• Joanne (9/5): I should have asked for a room with exposure to daylight. The construction and elevator didn’t bother me. It was overall - Location. Doorman/valet John and bellman Jesus were over the top awesome. Ideal location. Beautifully appointed. Unlimited coffee and water in the room. Big closet. Comfortable room and beds The window looked out on a wall with a scaffolding with no daylight. Construction on the scaffolding started at 9 AM. The room was next to the elevator which made a low-pitched hum when it passed.

He’s polite, helpful and likes conversation when passengers want to chat either him. Great guy. Never forget that the doorman is the first impression of a Hotel. Also Jesus at the room where you keep your luggage after check out. Great guy. The bathroom was too small

The bathroom in our first room was very small and required a step up, the door stuck so badly you needed help getting out, as did the shower door. There was about 2' between the vanity and shower door so you had to straddle the toilet to open the shower. There were no bath towels in the room. The second room's bathroom was much better, but there was no bathmat or bar soap. It had a tub shower which was very slippery.

No tiene desayuno y un café común para lle - Antiguo y precioso hotel, sobre 54 a 5 cuadras del Central Park. La habitación era enorme, tamaño monoambiente, con estilo y vistas. Cafetera antigua con 3 saquitos de Starbucks por día y 2 aguas de cortesía. Frigobar vacío disponible. El baño muy pequeño. Y atención! No tienen acondicionador para el pelo, una complicación. Si otras gentilezas, shampoo, crema para el cuerpo.

Currently undergoing some refurbishment so there was drilling noises. Lobby area far too small for the size of the hotel.

Elke dag verse handdoeken. Elke dag flesje water per persoon. Ontbijt duur dus niet in hotel genomen. Verschillende metrolijnen op 5 minuten; Dichtbij 5th avenue en Central park. Vriendelijk personeel hoewel we weinig contact hadden Het was een kamer met uitzicht, dit was enkel zicht op de straten

• JeanFrancois (9/5): Hotel très bien situé dans le centre de Manhattan. - L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre de New-York. La Chambre est relativement grande (pour le centre de New-York). Tout est propre. Même au 19ème étage, la chambre est bruyante (bruits de la rue). Il n'y a que 3 petits ascenceurs pour déservir les 30 étages. Ce qui fait qu'il faut parfois attendre 20 minutes pour en avoir un ou descendre 19 étages à pied.

And very clean! Coffee maker in room, some coffee sachets provided but can also just produce hot water if you've brought teabags or instant coffee.

• Elise (9/5): Superb, traditional NYC hotel - Super location near MoMA and only and few blocks from central park. The staff were lovely, a big shout out to the breakfast staff, reception, bar staff and doormen! Some of the interior in the corridors needed a bit of a refresh but not a problem at all for our stay. Would just be nice to see the hotel continue to look it's best into the future.

The room I chose was perfect and so roomy with great views. 10/10 recommend. The elevators are a bit small, and you had to wait some, but honestly it was a minor inconvenience.

Grande chambre, propre et machine à café bienvenue. Insonorisation très moyenne, 22e étage on entend encore les bruits de la rue et surtout les chambres d’à côté (on entend les voisins parler).

• Daniel (8/5): Lage war super. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber und kompfortabel - Geräumiges Zimmer. Schönes Badezimmer. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Allerdings war nur das gegenüberliegende Mauerwerk zusehen, dadurch war es immer dunkel im Zimmer. Da wir allerdings den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren störte es uns eher weniger :)
• Cory (2/5): Don’t waste your money here stay somewhere else this place is garbage - The location Our stay was terrible from the minute. We got there. First the idiot at the front desk charged my card and her card her card for 2300 my card for 2100 then said oh we can’t put it back on her card as I was day they were only supposed to take out $400 for the incidentals you come to find out that night that they taken out 23 off her card so I went back down there and all of a sudden they were able to take that off service was not great. People were rude room was so small and crappy we will never ever ever stay at this hotel again and I will make sure to let everyone know not to stay here. Trust me be smart. Don’t stay here. There’s so many way better hotels in New York especially for that price. I will make sure to tell everyone never to stay here.

My stay was significantly below expectations due to being allocated an interior room with no natural light, which was not disclosed at booking, along with ongoing scaffolding and construction noise from early each morning. The lack of transparency regarding the room conditions and disruption greatly impacted both comfort and usability during my four-night stay, and my concerns were not handled helpfully by staff.
