- David (10/5): Excellent Elegant Hotel in a perfect location which is good value for money. - Location is fantastic and right opposite the US Embassy so you know you are going to be safe with the ever present Police presence outside. The location is close to the Spanish Steps (5min walk). The Spa is very personal and private, when you book it you and your spouse have the full spa and pool to yourself for 50 minutes which is a nice touch.

- Eleanor (8/5): A fabulous weekend in Rome and would return. - The location was excellent. The breakfast was good but too expensive. The breakfast was only average for the price of it.
- Chipin74 (6/5): Good location. Avoid 7th floor - Nice hotel overall in a great location. However don’t stay on the 7th floor. Not sure if all rooms are like this but you are in a space that is basically at attic with angular ceilings that protrude very far in to the living space. Tall people should avoid the floor at all costs. You’re liable to end up with a concussion walking around at night. Forget about taking a normal shower. The shower head is at navel height.

- DRios1190 (10/5): Loved it here! - Loved it here! I had a room on the top floor with an incredible view and small balcony. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms are equipped with amenities like basic beauty products, coffee, tea, water kettle, bidet, TV, and mini-fridge. There is a fitness/health center (opens at 8 AM) and full restaurant and bar. The hotel is convenient located within walking distance to various restaurants, bars, cafes, the Villa Borghese gardens, and the Spagna & Barberini metro lines for additional access to central Rome. I will definitely be back here for future visits to Rome!

- sallyy492 (10/5): Perfect stay at grand hotel palace Rome - As soon as I arrived at the grand hotel palace we was greeted by the kind faces behind the reception , The lady behind the desk recognized that it was my birthday and upgraded us to a beautiful suite with an absolutely stunning view . The room was very clean. It was modern and had beautiful marble floors the house keepers left us chocolates and a cake for my birthday and also a bottle of prosecco wich we are thankful for! We also went to the spa wich is a lovely escape from the city and relaxing we got the whole spa to ourself for one hour including a steam room jacuzzi and pool . We had breakfast included and they had a variety of options including cereals ,pastries ,hams and cheeses they had yoghurt and jams and different juices. They also had a hot selection. This hotel is also located in a perfect safe neighborhood that is a 15 minute walk from the Trevor fountain.The whole atmosphere of the hotel was so lovely and the staff were very welcoming and kind . Thank you so much for my lovely stay and birthday wishes I highly recommend this hotel perfectly located in Rome!

As it was my husband’s birthday we were given a room upgrade, Prosecco and cake in our room . This was such a lovely surprise. Our room was perfect. The breakfasts were perfect too . I had read a lot of reviews that it wasn’t great . But please do not worry it has more than you need . Can’t wait to return

- Nicola (9/5): Would stay again! - The hotel is in an excellent location, central enough to walk to everything but outside the noise of the main city. Our room was a great size for central Rome and the balcony was well worth the extra cost. The pool/spa was the best part of our stay but you have to book a time slot in advance (I'd recommend booking it before you arrive). We didn't know this so missed out on it on our first day. You get private access to a large indoor pool for about an hour, it was amazing. We noticed there was some dark stains on the tile in the shower. Could probably benefit from a deep clean/new grout. Everything else was excellent.

La chambre, il y avait un bruit de chasse d’eau permanent, impossible de dormir, mais ça ne provenait pas de la chasse d’eau mais de l’aération de la Clim , même éteinte, une catastrophe pour dormir.impossible de dormir

- 785darraghc (10/5): 5-Star. Perfect Location. - Fantastic hotel. Excellent location - everything within walking distance. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice spacious rooms. Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Zero noise from traffic outside (we were on the 6th floor), plus comfortable beds & pillows = a great nights sleep. The Spa area can also be reserved for private use [50 minutes], and has a pool & sauna. We will be returning! Grazie Claudia, Ylenia e Elisa.

- Starfighter101 (6/5): Decent hotel in the heart of Rome - Our family stayed at the Grand Palace Hotel for 4 nights in January for a family vacation. The hotel's location is great, as there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Most locations are walkable, including the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We had two rooms, which consisted of a suite and a standard room. The standard rooms at the hotel are small and what you would expect for European hotel rooms. They have a small safe and a closet for clothes, but they lack ample table space. The beds were a bit hard and the pillows left a lot to be desired, but they were doable. The suite was almost twice the size, but still lacked ample usable table space. The bathroom was large and the full shower was nice with the stone floor. There was a bit of mold in the corners, so a bit of bleach might have helped. We did not use any of the hotel's amenities, such as the spa or dining. The spa is next door and you need to reserve time in the spa to use anything in there. At the same time, we found the dining to be great throughout the hotel. Instead of the 33 Euros per person breakfast, we just walked to a coffee shop around the corner for a cappuccino and croissant. The hotel is decent, but definitely not a 5-star hotel as it is noted. I would say 4-star for sure, but the rooms and cleanliness take away a star.

- Simona (8/5): Partiamo da via Veneto per visitare Roma... - Posizione top. Camera calda e accogliente Su tre notti e tre colazioni le prime due sono state fatte nella sala sotterranea perché nella sala principale al piano terra stavano facendo i lavori. Diciamo che quella sotto non era il massimo

- Stefano (7/5): Albergo accettabile, ma per la categoria indicata ci si aspetta servizi migliori e camere migliori. - in generale è un Albergo buono con una impostazione di lusso, ben posizionato in Via Veneto proprio di fronte all'ambasciata Americana. il centro di Roma è pertanto raggiungibile a piedi abbastanza facilmente. la camera assegnata era nella mansarda al settimo piano e c'era un solo ascensore con tempi di attesa molto lunghi. la camera era mal distribuita e priva di una zona confort con un divanetto o poltrone, ma semplicemente aveva una scrivania con 2 sedie. nel bagno una vasca e basta e per fare la doccia si doveva scavalcare la parete della vasca (situazione molto scomoda) . Di notte con il riscaldamento acceso c'era un rumore assordante, bisognava spegnere tutto e al risveglio c'era un freddo polare. La Spa tanto decantata aveva bisogno di prenotarsi e non era libera, pertanto non benissimo. La colazione offriva una scelta non all'altezza del prezzo pagato. bello l'involucro ma il contenuto era minimale (poca offerta ad esempio nella frutta che era per lo più sciroppata o negli yogurt che erano in monoporzione da supermercato, niente pietanze espresse se non ad ulteriore pagamento. Insomma per avere speso ciò che abbiamo speso ci si aspettava di più.

- elmar (9/5): Tolles, stilvolles Hotel in excellenter Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal, sehr zu empfehlen! - Sehr schöner Eingangsbereich im Art Deco Stil. Stilvolles Ambiente. Sehr große Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Und ein auffällig freundliches Personal. Der Kaffee könnte besser sein.

Staff were nothing like my experiences in other 4/5Star. Rare I give poor reviews but this is not one I’d recommend
