Large bathroom with modern "rain" head shower, enough space for clothes and bags, small kitchen area with fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and digitally adjustable filtered water spout. Spacious room with small office area, reading sofa with foot rest and many other details that simply make sense. Staff friendly and professional, location 3 mins walk from metro, 1min from shopping and so on...

I paid for upgrade which included lounge use which was great , staff were absolutely amazing and friendly . Breakfast in Lounge could have been better ,and smoking on rooftop terrace is terrible for non-smokers and should definitely not be allowed in this area .

Auch grosse Badezimmer mit praktischen Ablageflächen. Die Zimmer für Hong Kong Verhältnisse einigermassen geräumig und mit guter Aussicht Etwas stickig im Zimmer und mit aircon, die immer zu kalt war, egal wie man sie einstellt. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers charmefrei.

There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in. The facilities in the room felt outdated and lacked lustre. It was absolutely fine overall (you'll survive!) just expensive for what it is. Expected a bit better for the price.

- Alison (7/5): Wonderful staff but accommodation was very underwhelming. - Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Especially Neo who helped us check in. We enjoyed the benefits of the Executive lounge: breakfast, evening snacks and beverages and the opportunity for a late check out. The roof top patio bar and restaurant was an unexpected treat with glorious views of the harbour. Our room on the 22nd floor was a big disappointment for the price. While we did enjoy a nice partial view of the harbour the room felt cramped and the furnishings were old and showed serious signs of wear and tear. We also did not expect to see white plastic tables - terrible!!! The rug was stained and the bathroom was in serious need of updating.
