- Sophie (2/5): Disgusting - The location was perfect just around the corner from the British museum. The reception area was clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. However, the rooms are very outdated, the furniture is falling apart and the carpet and walls was dirty. We booked a room with a shared bathroom however it’s a small room with just a toilet and a shower. The flooring in the bathroom was lino that was peeling and very water damaged. The shower just seem to be placed next to the toilet so everything got soaked when in use. There also is no window or fan in the bathroom so it was very damp and had signs of being mold infested. There was a sink in the bedroom shower when turned on it’s very loud. Book out was at 10am but we should in reception for 45 minutes waiting for any staff to come and book us out. Overall, for £90 per night the rooms are very outdated and definitely in need of some tlc How outdated the rooms were and impractical and dirty the bathroom was
- Chris (9/5): I’m coming back soon - The receptionist Amad made me feel instantly at home and after a year since I last stayed at the Gresham, I sense a change in the comfort and professionalism of the property. Keep the staff the same please!
- Christopher (4/5): - Good price for the location. Bedding and towels were clean. Bed and bathroom were OK. Room was very tatty. Walls were thin - I could hear someone snoring next door. No air conditioning and no fan provided. No kettle or mugs provided. TV was tiny.

Destroyed Furniture's walls ceiling...there was no way to enter the washroom without getting muccus . The room was horrible. The bed was dirty . And just for reference ill be adding a pic of the chair in the room. And anyone can guess /think what those stains are ....

So had to walk back to main hotel to ask why it was dirty to be told given wrong room got new key then walk back to the annex and back up 4 flights of stairs and being registered as disabled this was not great

- Vincenzo (5/5): Passabile - La posizione è buona perché in 15 minuti a piedi raggiungi covent garden e altre zone centrali e interessanti. Tuttavia non è ben servita da metro e bus. La metro più vicina è a 12 minuti a piedi. La camera è usurata, il letto mezzo rotto, e la pulizia è il punto debole principale. Accanto al comodino ho trovato una gomma da masticare attaccata. La doccia era fatiscente e ti passa la voglia di usarla. Ho calpestato un chiodino usato per tenere attaccata la moquette e per poco mi tagliavo. Quando ho prenotato io i prezzi erano il doppio per via della bank holiday, prezzo assurdo per quello che offre.. Se la.trovate a meno di 60 sterline è ok.

- Jake (1/5): This was a very overpriced stay. - I didn't like anything. This room was terrible. It was extremely expensive, there was no wifi, and the showers are absolutely disgusting. People should not stand in them barefoot for risk of contracting staph. The rooms are not cleaned. There was human hair all over my bed.
- Yu-Chu (5/5): - Location is great! Many cafes and nice places for food nearby and the Brittish Museum is literally next to you. Close to the underground and other bus stops. If low price accommodation is what you prioritise and have high tolerance for older facilities and sometimes not so clean showers, this is for you. You get what you pay for. It was not clean. There was some rubbish on the floor from the previous visitors. The shower was not very good. The power of the shower was very low, barely any water coming out as well. No lift and the stairs were super narrow.

- Maraffa86 (4/5): Ottima posizione, staff cordiale. ma quanto sporco. - Nota positiva la posizione, a piedi si può raggiungere gran parte dei punti più turistici di Londra,a pochi passi a piedi da trafalgar square, per chi non ama camminare vicino circa a 4 min ce la metropolitana. La pulizia pessima, sorvolando che le stanze non vengono rifatte mai e non vengono cambiati nemmeno le salviette da bagno, che per noi non è un grosso problema. La polvere è ovunque, alla lice si può vedere anche attaccata ai muri, letti e cuscini decisamente scomodi, bagno che odora di fogna, non il massimo per andare con un bambino piccolo diciamo.

Los cuartos están acordes al precio, y las sabanas estában limpias. Para una persona sola o una pareja que no tienen pretensiones de pasar tiempo en el hotel, está bien. Los cuartos son anticuados lo mismo que los baños, y no se han hecho inversiones de mejorar el mobiliario. Aún siendo una opción económica se pondría poner máyor atencióna detalles, del mobiliario, luces, y baño.

Pictures on booking.com need to be updated as rooms don't look the same. When asked it was not disclosed to us beforehand that if we want to leave luggages after check out at the hotel there was a fee.
