• Molly (9/5): - Excellent location for the U-Bahn as it's right outside, and only 2 stops away from Alexanderplatz, so a few minutes away. It's cheaper than hotels nearer places such as Alexanderplatz etc., and perfectly good value for money. Check out was at 12pm which was ideal as no need to rush. You can get the S9 from Berlin Brandenburg Airport to Alexanderplatz and then the U2 to Märkisches Museum where this hotel is. The room was clean and tidy, beds were comfy, air con delightful and includes daily cleaning, and has well stocked toiletries, you can refresh water with the staff too. We didn't need this, so let them know. We opted out of breakfast as there are plenty of places to choose from, but heard good things. N/A

• Jürgen (8/5): Auf Anhieb die richtige Wahl und das mitten in Berlin. - Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung zur U-Bahn (Märkisches Museum). Von hier kommt man überall hin. Wir hatten eine 3-Tages Berlin-Welcome-Card die einen unkomplizierten Umstieg sehr vereinfacht. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig. Vor allem, wenn man ein Zimmer zum Innenhof nimmt. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

• Alexandra (10/5): Unsere Rettung nach dem a&o-Albtraum! - Wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein, dieses Hotel gefunden zu haben! Nachdem wir buchstäblich aus dem a&o geflohen sind, haben wir hier endlich alles gefunden, was man für einen normalen und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt – und noch viel mehr. Der Unterschied ist wie Tag und Nacht: Hygiene: Während es im a&o unzumutbar war, ist hier alles blitzsauber und gepflegt. Komfort: Endlich ein warmes, gemütliches Zimmer! Wir können uns hier wirklich entspannen. Service: Das Personal ist im Gegensatz zu unserer vorherigen Erfahrung unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Es ist traurig, dass man einen "normalen Standard" heute als Luxus empfindet, wenn man vorher in einem "Mülleimer" gelandet ist. Dieses Hotel hat unseren Urlaub gerettet. Wer Qualität, Sauberkeit und echten Service sucht, sollte das a&o großräumig umfahren und direkt hier buchen. Danke an das gesamte Team für den herzlichen Empfang!

We just walked everywhere and only took metro to get to the airport which was about half an hour. Beautiful area next to the river. It was good but it was quite expensive and even though everything was very comfortable the room didn't seem to be super lux but we liked it.

• Eyjolfur (10/5): Great hotel would stay again - Exceptional breakfast where they offer freshly-prepared egg dishes (omelette, scramble) and pancakes in addition to a very good brekfast buffet. Friendly service, which helped us immediately with a squeaky bed. They checked us in early and offered to store the suitcases on the last day after we checked out. Central location, the immediate area is quiet but good transport connections to other parts of the city, and other areas were also within walking distance (e.g. Museum Insel and Alexanderplatz).

• Betina (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis - Die Lage in Berlin Mitte, nah zu Museumsinsel ist super. Das Frühstück war reichlich und vielfältig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, von daher war es sehr ruhig.
• A. Zett (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte eine angenehme Größe und ein kleines, aber ausreichendes Bad mit Dusche. Zur Begrüßung stand Wasser auf dem Zimmer. In der Lobby gab es immer Wasser mit Sprudel oder Wasser mit Orangen bzw Zitronen aromatisiert. Vormittags Äpfel, nachmittags Petits Fours. Die Lage fand ich perfekt mit der U2 und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und in Laufnähe der Museumsinsel. Gefrühstückt habe ich nicht im Haus, dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle. Dadurch war es schon sehr früh relativ laut im Zimmer, wenn man bei gekipptem Fenster geschlafen hat. Das hat mich zwar leicht gestört, aber ich könnte mir dennoch vorstellen, wieder da zu übernachten. Für mich war auch die Matratze zu weich.

• Daniel (9/5): Gerne wieder - Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, sauber und schön. Auch der Rest des Hotels war sehr stylisch und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war wunderbar mit einer grossen Auswahl. Die Lage war sehr zentral, so dass man vieles zu Fuss erreichen konnten. Für alles andere gab es direkt neben dem Hotel eine U-Bahn-Station.
