a used ear bud on the carpet and a paper ripped off from a medicine box under the bed. Otherwise it was great.
- Nadine (10/5): - Good location. 5 minutes from Earl’s Court Station with the District and Piccadilly subway lines. Very active neighbourhood with a variety of eating options.
The walls aren’t well insulated so…
- Diane (10/5): - Staff and rooms were excellent
- Anong (6/5): Good location for going places in London - Location is 10/10
Checkin/out is 10/10
Room# 502 is too small, AC makes noises when it's on and gets too cold at night due to a closet size space.
Staffs are wonderful 10/10
There is drinking water in the lobby which is 10/10 feature.
- Todd (10/5): - This was the first leg of a very long trip! I arrived to the hotel late, at about 11PM, and the staff were quick and efficient at checking me in so I could relax after a long flight. The room I had booked was on the smaller side, but, that being said, it was exactly what I needed as I wasn't planning on being in the room for extended periods of time. I stayed on the 5th floor and it was quiet and comfortable. The room was freshened up every day. I really, really enjoyed my stay. I have already booked another stay as I'm back in London. This time, because I anticipate needing more room, I booked one of the larger rooms. Finally, the area around the hotel is very well situated near shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and train lines to get you to other ends of the city.
- Kate (8/5): One night break away - From outside the building was very clean and looked lovely. We were close to all amenities and travel choices.
The concierge was polite and friendly, check in was easy and our room was clean and had what we needed for our one night break away. Would recommend and great price, what more do you need?! Thank you.
- Guillermo (10/5): - Great loation for waking , close to a tube station sorry dont remember the name of it.
- Christian (10/5): - Everything was perfect, room was clean, and the breakfast really good, Romanian kitchen crew doing a great job.
- David (10/5): - Fantastic find so close to Earls Court Station. Very clean and lovely staff. Small room but that’s expected for Lindon. Great value.
- PAUL (10/5): - Booked after reading reviews
Would highly recommend
well priced and a good location
Hotel was spotless and staff really friendly and welcoming
- Alejandro (10/5): - Excellent
- dave (10/5): - Absolutely perfect
- Sue (10/5): - Lovely hotel in a residential area which is very convenient for Earls Court tube station. I’d booked a single room at a good price but was given a free double room upgrade. Friendly reception staff. Clean hotel and I would definitely book again.
- Imran (8/5): Decent/compact/good for a short stay. - Compact double room for short trip to Earls Court, comfortable single beds, enough wardrobe storage for short trip for <2 days. En suite shower decent. Housekeeping was good. Didn’t try the dining experience as went to local fooderies instead - Paul at top of the road was a pretty good chain boulangerie. Bit pricey, but overall a good experience. Good aircon on hot days.
- Stephanie (10/5): - I truly enjoyed my experience at Oliver Plaza. Great location as it is very close to the tube & bus stop, kind and helpful staff, and spacious single room. I did not try the breakfast but it did smell good. I would definitely book here again! Until next time x
- Valérie (10/5): - Stayed at this hotel before. Very near to Earl's Court station so it is easy to travel.
Staff have always been friendly.
Room was clean and spacious enough.
- Michael-Derrick (10/5): - Excellent location right near Earl’s Court tube station and many restaurants/convenience stores. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional and rooms were very clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, although on the smaller size, it was big enough to store our bags and comfortable enough for our needs. Bathroom was nice and renovated. Overall, well worth the stay.
- Samuel (10/5): - Great hotel in a great area!
- Michael (8/5): - Good
- mohamed (6/5): - very small room
- Hazel (10/5): - Clean, safe, excellent staff. Well appointed and flew se to public transport
- Ian (10/5): - Good hotel, handy for Earls Court station
- Thomas (10/5): Perfect London Getaway - Wonderful staff that were always willing to help make the stay just that extra bit better and in an ideal location - will definitely be looking to stay here again when we next find ourselves in London.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel in a great area! - Staff were lovely; both check-in and check-out were quick but friendly. My room was upgraded free of charge, which was a nice gesture - although I'm sure if the room I originally booked was as clean and well-decorated as the one I stayed in, I would have been very happy there too! The rooms are snug rather than small, with good amenities (including very good air conditioning). Probably better suited to shorter stays. Extremely good value for money, and in a lovely area of London with excellent transport links. Definitely recommended for solo travellers and couples - I felt very safe throughout my stay.
- Catherine (10/5): - Loved this hotel!
- HELEN (10/5): - Loved this hotel it’s small but super clean and very near the tube station
- Suzie (8/5): - Great location just minutes walk from Earls court station, rooms are small but clean. Shower was powerful and the bed was
- Robert (10/5): - So close to subway and various places to eat.
- Alejandro (10/5): - Great place
- Timothy (10/5): - Very kind staff. Room was very small but good value.
- Yasunari Naidu (10/5): - The hotel is at the heart of London, and it really offers great value and outstanding service. Recently refurbished thoughtfuly with a design toward comfort and convenience. Situated on the Piccadilly & District tube lines. The rooms are clean, you feel safe , the breakfast is delicious and the staff is super
Friendly and courteous. I really recommend it.
- Gustavo (10/5): - The hotel is very clean and the ambient is amazing. Great place in London
- Simon (10/5): - A fantastic hotel. Clean, extremely presentable. Great Breakfast. Some bedrooms cosy, but well equipped. A good firm bed too. Very convenient for our visit.
- Pam (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay at Oliver Plaza. It was convenient to the underground and there were plenty of dining options in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room and although it was small, it was well designed to make the most of the space. The large window was a plus and the room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. I included breakfast with my stay and it was well worth the money. There were plenty of options and everything was tasty. I would definitely stay here again.
- Denise (10/5): - Conveniently located near earls court tube. Many restaurants nearby. Clean and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed stay.
- Angela (10/5): Good location. Great for solo travelers - This was a last minute booking as my accommodation had fallen through the day before. The hotel is a short distance on the tube from Euston, and a very short walk from Earle's Court tube station. It was really quiet (I was able to have my windows open) but very close to a main high street with lots of amenities. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Unfortunately the TV signal wasn't working in the hotel but that was the only slightly negative thing. If you need darkness to sleep, bring an eye mask as the bathroom mirror standby button is bright and shines through the frosted bathroom door. Great shower. Good breakfast.
- Aidan (10/5): - Excellent
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very clean and comfortable - This hotel was exceptionally clean, and really comfortable. It was well maintained, and the staff were kind and friendly. The hotel is about a 2-3 minute walk to Earls Court tube station. I’ll definitely consider staying here again for future London trips.
- Anthony (10/5): - Spotlessly clean. Great, friemdly staff who were efficient snd attentive.
The hotel is very well located easy access to all the London sights
- Taranvir (6/5): - This is a small no frills property with good local food places and transport, perfect if you’re looking at staying central. The staff are okay, but the room is fine for 1 or 2 nights. Nice shower and clean bed, shame they didn’t change the bathroom bin which smelt of sick.
- Edmore (8/5): Really good hotel. - Was pleasantly suprised by how good this place was very clean and close to the tube station. Plenty of very good restaurants around. Stayed for 2 nights and my room was cleaned everyday.
The rooms are not the biggest but was defintely bigger than what i was expecting. For the price though, good value for money. I'd stay here again.
- Maria (10/5): Nice overnight London spot - Lovely place with comfy beds
- Tetyana (8/5): - Small hotel, extremely small room, Just bed and bathroom. No napkin or tissues, water only drink in reception area. Breakfast okay, In general, its okay to stay there a few nights. Subway station block away.
- Anuj (10/5): - Great stay, perfect location. No hassle.
- Julie (10/5): - Clean, friendly & good breakfasts
- Kathryn (10/5): - Very friendly staff and hotel is very clean. More updated than I have seen in that block near Earl’s Court station. Lots of restaurant places nearby.
- lisa (8/5): - Rooms are too small , esp for the price
- Nautica (8/5): - I appreciate the hospitality and cleanliness
- David (10/5): - Lovely and clean rooms.Everything you could wish for on a short trip to London.
