• ÖZKAN (7/5): Sadece gece gelip odada kalmak istiyorsanız tercih edilebilir. - Kahvaltısı yeterli düzeyde, çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Konumu iyiydi. Kaldığımız 3 gün boyunca temizlik yapılmadı, neden yapılmadı bilmiyorum. Ayrıca odada sadece tv vardı. Su bile bırakmamışlar.

The bathroom is small but convenient. Very good location with the best connectivity of Trams and UG. highly friendly staff. Excellent 3 Elevators. No Coffee/tea-making facilities. On request, they provided a kettle after taking a Euro 20 refundable deposit. The 5-6 steps from the roadside to reception, you feel it's difficult if you have heavy suitcases.

• Telma (3/5): Má experiência - o pequeno almoço era bom. Não gostei da antipatia dos funcionários, principalmente dos que estavam de serviço no pequeno almoço, porque viam as mesas sujas e alguém à espera para sentar nessas mesas e não iam limpar, continuavam o que estavam a fazer, era necessário pedir por favor para limparem essas mesas. O pior de tudo foi a falta de limpeza dos quartos e wc, quando chegámos o WC tinha milhares de cabelos, o chão do quarto tinha imenso cotão, o que mostra que não foi limpo. Não existia limpeza diária, se a quiséssemos tínhamos que solicitar na receção, o que fizemos, só que chegávamos ao quarto e a única coisa que era feito era a cama e mudadas as toalhas, o chão nunca foi limpo, inclusivamente, num dos dias foi retirada uma das capas de almofada de dormir e não foi colocada outra, a almofada ficou sem capa o que mostrou o estado em que se encontrava, cheia de manchas amarelas... Outra situação, foi ter deixado, por lapso, a embalagem da máscara de cabelo vazia no duche e quando viemos embora ainda lá ficou, ou seja aquando da limpeza nem este tipo de lixo retiraram, bem como m1 lenço de papel usado deixado debaixo de uma das almofadas da cama, fizeram a cama e deixaram lá o lenço. As funcionárias responsáveis pelas limpezas dos quartos, não tinham respeito nenhum pelos hóspedes, uma vez que assim que entravam ao serviço 6/7h faziam imenso barulho nos corredores, e não deixavam os hóspedes descansar. Apesar de ser um hotel de 3 estrelas, o minimo que se pede é limpeza, que não existia. Foi uma má experiência, não recomendamos este hotel, até pelo contrário, recomendamos que o evitem.

• mehmet Orkun (6/5): - Çalışanlar çok iyi. Konumu çok iyiydi. Toplu ulaşım için çok güzel bir yerde. Kahvaltı güzel sayılabilir. Havalandırma sistemi hava soğuk olmasına rağmen soğuk üflüyordu. Çalışanlar ısıtıcı getirmese çok üşürdük. Otel eski olanakları pek iyi değil.

A szoba nem elég felszerelt. Ami mindenképpen szükséges lenne egy hűtőszekrény. Éjszaka hideg volt a szobában. Lehetne kicsit változatosabb a reggeli például: több meleg étel.

Metroya yakın olması restaurant ve alışveriş mağazalarına marketlerine yakın olmasını beğendim . Odamızın manzarası çok güzeldi . Fotoğrafını ekledim . Yatak ve yastıkları rahatsızdı. Yastıklar çok inceydi. Yatağa yatak demek doğru olmaz . Baya ince bir şilteydi. Oda biraz küçüktü ama iş görür.

• JUNJUN (8/5): worth choosing - the servants in the restaurant are very professional. they always smile and very warm to the customers. although they did not make any change for the breakfast menu for weeks, I have to rate a 5 star to the servants. The entrance to the room is too narrow. To keep the closet ventilated, I opened the closet door, and as a result I clamp my ears several times as I opened the room door. it really hurts. The bedding is very clean as I entered this room. But the cleaner changed a very dirty one to me. I can see lots of fluffs on the bedding, and it is disgusting.

Na recepcii sme stretli stále ústretových a ochotných ľudí. Mali sme raňajky a vyber bol bohatý. Izba pomerne čistá, skôr stroho zariadená. Dostali sme však izbu priestrannú, nakoľko sme mali aj kočík a vyšli nám v ústrety. Také strohé izby, ale to len môj dojem. Nejaký obraz a v kúpeľni napr. Odlicovacie pomôcky by sa zišli a bolo by to pôsobili viac útulnejšie.

One evening, we came down to “Let’s Gunter Tonight” and were truly amazed by the great cocktails and outstanding service. A special thanks to our waiter, Jovian, who made our evening even more enjoyable with his friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Very attentive, friendly, and professional approach. The waiter helped us choose both the dishes and cocktails, had great knowledge of the menu, and gave truly spot-on recommendations. The cocktail selection was especially impressive — creative combinations, beautiful presentation, and excellent taste. The whole evening had a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and the service left us with only positive impressions. We will definitely come back again!
