We forgot our wallet at the hotel, and they went out of their way to hold it for us for a week until we came back to Istanbul for another stopover. They were pleasant, professional, and extremely courteous. We can’t thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality. Special shout out to Emre for all his help!!

The breakfast was quite good as was the location. They offered both soft and firm pillows which was great too. Lack of control over the room temperature made the stay uncomfortable.

I am very sceptical of other reviews but evaluating my stay at Eresin Topkapi I would like to share my experience. This is the first time I am in this hotel. It is connected with the Turkish Airlines Stopover program. The hotel has always tried to accommodate and provide warmth, positive energy and care even when my arrival was before the official check-in. Yesterday my Stopover program was not avaialable (no 72 hour registration requirement) but I still chose the hotel Eresin. It was a great pleasure solving any problems with teh manager Tekin. - hospitable and caring professional willing to help and support guests. I would like to note Melisa and GiGek-Bedirhan in their efforts to help guests at the reception. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, good gym, excellent swimming pool and sauna make this hotel at its price category the best one in Istambul and my personal experience as a traveller.

- Mustafa (6/5): Ich bin öfters in diesem Hotel und es gefällt mir vor allem die Lage am Hotel. - Die Lage ist sehr ansprechend. Die Metro und Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür somit ist man stehts mobil. Der Service ist gut es wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt und geputzt. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch alle sehr freundlich. Das große Fenster zur Straße hin ging nicht vernünftig zu. Und die Betätigung vom der Toilette ließ sich drücken aber es ging nicht zurück somit das Wasser ständig weiter lief. Es kam ein Techniker der ist repariert hat aber am nächsten Tag kam das Problem wieder.

We had two complimentary nights through Turkish Airways Stopover program and paid for the 3rd night out-of-pocket. Nice, clean, comfortable room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. On their staff, Bedirhan was particularly helpful during our check-in and also provided umbrellas to navigate the heavy rains during our stay. Front desk provided power adapters to use with electronic devices from the US. There is a T1 tram line stop at a 3-min walk from the hotel which was very convenient to visit all the tourist attractions. Overall, we had a good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Istanbul.

- Nancy (9/5): Great staff services from EROL the receptionist and SOBON the waiter made us feel at home! Thank you - We stayed a total of 5 nights. Room was great. Quiet. Clean. Like the layout with Twin beds. Very comfortable beds. Room service was good. Replenish our drinks daily. Spread at the breakfast of local delights is delicious. The best that the hotel offers is the high standard of staff service. My sister and I arrived late on a wet and cold night ( 1.20am flight). We were welcomed warmly by EROL, staff on duty at the reception. He patiently explained all that we need to know about the hotel and how to move around Istanbul. Another staff to be commended is the waiter at the restaurant. His name is SOBON, an Indoneisan. Good service. I apologise that I did not take down the names of the gentlemen who helped us with the luggage bags, gave an Istankul bus card to us and helped us with borrowing umbrellas when it rained. A big thank you! Eresin hotel Topkapi is fortunate to have such good service staff. Thank you! The location. A little out from the main attractions. However, there is a tram line just outside the hotel which is a plus to the hotel. Price is a little too high for the room.

Best thing it's easy to travel around very good area I have already recommended to my family and friends best hotel

- Prabodha (9/5): Great hotel with all the facilities, closer to transport and friendly staff - Its a great location. Right in front of the tram station. Can get to all main attractions within 15-20 mins. They upgraded us to a suite room so it was very spacious. Staff is very helpful. Pool and sauna were excellent. Minor improvement suggestion - They can improve the quality of the pillows a bit.

- Vasile (1/5): Una porquería de hotel que le sobran 4 estrellas - La fachada y la entrada todo de película y todo hasta el ascensor porque de ahí ya cambiaba todo el escenario, les sobran estrellas, 4 les sobran para ser más exactos. Que son una estafa, 5 noches 600€ sin parking y sin desayuno. Con una bebé que no tenía nada de apoyo en cuanto a las necesidades básicas. A pesar de no tener el desayuno decidimos desayunar pero al momento que te sentabas ya venían por detrás con la papeleta para que recuerdes que tienes que pagar, acoso total que ya se te quitaban las ganas de comer. La habitación estaba sucia con las sábanas y toallas llenas de pelos, el colchón que te hundías al sentarte, mi peso es de 58kg, vamos que estaba mejor en el sofá. Las ventanas no son insonorizadas por lo que todo el día y la noche se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle, horrible por el tráfico y el hospital de las cercanías. Por otro lado nos forzaron dejar un saldo como garantía que nos entregarían al salir, pues fue mentira no nos devolvieron nada, no creo que era una gran cantidad pero no era su dinero, sino el de nosotros, que podríamos haber comprado algo para la bebé. La parte más triste fue que al salir del parking nos bloquearon la salida porque había que pagar parking, lo que pasa es que nadie te dice estas cosas, pero bueno como es que este hotel es de 5 estrellas y debes pagar parking después de habernos quitado 5mil liras por noche? Que desastre, no volveríamos ahí jamás, una estafa tremenda.

- mohammed (3/5): Disappointing stay due to a clear decline in comfort and maintenance. - location and staff Although I have stayed at your hotel three times before and had good experiences, I was disappointed to notice a clear decline in the overall standard during this visit. The furniture was very old, and the maintenance of the air conditioning and water temperature was not comfortable, which affected the quality of my stay

- Nancy (9/5): Will be staying on this hotel for 5 nights. Comfortable room. Good service. - Erol, the receptionist welcomed us warmly when we arrived at 2am on a wet and cold night. His good service made us feel comforted and at home. The next day, Sadewa the waiter attended to us at the restaurant. He was patient and helpful. Excellent service from these staff. 👍 Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Room is spacious and warm. Location is good with tram station just outside the hotel. Convenient. A little far from sights. Not within walking distance. But the convenience of public transport made up for it.

When people from next room smoke, it comes inside our room. It is really uncomfortable bad smell. It is an important that the hotel take this seriously. I did complain about this but i was told that they can’t do anything about it.

- majd (9/5): Comfortable - بالبداية احب اشكر الاخ emre الذي غير لنا الغرفة في اول دخول لنا بسبب مشكلة ما لكن سرعان ما تم حلها بنفس اللحظة وهذه نقطة مهمة جداً. الفندق ذو اجواء رائعة وموقع استراتيجي بالقرب من كل شيء، التنظيف يومي، حجزي بدون افطار لذلك ما راح اقيمه. لا يوجد

Helpful, patient, and friendly staff—I saw them handling utterly disrespectful and irresponsible customers with utmost patience and professionalism. Breakfast with a lot of choices in the morning. The hotel feels run-down and in terrible shape for what it used to be. The rooms are in pretty rough condition.

- ocensers93 (10/5): much better than we expected - I really liked the pool area. on October 3rd, we lost my wife s gold necklace at the spa. ıt was searched for hours but could not be found. a staff member wearing a black T-shirt asked very detailed, almost detective-like questions, made a great effort, and eventually found it. I am very grateful to him, and on our next visit, I will bring him a gift.

- REHAN (8/5): A well maintained hotel - The hotel is quite old but well maintained. All the facilities are maintained and functional. The room we got was on the back side (no view just odd buildings) was spacious and quite. The room has a terrace / balcony but don't know for some reason the access to it was blocked. The beds were comfortable, wash room was with bath tub and well maintained. The location is on the European side of Istanbul but is not a walking distance to any prominent landmark or shopping area. Either one has to take a tram (right in front of the hotel) or taxi. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet has every thing one can imagine from fresh fruits, salad, juices to hot items, breads, pastries. The breakfast space was quite big and never faced any issue whenever we went there. Staff was super efficient in removing used plates and refilling the breakfast items. it is not really dislike but our stay there will be more enjoyable if we have access to the terrace.

Super happy about my stay! Love the fact the hotel spot is well connect to local transportation,7 min walk to metro, 1 min walk to tram and right in front of the hotel we got bus stop! Couldn't have asked for more.
