- Larissa (8/5): Amazing customer service, excellent breakfast buffet. - Close to main attractions: Buddhist Temple, Tokyo Tower. Walking distance to metro stations. The hotel has some area that need updating, like the bathrooms in the rooms. The downstairs bathroom next to the buffet is run down.

- Guillaume (9/5): Beautiful historic hotel in super convenient location - Great location, lovely historic hotel, very attentive staff The pancake machine at breakfast and the coffee machines were always faulty. Just have a cook make the pancakes, it took 3 people and 30min to fix the machine. You could have made 40 pancakes with 1 person in that time. Buy more coffee machines.

Di conseguenza anche la gestione di alcune richieste semplici relative ai servizi dell’hotel è risultata meno immediata. È un peccato, perché probabilmente si tratta più di una barriera linguistica che di un reale problema di servizio, ma in una struttura quattro stelle questo può influire sulla percezione dell’esperienza da parte degli ospiti stranieri.

While the room was spacious, the bathroom & room were outdated. Although the hotel is within walking distance to train stations and Tokyo Tower, there weren’t a lot of restaurants options other than eating at the hotel. Lawson located in the hotel but not opened 24 hours. For the price of the hotel, it did not live up to our expectations.

- Chui (9/5): I’d come back again. - Location was excellent. Close to two train stations and many stores. Could see Tokyo tower right outside the window. Lawson convenient store at the basement of hotel which I liked. It was a bit stuffy and hot in the lobby and hallway.
- Jiatian (8/5): Great value stay especially if discounted, expect a little walking to get to train stations. - Very spacious rooms for a hotel in Tokyo (car park facing side) Hotel is a standalone building, making it a quieter stay than some other hotels. Convenience store located in basement floor of hotel. The hotel does show its age, furniture is quite outdated. The subway station directly outside the car park doesn’t connect to many places, so expect some extra transfers and slightly longer transit times across Tokyo.

- Ruijia (8/5): - 酒店的位置十分便利，从成田机场到酒店可以直接坐机场大巴直接抵达，酒店门口就是御成门的地铁站，距离大门站和神谷町站也不远，便利度高 预订酒店时选择了带早，因为离开当天的飞机非常早，没有办法在酒店里吃好早餐再走，就问酒店员工是否可以打包面包和咖啡带走，得到的答复是不行。在其他国家的四星或五星级酒店如果发生同样的情况酒店的员工都是会给打包的，不知道是不是日本的酒店都是同一个做法，还是只有这一家不给对应，不过平日吃早餐时确实没有看到打包咖啡的杯子，也可能就是禁止一切打包。希望这一点能改进，至少应该允许打包咖啡。

Merece la pena estar alejados del bullicio.

Colazione a buffet molto abbondante, con vasta scelta di prodotti locali e non. Nella nostra camera, la porta del bagno era scomoda perché aprendosi verso l’interno copriva il porta rotolo di carta igienica e a pochi cm dal water. Suggerirei l’installazione di una porta scorrevole migliorarne la funzionalità.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, direkt beim Tokyo Tower, in einer eher ruhigen Gegend abseits des Trubels, mit einer Bushaltestelle nur 2–3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet und wirkte stellenweise leicht staubig. Im Badezimmer gab es zudem an der Decke etwas Schimmel, was den Gesamteindruck leider getrübt hat.

- Yan Ting (10/5): Convenient with great service. - Location is great with access to multiple train stations. Rooms are spacious unlike most newer hotels built in recent years. Got the room sat a deal and it was superbly of great value! Nothing!
