Stanze grandi e accoglienti (però io ero in una superior, non so come siano le standatd) Personale all'accoglienza e gentile, sia la sera al check in sia il mattino al check out. Ook Ali (barman) was heel gastvrij. De kamer was wel iets aan de kleine kant, maar aangezien we het merendeel van de dag niet op onze kamer waren, was dit prima.

- Peter (8/5): Het was een aangenaam verblijf. - Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en lekker. De locatie was interessant: dicht bij station Termini . Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en alles was bestapbaar, wat wij leuk vinden. Wij misten een beetje dat het hotel niet uitnodigde om 's avonds even in de lounge te zitten. Er is wel een bar en je kan er zitten, maar die wordt niet echt gebruikt waardoor niet sfeervol.

Banheiro amplo, chuveiro de boa qualidade, troca de toalhas regulares, boa qualidade e disponibilidade dos kits de higiene pessoal. Quarto com dificuldade de acesso, muitos corretores e escadas, elevador muito pequeno, para quem é claustrofóbico não tem uma boa sensação. Ar-condicionado com sistema de controle por autorregulação, desliga a noite gerando uma variação de temperatura no quarto, por vezes até calor.

Room are very nice, staff friendly and the location is excellent with metro, restaurants and grocery store near by. Breakfast there may not be worth the $-4 Euro asked, but plenty of cafes near by. Our A/C did not work 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. Staff did not seem that concerned about it or our inconvenience when mentioning it to them.

- Edie (7/5): The hotel was an historical building, but pretty clean. I was not happy about the air conditioner policy but was conten - The property was clean and in a decent area. The rooms were small and really hot. We had to request a fan because we were told they don’t put the air conditioning on until a certain time of the year which was really odd to me.

- Dennis (9/5): Aanrader voor wie een kwalitatief en rustig hotel zoekt als uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Rome. - Op loopafstand van station Termini, kwalitatief en uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer goede bedden en kussens ,de kamers zijn mooi en netjes onderhouden, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel is wat buiten het drukkere antieke centrum gelegen maar wij vonden dat een voordeel. De omgeving van het hotel is, voor een stad, rustig en je kan er lekkere lokale restaurants vinden. Ik vond het ook een bijzonder mooi hotel (Art- Nouveau) Wij wandelden naar het centrum omdat je onderweg al knappe bezienswaardigheden tegenkwam. Het uitzicht viel wat tegen: een muur. Maar ik had ook niet specifiek een mooi uitzicht gevraagd. Ik vermoed dat het gewoon structureel een eigenschap is van deze vierpersoonskamer ( 2 volwassenen en 2 grote kinderen van 15 en 17 jaar)

The reception staff helped me, and I was able to get it issued smoothly. Thanks to them, I was able to return home safely. I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude. All the staff at this hotel, not just the one who helped me, were kind, polite, and wonderful. Durante il mio soggiorno, mi è stato rubato il passaporto e ho avuto difficoltà a ottenere la denuncia alla polizia necessaria per il rilascio di un passaporto d'emergenza. Il personale della reception mi ha aiutato e sono riuscito a ottenerlo senza problemi. Grazie a loro, sono potuto tornare a casa sano e salvo. - David (8/5): Great place for exploring Rome - The location of the hotel is excellent, a lot of the main landmarks are on walking distance. There is also a very close metro station and the main train station is also quite close. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms very nice. The hotel is in an old building so the elevator is quite small and there are some stairs in the middle of the floor that make it difficult moving with the luggage. There is no room service for ordering food, but it is always possible to use a delivery app.

- XIAOLIN (5/5): - Easy access to public transport. Room is clean, with big window, enough sunshine, fresh air. Very noisy. This hotel location is not suitable for walking to visit Rome. Need more than 30min fast walking to all the famous places. If you want to visit Rome attractions, it is better to choose another hotel near the Colosseum or pantheon. The free bottle water is provided just for 1 day, and just 1 bottle. No free bottle replacement for all the remaining days. The free tea bags are also not replaced everyday. We are a family of 4 people, and stay 6 nights. This treatment is totally not like a 4 star hotel! The electricity is not stable, the fuse is triggering twice during my stay.

- Ademar Luis (9/5): - Ótimo atendimento da equipe, limpeza impecável e localização fantástica. A ducha de banho e vidro de proteção que foram muito mal projetados, pois molha todo o banheiro e não tem praticidade.

- LUIGI (8/5): - Struttura facile di accesso dalla stazione Termini, 5min a piedi. Hotel carino, camera bella e pulita. Solo che la camera era un pò piccola, la tapparella non si poteva aprire perché una pianta è cresciuta davanti. Per il resto, staff molto gentile è disponibile, colazione completa.
