Dutta (9/5): A nice pleasant stay in an excellent location - The location of this hotel is really superb.. just beside Roma Termini, giving easy access to trains, metro, taxi, bus, hop on hop off service etc. The room was also comfortable and spacious for 3 people, the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff are really helpful, friendly and cooperative and even allowed us an early check-in, for which we would really thank the hotel. There are lots of shops for daily need items and cafes nearby. The Santa Maria Basilica Maggiore is at a walking distance from the hotel The streets outside are a bit noisy and crowded and you have to be careful with our bag and wallet, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it. It is usual around every station area.

Pessoas que realmente não deveriam exercer a profissão, secos, mal olham para o hóspede, bom dia, talvez, se você disser primeiro!! Deveriam passar por um treinamento com o pessoal do restaurante que serve o café da manhã, esses sim são profissionais dignos de trabalhar em Um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas!!

If an attraction was too far, the hotel staff were happy to book a taxi for us. The staff were always helpful. A welcome free bottle of sparkling water was enjoyed. The breakfast was a great inclusion, with many choices. The beds were amazingly comfortable, with memory foam mattess and pillows, very conducive to a good night's sleep. The room was compact, but very comfortable and clean. The raindrop shower was wonderful, great pressure and hot water. Complimentary toiletries were generous. Late checkout with our booking was very much appreciated. In all, this was a lovely stay. There were no tissues supplied to the room. We would have liked more tea and coffee supplies, however staff were happy to organise this when we asked. Some more fruit options with breakfast would have been nice, such as a variety of cut fruit pieces. The television remotes didn't work very well. There was quite some delay retrieving our luggage when we were departing, we had to ask a second time and our driver was waiting.
Kimberly (6/5): Good location and hotel was sufficient. Hotel is more 3 star. - - Convenient location for trevi fountain and colosseum - within 30 minute walk. - Next to Roma termini metro which was convenient to get to Vatican City - easy to use. - Room is enough for what you need at a city break. - We were told by our taxi driver that around this location can be trouble so be careful at night time. We didn’t come across anything though. - Room is outdated with a few issues - only one socket was working, the hair dryer didn’t work and the shower head is fixed on the wall too close that the water doesn’t cover the bath, meaning you don’t get to wash properly. Luckily there was a hand-held shower head that came useful. - They seem to be doing construction work and we were not told by staff this would be happening during our stay. We would be woken up by banging and drilling around 7-8am.

La zona di sera è popolata soprattutto da stranieri.a volte si ha la sensazione di non trovarsi in piena sicurezza ma questo solo dopo le 21 a chiusura dei negozi
Daniele (4/5): Decepcionante - O hotel é bem centralizado e perto da estação Nos deram um quarto horrível, minúsculo, não havia espaço nem pra abrir a mala no chão, tinha marcas na paredes, o banheiro cheirava a esgoto, a banheira vazava água por baixo e inundava o banheiro todo, a hidromassagem provavelmente nunca foi higienizada porque quando tentei usar subiu sujeira que saiu de dentro, também havia uma lâmpada pendurada pelo fio, havia um buraco na parede e marcas de acabamento mal feito, as toalhas de rosto eram de um tecido que pareciam uma toalha de mesa, me senti num cativeiro, zero conforto.

Tracey (7/5): Great short break. Hotel did the job but wouldn't be what some would expect from a 4 star. - Good breakfast. Room nice and clean. Location suited us well, close to main transport (Terminii) for airport, and metro, but close enough to walk to sightseeing areas and restaurants, etc. if you're active. Reception held luggage for us on check-on day. The hotel is surrounded by left-luggage places which we didn't need! No restaurant/bar in the hotel for evening if you don't want to stay out. Area past the hotel, close to Terminii is not a good area later in the evening/night. Didn't see/experience any issues, but pay attention.

Lara (9/5): Great little hotel and good value for Monday - Our room was recently refurbished. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the breakfast were really nice. Overall hotel was great value for money. Close to the train station for easy access to transport Little far from the main sights, but of course hotels there are twice the price.
MrsP1073 (4/5): Definitely not 4* - Firstly the positives, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff on reception were pleasant and helpful. Negatives, the room was dated, wallpaper was damaged and patched up. Strip lighting hanging off over the bed. Building work outside the room which started early daily. TV in the room did not work. Location was fine for getting around, close to Termini station, some decent restaurants nearby but some of the streets near the hotel are a little intimidating. The hotel needs a good refurbishment and modernisation, not up to 4 star standards. Overpriced for the current standards hopefully the hotel will undergo modernisation soon.

Localização perfeita pra quem tem interesse em partir de Roma pra outras cidades. Você não consegue regular a temperatura do quarto e acaba ficando muito abafado. Não deixaria de ir por isso. A estadia foi muito boa

Sabah kahvesi güzel. 7-24 resepsiyon açık. Personel yardımcı ve güleryüzlü. Deluxe oda, deluxe olmasına rağmen bana biraz küçük geldi. Sabah kahvaltısı her gün aynıydı farklı bir çeşit yoktu. Asansör küçük.

Maria (8/5): - Das Hotel war sauber und gut gelegen für einen Städtetrip in Rom. Durch die Bahnhofsnähe, Endstation Termini, kann man mit jedem Bus zum Hotel fahren. Die Bar im Hotel war leider nicht besetzt.
Stephen (7/5): Good for short stay close to train station - Close to the train station, breakfast was good and room generally in good condition. Had a mix up with our room, whereby we had booked a room with 3 beds (but given a 2 bed room). Credit to the staff they fixed the issue. Room fairly noisy, which was mainly from court yard used by staff.

Sarah (1/5): Catastrophique - Rien Établissement trompeur, service inacceptable et refus de remboursement Hôtel à fuir. Cet établissement se prétend “quatre étoiles”, mais la réalité est tout autre. À notre arrivée, on nous informe que, parce que nous sommes une “huge family” (nous sommes 5), nous serons logés dans un bâtiment annexe. Nous avons donc dû marcher environ 100 mètres avec nos bagages le long d’une rue très peu sécurisante et mal fréquentée, avec une forte odeur d’urine. Le bâtiment en question est isolé et peu engageant, avec une cage d’escalier sombre et franchement glauque. Les chambres n’étaient pas acceptables : les fenêtres ne fermaient pas, et les volets étaient bloqués fermés, nous laissant sans aucune lumière naturelle. Nous étions tellement déçus que nous avons refusé d’y passer la nuit et demandé à être relogés dans l’hôtel principal, ce qui nous a été refusé. Nous avons donc réservé ailleurs en urgence. Ils ont refusé de nous rembourser alors que le séjour était prévu pour 4 nuits. Lorsque nous avons demandé à parler à un manager, cela nous a été refusé. L’hôtel place ses clients dans des bâtiments annexes pour faire du chiffre. À éviter absolument.

Les chambres sont impeccables, propres , mais nous avions vue sur la rue ( bruyante jusqu’à 3 h du matin ) avec une fenêtre pas si bien isolée que cela . Malgré tout, les lits sont confortables, et le petit déjeuner est top . Le personnel qui s occupe du service petit déjeuner est top L’accueil à la réception est un peu froid

Ouvrir la fenêtre le soir impossible car des odeurs de cuisines des restaurants du bas remontent dans la chambre . Quelques mites …… lit confortable sans plus.
