- Collin (4/5): Avoid - stay at a hotel with staff present - Since there isn't any physical staff I had to stay on the phone for a while getting info and made about 5 different calls before I could get checked in. Twice I tried to call from the airport and see if I could check in early and I was put on hold so long I didn't try. Getting in was a little difficult because I booked through Hotels.com so I wasn't automatically sent the info to get the code that gets you into the building. They said they would contact me if I could get into my room early, they didn't. I let myself in 20 minutes early into my room using the code. So apparently the room was ready early but they didn't tell me. The room itself was fine, all the basic amenities. The AC worked very well which is a plus. The bed was stiff and the pillows were very thin. The shower flooded the bathroom like it does with every hotel ever. The view from the 8th floor was cute. The door didn't lock completely behind me so one night I got home and just pushed my door open which was very concerning. Also at one point the door handle just came completely off the door. I also got a spam text via whatsapp asking for me to submit some card info to continue my stay. It was especially creepy since they had my phone number as well as the dates I was staying there. I notified Numa and they just said to report it, but I wasn't really sure where or how... Just pay the extra money and stay at a hotel with an actual staff, you will avoid the headaches I suffered.
- Ryan (10/5): - I had a great time at this hotel. Super easy to get to and very close to shopping, grocery, and public transport options.
- Ann Sofie (6/5): God beliggenhed, men slidte værelser. - Rigtig god beliggenhed. Rummelige værelser, god rengøring. Nemt at kommunikere på Whatsapp med personale, der svarer hurtigt. Her stopper det positive så desværre også. Værelserne trænger til noget vedligehold. Mange ødelagte/afskallende vægge. Havde et rum med fugtskader i loft og køkken. Ødelagt afløb i brusekabine. Chromecast virker ikke, da der ingen wifi er på TV. Vi fik tilbudt et nyt værelse efter to nætter, dette værelse havde også ødelagt afløb i brusekabine, men her var køleskabet så også i stykker og generelt var det nye værelse dårligere end det første. Meget dyr parkering i en lille p-kælder med plads til 6-7 biler. Tror ikke vi kommer igen. Billederne er ikke tilsvarende.

- Gregg (10/5): - Great location and a terrific room. We had a large private balcony/deck with a view of Berlin. Highly recommend for short or long-term stays. We had four people so only having one restroom was a little bit of a challenge. It had a nice little kitchenette And an ideal location.

- yasmin (6/5): - Dust bunnies, Unstable Internet, Lousy Communication via WhatsApp with no follow-up. Every time it was somebody different (Helen, Jana, Emma Adrian -- the list goes on) and nobody cared for a week to get bedroom light fixed. AC filters are not cleaned so dust bunnies everywhere, nobody clean, also not the kitchen sink. I was also asked to pay 10 Euros for what supposedly free weekly cleaning. I stayed there for over three weeks, great location in Schöneberg, you do hear the U-Bahn but it's OK. The unit has large windows.

- William (6/5): - The property was supposed to give me check-in instructions, but I never received them. It wasn't until I was outside the property at night that I scanned the front door QR code that I had to do things like scan my passport and fill out a digital form which felt very unsafe. There was a bug in my room that ended up inside my bag, little thing was quick too, it was hard to kill. The room was advertised to have a kitchen and stovetop, however that is only for the upper level, more expensive rooms. My room just had microwave and kettle, so it would be nice if they clarified. Other than that, it was a comfortable experience, the area wasn't too bad. Even in the darker evenings in January people were still out, it never felt too unsafe. Room needed a little bit more sweeping, but felt decently clean otherwise. Pretty good place for the price. Now that I know how to check-in and what to expect I would stay again, especially for the cheaper price.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Gut, bis auf zwei Mankos… - An sich war alles super. Schlecht war der Fahrzeuglift zur Tiefgarage - dieser war schrecklich eng, die Garage auch. Außerdem war das Bett extrem unbequem… Allein aus diesen zwei Gründen würde ich die Unterkunft leider kein zweites Mal buchen. Für Leute die ohne Kinder und Fahrzeuge reisen ist diese Unterkunft aber aufjedenfall top!

- Elizabeth (10/5): - These rooms were ideal for what we wanted. The room was well appointed and mostly clean (a few scuffs on the wall) The communication was amazing. It was an ideal spot- a bustling community with shops, a supermarket, bars and plenty of nearby places to eat. You are right next to a U-Bahn station which is on 4 different lines giving you great, quick access to the city (although it didn’t bother us at all, you could hear the train so be aware if that bothers you) We had a 9 and 5 year old with us and this was the ideal sort of accommodation for us and the area felt so safe and welcoming.
- David (10/5): Perfecto para conocer Berlín - Muy bien situado, cerca del metro y de la zona gay, en una zona tranquila. Aunque el metro pasa muy cerca casi no se oye. Equipado con minicocina y cafetera nespresso que se agradece y resulta suficiente. Todo muy nuevo y sin llaves (todo funciona con códigos). Un extra poder dejar la maleta gratis en sus lockers.

- Peter (2/5): Too expensive for the offered service - We stayed here 5 nights. We always travel for business to Berlin. Had few bad experiences which we like to share: we stayed in room 308 with shared balcony with room 309. one night the neighbors did a party and it was loud untill 1 am. They were like in front of my room because it was a shared balcony. I sent a Massage at 10 pm already but nothing really changed. It’s bad if you have meetings the other day and they are that loud in front of your room. Then wifi was always out. I messaged about this too. On the day of leaving we asked about late check out again. But they said 11 am we have to leave because at 3 pm people check in again. 4 hours for cleaning the rooms and I was wondering that I still could extend my booking online if I just book it. You get this message where you can just book online longer if you want. And we found online more rooms ready to book also with a balcony like our one was. Also just normal tv. Many hotels already have Netflix etc. if you like a late check out there are many nice hotels around this area where it was never a problem for the hotels to stay a bit longer. For us not really a hotel to come back if you feel that all what they say is a bit of a nonsense.
- Susanne (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Hostel mit schöner Aussicht - Check in und anfängliche Kommunikation war voll automatisch und funktioniert reibungslos - Der Aufenthalt war dann eine Katastrophe- es fühlte sich wie ein teueres Hostel für feierende Touristen an- ich konnte bis nachts um 3 nichts schlafen aufgrund von lauten, saufenden Menschen auf der gleichen Etage- trotz einer Beschwerde am nächsten Tag und der bitte um Klärung des Problems seitens des Managements kam weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Rückruf oder ein Entgegenkommen des „Hotels“ also ich werde dieses Haus meiden und jeden abraten dort zu übernachten- es gibt deutlich besseres für dieses Geld - eine Frechheit das etwas derartiges angeboten wird!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great! Wonderful breakfast, no gym and patch wifi - Absolutely brilliant. Wifi was on the blink, though. The breakfast is excellent. The access and whatsapp comms all work very well. Some of the lights didn't work in the apartment. NB: There isn't a gym, despite what they say on the website. There's an outdoor monkey bar set etc but it's closed during the winter.

- Abhirup (10/5): - The property is very conveniently located, which is great if you plan to be out and about a lot. Everything worked for me - including wifi. Rooms could probably use a lick if paint and some TLC, but nothing else to complain about. I had a nice stay here.

- TIMOTHY (10/5): - Great location - very convenient to public transportation. I was very happy with everything about this hotel. It was modern, clean, quiet, safe! I would stay at this location in Berlin again.
- Michael (2/5): Poor management and service - Took advantage of $ - Management and customer service was extremely poor and did not try to resolve my issues during my stay. I had booked the most expensive deluxe suite with balcony for 3 nights and when I showed up, they downgraded me and told me the room was not available for the first night, which was extremely frustrating and ended up costing me an extra half a day to wait for move all my belongings to another room in the middle of my trip. Also, the WiFi never worked, but throughout my stay they did nothing to fix this and just kept telling me it is being looked into. I wasn't able to do any work over the three days, which cost me more money to go out and work from cafes. With both of these issues, they only offered to give me about a $35 discount on my first night instead of a discount for the entire stay and refused to negotiate on this. I spent $1500 on this stay where I didn't get the room I booked, didn't have WiFi, and lost time and was offered a ridiculous $35. Customer Service did nothing to help and just made excuses all week.... Would not stay here again!
- Sandralyn (6/5): - The location is close to Lidl, the train station, bus station and restaurants. What I didn’t like, cleaning is done once a week, the bin is really small and wifi is really terrible.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Friendly reception staff, good bed and shower - lacking in basic comforts and amenities. Meant to be Japanese inspired but if the designers had ever been to Japan they might realise it does not mean almost empty rooms without basic facilities unless you like to sit on the floor to eat and use a laptop. Arriving at 21.00 there was no possibility of any food as the coffee shop only seems to serve breakfast. We booked a junior suite as it had a kitchenette
- Dee (8/5): - Great new looking hotel very close to the U bahn, casino and potsdamer area. Staff were all very friendly and even upgraded us as our room was not ready at check in time. Room was Deluxe, very spacious, modern and with a super comfy bed, only downside is the water in the shower (they even have a rainwater shower) did not get hot at all, as there must have been someone else using the hot water. Great stay though!
- Markus (8/5): Great location, new, spacious rooms, bad breakfast - I had a big deluxe room, very spacious, new, clean, and quiet It's Japan-inspired - but how Germans imagine Japan (round objects in large empty spaces?), not actual Japan - calming, big rooms, good, quiet air-conditioning, mediocre amenities Breakfast was truly terrible - very dry omelette, dry bagel with ok dip, small glass of orange juice; for 16€ Receptionists were very nice and friendly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This new hotel was very nice. I stayed at the top floor suite which was large with kitchenette. The only problem was that the hotel wasn’t finished and they were working on the roof which was easily heard in my room. The other problem was that there was no functioning restaurant. The breakfast was monotonous so I decided to make my own breakfast in the room. The front desk was great. The people were helpful and friendly. That was very positive for the hotel. Overall the hotel would be excellent once finished. But the restaurant needs to be completely functional for the hotel get the highest rating.
