Kahvaltıya ödediğimiz paraya acıyorum. 1 gün bize dendi ki, otelde yumurta kalmadı. Kahvaltıda yumurta yoktu. Meyvesuları şekerli ve yapay. Çocuklara yönelik hiçbir şey yok. Yani ücretsiz verilecek bir seçki bunun için bu para alınmamalı. Kahvaltıya para ödediğim için çok üzgünüm. Otel odasına gelince fena değildi. Ama kötü olan şey 5 gün boyunca talep etmemize rağmen yatak çarşafları ve yastık kılıfları değişmedi. Yastıklar kâğıttan, yumuşacık, yatakla bir gibi. Sert yastık istedik ama otelde yok dendi. Lavabo vesaire hiç temizlenmedi. Bu ödenen konaklama için asla değmez gerçekten. Yani tek iyi yanı lokasyonu ama lokasyon için bu bedel ödenir mi emin değilim, ben bir daha asla kalmam. Kimseye de önermem. Hayat kırıklığı.

En niet veel variatie. Mooie kamer, minpunt: er was geen licht afzonderlijk voor de badkamer om s”nachts op te staan voor toilet. Bijvoorbeeld dat enkel het toilet wordt verlicht….

El día que llegamos nos alojaron en una habitación pequeña y a pie de calle, lo que nos incomodó, por la falta de intimidad. Lo comentamos al personal del hotel, que se portó de maravilla, y al día siguiente nos reubicaron en una habitación fantástica, en la zona nueva del hotel, donde estuvimos muy cómodos. El restaurante del hotel es italiano, correcto y todo rico. El personal del hotel maravilloso. La primera habitación en la zona antigua del hotel donde no funcionaba el ascensor

- Paula (5/5): Good location but wouldn’t stay again. - Good location. Hotel is nicely appointed with interesting decor. Bikes are available to hire but not on our first morning as they were changing company. We weren’t warned of this the night before and again it was an inconvenience. There was a terrible smell in the bar of drains! Very off putting. We booked a deluxe room and it was small and in the attic. We found it claustrophobic. It was impossible to charge anything to the room which was weird. I suggested to the receptionist that they might take a credit card to allow for this but no that wasn’t the way they operated ! They insisted on payment for everything including drinks at the bar, bike rental and breakfast up front. They don’t replenish water in the room. They provide bottles for you to do this yourself. So up and down in the lift and walk to reception was a bit of a pain. If I’m spending over €400 a night on a hotel room I would except fresh bottled water delivered every day during the daily clean. We had breakfast on the last day and my hand stuck to the underside of the table with jam from previous guests. I asked the waitress for a wet cloth to clean it thinking she would do this but she handed me dry napkins and said she didn’t have a ‘wet cloth’ it would be funny if it wasn’t so ridiculous. I went to the water dispenser dampened a napkin and cleaned it myself rather than have my clothes stained with jam!

Location is not too central but easy access via tram. Not much actually, only that in a small room the toilet door is glass and not at all sound proof
- Jen (8/5): Stylish hotel on a quiet street - Stylish property and rooms in a quieter part of the city center. Still very walkable, but about 20-25 min walk to most attractions. Staff was friendly. The room was tight. Lights are controlled by a panel which was kind of confusing. Seemed a bit pricey but mostly on par with other places we considered. BEWARE— if you plan on renting a car the parking situation is bleak. We knew there was no parking on site, but didn’t expect such expensive or far away options.

After alerting staff after the first of two nights nothing was fixed. At checkout the issues were again raised with the front desk and staff practically argued with us that we had not operated the items correctly.

- Andrea (8/5): Gut, aber einiges verbesserungsfähig. - Personal äußerst zuvorkommend. Lage perfekt. Das Zimmer war recht schmal und eng. Der Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt. In der Dusche hat sich NACH der Zimmerreinigung 2 dunkle lange Haare befunden. Die Haare waren nicht von uns. Der Aufzug war ab dem 2. Tag außer Betrieb, was bei einem Zimmer im 4. Stock nicht angenehm ist. Es war dem Hotel nicht möglich, diesen innerhalb von 4 Tagen während unseres Aufenthalts reparieren zu lassen. Besonders unangenehm habe ich dabei die schlechte Beleuchtung des Stiegenhauses gefunden.

- Mash08 (6/5): Disappointing given the price - Disappointed with this hotel given the price of the rooms. It’s in a great location, close to the park and the museum district, with some nice restaurants nearby. The hotel itself though was disappointing. Breakfast was average and there were not enough staff on so when the small amounts of food in the buffet ran out it would take quite a long time to replenish everything. Our room wasn’t cleared of used mugs, glasses etc despite housekeeping having been in. My biggest issue was the noise. We had a room above the restaurant and the noise was loud. The kids struggled to get to sleep with the noise. We closed all the doors between us the restaurant which had been propped open (security issue in and of itself) but the noise just traveled through the building.

Frühstück gut. Preis-Leistung mit dem Zimmer stimmte nicht. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich mehr Platz in einem Hotelzimmer. Die Türe zum Bad/WC ist direkt neben dem Bett. :( - Die komplizierte Bedienungsstation für Licht, Klima und Vorhänge ist unnötig und nicht bedienerfreundlich. Das Licht schaltet bei der kleinsten Bewegung ein.

- ATravelerNotTourist (10/5): Beautiful hotel - Stayed here on my first night after arriving on an overnight flight. The staff was lovely and found an available room for me when I arrived at 10 am (after landing at the airport at 8 am). The room was so comfortable with a nice view of the quaint street in this quiet neighborhood. The room included a fantastic coffee area with an espresso machine, and overall, the room was sparkling clean. The location was near a couple of bus stops and across the street from Vondelpark.

Great location near Vondelpark, quiet and safe area, lovely local restaurants and cafes within a short 5-10min walk. Hotel was welcoming and rooms were good quality. Only point to note is that the bathroom was simply behind a yellow perspex style screen (with door) so if you get up in the night and turn the light on then the whole room knows! Not always ideal if you are a family staying and don't want to wake anyone else up.*00/

Ofrecían paraguas de cortesía y también tenían bicicletas de alquiler. El servicio a la habitación no fue de lo mejor. El menú que había en la habitación tenía un QR para pedir online, pero el sistema no ofrecía la gran mayoría de los platos. Tuvimos que bajar al bar para hacer el pedido y allí nos dijeron que los pedidos a la habitación debían hacerse en persona en el bar.
