• Jun (10/5): We will definitely come back. - All apartments are on the ground floor, no stairs to climb like many other apartments in Venice. The receptionist was very nice and helped us with any kind of requests. Note: book the water taxi with the hotel to ensure that you will be dropped off and picked up right at the dock of the hotel.

The hosts were exceptional—providing outstanding support before, during, and even after our stay. A special shoutout to Ofelia and Fulvia, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. They were incredibly helpful during the booking process, guided us when we arrived, and saw us off with such a warm and thoughtful goodbye. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The Apartment is located in a very convenient location, very close to local attractions! The only small improvement we would suggest is adding a few more mirrors in the apartment, as it would make getting ready a bit more convenient. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Tai tas labiausiai patiko. Kambariai įrengti naujai ir tvarkingai. Patiko, kad viskas veikia. labai patogu dviem porom. Gal nepatiko dušo kabinos maišytuvas, nes sunku buvo pataikyti ir suprasti kaip atsisukti jį. Visą kitą buvo ok.

• Anna (9/5): Супер! - Дуже затишні, просторі і тихі апартаменти. Розташування класне, поруч все є, проте апартаменти знаходяться на тихій вуличці, тому було дуже комфортно спати. Чисто. Є багато кухонних приладів в гарному стані, плита, посудомийка, чайник, кофемашина та інше. Зручне велике ліжко. Ми дуже задоволені! Єдиний маленький нюанс, було б добре замінити фени на більш нові.

• Joan (10/5): Precioso apartamento, inmejorable calidad precio - Apartamento amplio totalmente equipado, muy bonito y amplio. Imagino que debe ser nuevo porque esta todo impecable y moderno. Baño con secador, ducha amplia con modo lluvia y manguera. Habitacion muy amplia tambien, colchón muy comodo. Sala de estar espaciosa, sofa y butacas muy cómodos, mesa grande. Terraza accesible desde sala de estar y habitación, tambien muy amplia y con una puerta trasera que da acceso a la terraza comunitaria, con acceso al canal. Importante decir que el personal muy muy amable, tanto Ofelia como su marido (siento no recuerdo su nombre) y con especial mención a Fulvia, que nos ayudo mucho por recomendaciones muy acertadas, graccie mile Fluvia !!! Ubicación muy buena, a 15 minutos de todo y en una zona tranquila, con un paseo muy agradable hasta al centro. Si volvemos a Venecia, sin duda buscaria disponibilidad en este hotel primero. Gracias por vuestra hospitalidad y amabilidad, nos hemos sentido como en casa :) No poder estar mas dias en este hotel :)

She was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with everything from recommending places to eat to helping us issue tickets for the water taxi. Very comfortable and chic design. - We arrived later than expected and the host was so accommodating and facilitated a late pick up of keys. A family member was ill during our stay and the host organized doctor to visit the apartment promptly. She couldn't have been more hospitable during our stay.

Apartman se nalazi na stvarno odličnoj lokaciji – s jedne strane je smješten uz sami kanal što mu daje poseban venecijanski šarm, a s druge strane se izlazi na tihu i mirnu uličicu, idealnu za odmor od turističke vreve. Unutrašnjost apartmana je vrlo lijepo uređena, moderno, ali s osjećajem doma – sve što vam treba za ugodan boravak je tu. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno, susretljivo i spremno pomoći u svakom trenutku. Lokacijski je apartman par minuta hoda od svih važnih znamenitosti, trgovina i restorana, ali je smješten u mirnijem dijelu grada što je savršeno za opuštanje nakon dana istraživanja Venecije. Definitivno bismo se ponovno vratili i rado ga preporučujemo svima koji traže udoban smještaj u Veneciji!

Terrasse privative donnant sur les blocs de climatisation de l'hôtel...Donc inutilisable car propulsion non stop d'air chaud et bruit continu des ventilations. Par chance portes fenêtre de la chambre parfaitement isolantes du bruit...Attention à penser à ce détail avant de réserver. Le 2éme lit n'était pas un lit mais un canapé-lit, contrairement à ce qui est présenté dans le descriptif.

• Fong Ling (10/5): A gem in the midst of Venetian busy-ness - The location. Its behind a busy street, yet its very quiet. And when we walked the other way, we reached the stop for airport shuttle. The place was very clean and beds were very comfortable with extra pillows. The staff arranged for earlier check-in too! Something to hold our coats near the door area would be great. Else, nothing else to dislike!

Bathroom is non-proportionally small, especially the water basin area. Not a single bottle of water provided in the fridge.
• Danielle (10/5): Exceptionally beautiful - A moody chic aesthetic, supreme comfort. Beautifully quiet area and not too far away from anywhere. The perfect morning spot accessible from our bedroom doors through a private courtyard (well, shared but we never saw anyone else out there) that took us to a little dock with 2 chairs perfect for sipping coffee and watching the inhabitants of Venice start their day. Our host Ofelia was so informative, and friendly. We immediately warmed to her! Nothing was too much trouble, she curated us a map with wonderful recommendations added to it. Introduced us to the most perfect restaurant called Timon, a true locals haunt which is exactly what we were after. As well as many other good spots to visit. We’ve saved the map for our return with our children to explore further 😍 Absolutely nothing.

• Juha (10/5): - Huoneisto oli siisti ja ympäristö rauhallinen, vaikka sijainti on keskeinen. Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneisto oli todella tilava ja varusteltu mm. astianpesu- ja pyykinpesukoneilla, kahvikoneella jne. Huoneet on korkeita ja sisustettu hyvin. -

We loved the courtyard space outside, and the location was perfect - very quiet but only a few streets away from shops, bars etc. We loved the Cannaregio district - buzzy without being too busy and lots of great restaurants, bacari etc nearby. Also, Ofelia was fantastic - super friendly and helpful and full of great recommendations. We felt very well looked after. I can also highly recommend taking a water taxi from the station directly to the apartment’s canal entrance - a bit of a luxury but a wonderful way to arrive in Venice! Nothing

Having your own canal access and a comfortable room and outdoor seating area to watch Venice go b - The position is in a quiet Calle away from the crowds and had private canal access for you to sit and enjoy watching boats go by and also take a water taxi directly from your door to anywhere in Venice. Amazing way to arrive or depart when coming in by train or plane! There is a small kitchen in the apartment but it has minimal supplies and equipment. Best to grab supplies from the local bakery and supermarket.

• Dawid (10/5): Super flat with very beautiful finishes and super location, practically close to everywhere - A very nice and unique flat, with a beautiful courtyard to the terrace by the canal. The style of the rooms appealed to all guests. The location of the property is sensational and you can practically explore all of Venice on foot. The staff did a great job we didn't miss anything and even when arriving late at the property it was possible to check in late. Overall we would recommend to anyone and we pass on our recommendation of this place to our family and friends. We know that if we ever go back to Venice we will return again.
