• Ricarda (8/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage. Leider hat es im Wohnzimmer sehr durch das Fenster gezogen, so dass unsere Kinder auf dem Schlafsofa gefroren haben. Seitens des Hotels wurde versucht, mit zusätzlichen Heisslüftern Abhilfe zu schaffen.
• Britinmexico (6/5): Hotel with heated toilet seats - The Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are excellent ,clean and quiet,we paid extra for a view of the empire state building , the staff are welcoming and efficient The bad side, there is a roof top bar we could not use on our stay never open !! Awful chain and lock around the door handles !! Hotel as no facilities for a coffee or drink in a lounge, told by hotel staff none on site so out in rain we went , Rooms have basic kettle and powdered coffee and milk, lacking comfortable seating in rooms It's all very pretty pretty with heated toilet seats ,but no areas to sit and chill with a coffee or drink all show and no go.

• 326sli (4/5): Great location, but poor sleep quality - The Prince Kitano New York is in a fantastic location, and while the rooms are quite dated, they were kept clean. However, I cannot recommend staying here due to the poor sleep quality. The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it difficult to rest. Furthermore, the bedding was very disappointing—there was a stain that looked like blood on the duvet when I first arrived, and the sheets were stiff and uncomfortable. Despite the good service and location, a comfortable bed is a basic necessity that wasn't met.

• Susan (10/5): It was such an amazing visit to New York City, and I am looking forward to two or three more bookings at the Prince Kita - This hotel is so perfectly situated--Park Avenue & 38th St. The properties is clean; the staff is professional; and the attention to detail, including using our name when speaking with us, make this hotel so much different than many others in New York City. I cannot think of one thing I did not like that this property and I have stayed there many times.

Nice comfortable robes too. The sheets were horrific. They felt like cardboard and crunchy. You would hear them all night. The amenities in the room should include a regular coffee pot. Instead they give a hot water pot and a mug full of instant Tasters Choice coffee.

Me pidier - Me gustó que todo se veía limpio, las camas no son muy grandes pero son cómodas, el baño con su sistema es una genialidad, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos! • Atsumi (9/5): とても良いホテルでした。NYでの定宿にしたいです。 - フロントのスタッフの方々が非常に親切でした。とても丁寧で感じが良く、欧米でこのようにご対応してくださるところは、いいままで経験したことがありません。ドアマンの女性の方もキビキビした動作でドアを開けてくださいました。 朝食のお味噌汁はお出汁の味に、長期出張中の胃に染ました。 お部屋にお水のペットボトルやスリッパ（日系航空会社のペラペラなスリッパより上質）が用意されていました。ウォシュレットはもちろんですが、洗面足元のマットやタオルウォーマーも個人的にはありがたかったです。 次回、NY訪問時にはまた利用させていただきたいです。 強いて言えば、水回りに古さを感じました。許容範囲ですが。

The staff including the concierges greeted us every time we came into the lobby, and said goodbye each time we left. The cleaners were kind. The hotel itself was quiet and unfussy. Our room was spacious. We stayed in one of the non-renovated rooms and it was very comfortable. The downstairs seating area in the main lobby was small but comfortable. For Manhattan, the Park Avenue location was nice and quiet. We hope to say in the Prince Kitano again. No complaints.

• geoffreym287 (6/5): Ok - We stayed 5 nights before going to Boston and 3 nights on our return to New York. The hotel is excellently situated for getting about and the Tartinery nearby is great for breakfast. The bed is comfortable. The rooftop bar has good views but the guy who makes the cocktails was sick. They also let us check out an hour later. However the rooms are compact and in serious need of updating. Whilst it was nice to have a toilet with a heated seat, we would have swapped it for a modern shower which worked well rather than one which almost qualified as an antique. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beds were comfy but if you choose a room for 4 people the space is too small, you only get towels and glasses and bottles of water for 2 ! The bath is a bit old too so the shower is not 4 stars..

The Hotel's convenient location near Grand Central Station and the subway stops on Park and Madison Avenues made getting around easy. I would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable, albeit a little too soft for my taste.
