Shame as the view from rooftop spectacular, especially at night. Room and bathroom, lovely. Walk in shower, enormous. Free minibar fantastic. Lack of drawers disappointing. Not a fan of wardrobe having a sliding door that left half of wardrobe contents exposed. Would stay in this hotel again.

- Marc (2/5): - I specifically reserved a room for 3 nights at the win suites because they offered a beautiful looking rooftop pool and bar., but it was closed the whole time i was there. At check-in the front desk did not even tell me that the pool was unavailable. The hotel did nothing to compensate me for my inconvenience and I feel the cheated me. I could have booked a room with the pool I was so eager to have or I could have booked a room for 25 % less somewhere else. Thevstaff offered no apologies. If you are looking for a hotel.with a working pool i would find another place to go.
- Amanda (10/5): Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh - A nice hotel in a convenient area - walking distance to palace, post office and markets. Breakfast had plenty of options for western or Asian tastes; afternoon tea was a nice treat 2:30-4:30, we checked in at 4:30 & restaurant waited for us which was very lucky. We were in room 402 with window view to park/road, surprisingly it was not very noisy. Unfortunately we did not use the pool as it was under maintenance. Overall a very nice hotel

Wall must have no installation as we could hear the room above us watching a movie and hear the content. Another night a neighbouring room was talking very loudly and we could hear their conversation at 2.45 am .

- Zaira (10/5): - Winsuites Sai Gon Hotel was a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it a very convenient base to explore Ho Chi Minh City. The service from the hotel staff was very good, and the rooftop swimming pool is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy city views. The food was great, with plenty of options for gluten-free guests like us, which we truly appreciated. I do wish they had gluten-free pancakes like some other hotels we stayed at, I mentioned it but felt a bit overlooked. It’s a small thing, but it would’ve made the experience feel more inclusive. One highlight was the afternoon tea, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. It gave us a chance to relax after a day of sightseeing and enjoy the hotel’s hospitality. For those arriving by air: while the hotel offers an airport pickup service, it is significantly more expensive than using Grab. We found Grab to be safe, convenient, and much cheaper, around a third of the price. Just something to consider if you’re looking to save a bit without sacrificing comfort or safety. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Winsuites Sai Gon Hotel again!

- Kimmy (6/5): - The place was very central. The downsides were that there wasn’t any AC in the elevator or hall ways before the rooms. I asked to be switch to a different room as it wasn’t the same as shown in the booking pictures. In the booking, the bathroom was in its own room. The room we got the shower and toilet were caged separately by clear glass. There were pull down curtains but there wasn’t a bathroom door. There was mold on the pull down curtain in the bathroom. I did ask for a new room with a separate closed off bathroom like the booking photos which staff were accommodating about. There was also construction one of the nights starting at 12-2am that was super loud and kept us awake. We did go to the complimentary high tea but I would say skip if it wasn’t very good. There also wasn’t anywhere to stop in front of the hotel which made it difficult for pick ups and drop offs with grab or any tours that we did. The staff however were very nice. I would stay this is a good place to stay if you want to be very central but if you want a nicer hotel then just pay a bit more and go there.

- hung (8/5): - Location, location.. close to Ben Thanh market (few minutes on foot), and surrounding restaurants. You get what you paid for I guess, we picked a no window room, and it was tiny, enough for a queen bed. The shower screen was narrow with no door, so water splashed everywhere in the bathroom when we had showers, which made the floor slippery and danger, just be mindful of this. Breakfast was ok with a variety of Vietnamese and Western, including continental.

The reason for 3 stars are: -the shower is not enclosed enough. It leaks and the whole floor gets wet. -the restaurant needs to update their menu and upgrade the quality of the food. They also should not charge extra for espresso or cappuccino when you get the breakfast buffet. -the rooftop view is amazing but the area needs updating. -the lobby smells strange. Overall an average pleasant stay. The staff is amazing. Thank you.

- Caitlyn (10/5): - This was a great place to stay for our first trip to Saigon. It was centrally located, easy to walk places. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and the staff went above and beyond.
- Jamie (4/5): - The room smelled of mildew when we entered, and the shower had a window curtain that was moldy. Shower set up (partial glass with no curtain) makes it really hard to not get water outside the shower area even when showering close to the wall. Lighting for all mirrors was somehow challenging if you apply makeup. Gym only had two treadmills and I think one bike in a tight space, no weights. All staff were friendly except the staff at the front desk. Breakfast that we included in the reservation only had one tasty dish, better off finding breakfast elsewhere. During check out they made us wait for them to inspect the room but they did not pass us an item our friend left for us at the front desk, so that’s gone forever. That said, they were kind enough to provide extra towels since the wet towels couldn’t try and show us how to get warmer shower water (it wasn’t very hot if you’re used to hot showers).

- Jennifer (4/5): - I was put in room 206. This room doesn’t have a window. The room itself is fine, pretty standard. The issue is there is 0 sound proofing. Right below floor 2 is M. Which is where they serve breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which means noise starts around 5-530am. I could hear so much happening and chairs being dragged (was that upstairs or downstairs, I have no idea). Doorbell next to my room would ring and it sounds like it’s for my room. The hotel is right across the street from the train station/park and it’s very lively. You will hear noise coming through at night. I tried to sleep in from my restless night but they started to drill and construction during the day. There’s just 0 sound proofing. I didn’t get good rest here. Even if you used something to try to block out the noise you could physically feel it. I would not pay this kind of money and stay here again. There’s better locations that will be more restful. Oh also, your cellphone reception doesn’t work in the room. You’re somehow in a dead zone. I had to rely on their wifi which also wasn’t great. It kept cutting in/out. I thought about complaining but for 3 nights it just wasn’t worth it. I won’t be back.

- Nancy (8/5): - Great location - within walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, Ben Than market and other popular tourist attractions like the Saigon Opera house and old post office.

- Adelle (2/5): - Upon arrival, at the correct check in time, I was told my room was not ready. I was escorted to tea time and told my room should be ready in 30 mins or less & that I would he informed when my room was ready. After an hour and a bit I finally went to reception myself & was told my room had been ready for a while. Room was very small and very expensive & was dirty: Stains on the duvet, marks on the mirrors, food smeared on the menu. There was also damage on the walls & the room service was very very expensive for Vietnam. A piece of my clothing was lost when they cleaned it. Friends of mine that were staying at the same time as myself paid not much more than myself & their room was much nicer. This was the most expensive hotel Ive stayed at in Vietnam & it is the one I disliked the most.
- Ruxandra (6/5): - Average hotel, with some frustrations like the sink in the bathroom that was poorly designed and caused water to flow on the counter and then on the floor anytime we used it. The bathroom did not have any hooks or bars to hang towels. Steaming iron did not work, they brought 3 different ones and none of them worked - dripped water on the floor. The breakfast food was not all fresh, like bread which was stale and dried out. Overall it was overpriced relative to the quality it offered.

- Michael (6/5): The dangling carrot - Drainage system around the shower was absurd, with no sensible solution to the spray caused from the shower, so the bathroom floor was completely wet all the time. The toilet in the bar on the top floor was filthy. The staff were polite and helpful, but some enthusiasm/observation skills from the bar staff would have been ideal.
- Helen (10/5): Great hotel with wonderful staff - Wonderful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. 5 minute walk to Ben Thanh market. Breakfast and afternoon tea was amazing. Would definitely stay again if we come back to HCM. My only complaint would be the stairs into the hotel, very steep.
- craig (10/5): Room with street view made this stay Great - Amazing street view and the roof top bar/ pool was a great way to end the day !!! Room service was good but pricey. Very convenient for hop on hop off bus to see all downtown attractions

- Mei Ying (8/5): - Good location, close to Ben Thanh market. Next to main road, convenient to go anywhere with Grab. Surrounding area is busy and noisy.
- Randy (10/5): - We always stay at this hotel when we come to visit Ho Chi Minh. This would be our 3rd stay in less than a year. Each time the staff makes sure we are comfortable during our visit. The hotel is perfectly located next to Ben Thanh market and all of the surrounding eateries. Also is a nearby walk to the malls. Our view of the city has an open park down below so it is very beautiful without the confined space of surrounding buildings.

- Scott (10/5): Third Stay - Recommended. - Everything modern and tip-too. Good breakfast. WiFi reasonable fast. Staff and front desk friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

- Kenneth (8/5): Ok for short stay - The room is nice but very small with 1 small window. Ok for a short stay or 1 person. Breakfast was good.
- James (6/5): Unacceptable amount of noise - The amount of noise coming from the construction site next door is enough to shake the room. They work from 8:00 until around 17:00. During the last night of our stay they were laying concrete at night time. We could hear them working at 23:00. Even from the bathroom. Unfortunately this is out of the hotels control since it is on the property next door, but they should not be charging such high prices and just expect their guest to deal with the noise.

- KENDALL (10/5): - I stayed in suite 1001and the only issue I had was the tub and shower water was luke warm to cold all three days. Aside from that I would rate 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. I prefer a hot shower no matter the temperature outside. Bed was super comfortable and room is very spacious. Pool was closed two of the evenings during my stay for private parties which was initially a bummer but once we saw the size we weren’t missing out on anything. Roof top pool is super small and should be considered a kitty pool. I would definitely stay again in the same room now that I know what to expect.
- Mireia (6/5): - We got a room "with window" but was only facing the building next to that was like 2m away - so we couldn't see anything. Also there was construction next to at the weirdest hours, so we couldn't rest that much. Also some staff sleeping in the lounge at 3am? Seemed very unprofessional. Breakfast was ok. Also the afternoon tea. Rooftop pool was great though.

Second & third night we were in a premium room with view of the coy,?,mich nicer and larger, Good breakfast and free mini bar and afternoon tea free..nice perk The pool is tiny but great view and nice music on rooftop?
- Sharon (10/5): Great central location - Great location. Our room was very compact, but the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast good. Didn’t like that you had to walk up two flights to the pool and the stairs weren’t very well lit.
- Belinda (10/5): - Excellent location for resturants, shopping etc. Rooms super clean. Staff are amazing. Worth noting taxis can stopp directly out front of hotel, given the traffic, this is not possible in some places, so taxi driver said. We had minibar included, breakfast is good for all taste buds - but do wish that hot items were hot and not luke warm or cold. Would definitely stay here again.
- Aaron Dane (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and accomodating, room clean and stylish, many wonderful amenities, and they also allowed bag check in while I explored the area after check out to pass time until my next hotel. Overall great experience!

This is a prime location in district 1. unfortunately there was some construction noise next door that could be heard, however it was limited to during the day. All recommendations from the staff were some of the finest meals we enjoyed in HCMC. The room was comfortable, and large enough to relax in. Staff were helpful and attentive.

- Verified traveler (8/5): There are better places - Good location. Friendly staff , mediocre breakfast at best. Ongoing maintenance during the day. Lots of drilling during the day, audible in the restaurant and hotel rooms.
- Mary (8/5): Great Location - We stayed here for 3 nights. Centrally located this hotel met all our needs in terms of being close to sight seeing areas as well as shopping. With the room, we got free: 2 bottles of water, soda water and beers. We appreciated these freebies. Breakfast was also lovely with a selection of local dishes mixed with the usual American style food options. If you want to be in a centrally located hotel, then Winsuites is for you.
- Marlene (10/5): - We had a great stay here. We had a nice view over the park, large room - Noble Suite and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great - which is why we chose to stay here. Close to markets, food, shopping centre. Pool is very small and restaurants are small which was fine for us.Gym was tiny really suitable for 1 person or a couple only. We would definitely stay here again.
