dylanaS707JG (10/5): Great start to our honeymoon - We really enjoyed our stay here. The resort is massive and connected to a bunch of malls, so there are so many great options for food. We also ordered rooom service, and it was great. The spa/gym was one of our favorite things, it's huge and you get complimentary use of the sauna/pools which was a great bonus. We were celebrating our honeymoon, so the stay left us a bunch of little gifts and notes throughout our stay, which was an excellent touch. The resort is beautiful and very spacious. Would gladly stay again.

Viktor JN (8/5): Great location.and very good service, but room"s technical features and design was just sub standard - Location, lobby, breakfast, pool were all very impressive. The room itself. Bathroom is too small, as is the bathtub and shower, with a very clumsy door opening from the outside in that then also prevents you from reaching the shower head handles, unless you walk into the shower and close the door behind you, leaving u exposed to a shock therapy the moment u turn on the hande to release the water and u get your first cold load as a nice wake up. Just pathetic design. The light switches were inconveniently placed far away from the bed, so u have to walk to the entry door to find them. Temp setting of a/c was illogical and took us forever to adjust ti right temperature. Airco still a bit noisy. The room.is just technically no longer up to standards.

The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great balance of comfort and luxury. A special highlight of my stay was meeting Chef Muhammed, an Indian chef at the hotel, who went out of his way to prepare delicious dishes tailored exactly to my preferences. The food was absolutely amazing and added a very personal touch to my experience. One thing I truly appreciated was their hospitality beyond my stay. Although I checked out on April 30th and had to travel to Krabi, the hotel was kind enough to safely store my luggage for me. When I returned, everything was exactly as I left it—secure and undamaged. This level of trust and care really stood out to me. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The direct connectivity to CentralWorld and Siam Paragon made shopping and dining effortless. The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and efficient, which really elevated the overall experience. Miss Vera, Miss Elle and Miss Noot always take exceptional care of us during our stays. Always such a warm greeting from Miss Soom and Hyatt team at the lobby. The Grand Club is wonderful, warm and welcoming with very nice breakfast options with a changing menu. The evening cocktail hours are also very nice with several dishes served along with excellent service, well worth the upgrade. This property and amazing service never disappoints.

The comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere made our visit truly enjoyable, and we were pleased with many aspects of the service. That said, we must firmly raise our concern regarding the breakfast service during our early checkout. Despite informing staff in advance, we were not offered anything until I explicitly complained. Only then did staff insist on giving us a takeaway option, which felt reactive rather than considerate. Having to press the issue just to receive coffee, and then being pushed toward a takeaway option, left us feeling undervalued. Guests with early departures should be proactively accommodated with a simple takeaway or light breakfast items. This would align with the otherwise high standards of service we experienced during our stay. We have stayed in other 5-star hotels in Bangkok, but we can truly say this topped them. The location is fantastic. Right from check-in, the staff were so professional. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the staff were so attentive, ensuring we had a steady flow of water. Breakfast was amazing. It was so lovely to see the different chefs come out to personally meet guests. In fact, on one morning, the chefs surprised us and told us to sit while they brought out various breakfast dishes from around the world. It was amazing. Seeing the genuine delight and passion with each course served by the chefs was so touching, and we felt honored that they wanted us to taste their food. The Club Lounge was amazing and the staff were so attentive. Gai, Mild, and Captain gave us fantastic service. Nothing was too much for them. We will definitely be returning to this hotel soon.

The hotel staff at the reception, club lounge and the dining room are fabulous. The rooms are ok, dated but comfortable. Channels on the TV were limited and not a great variety. The bathroom we had in the room had a see through panel between the toilet and the shower. that means only one person can use the bathroom at a time. Not a good option if you are staying with friends or family.

Great location, happy and helpful staff with a genuine interest in their clients. Approachable management when you need help, for example on my early arrival. It is within a very convenient walking distance to CentralWorld, with easy access via the skywalk and helpful shortcuts, making it incredibly easy to get around. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, which was spacious and cozy—perfect for a truly restful stay. I also had the pleasure of dining at Salvia, the Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent, attentive service with a genuine service-minded attitude. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

Overall - a very good experience and I have no hesitation in saying that I would definitely opt for the Grand Hyatt Erawan on my next trip to Bangkok. The only area of improvement is the check-in time (1500H). For international travelers arriving on early morning flights, this can mean a long wait for room assignment. However, kudos to the check-in staff that they somehow managed to give us (self + 3 other colleagues) our rooms by 1030H. Deeply appreciate the gesture / accommodation!
redrover77 (10/5): Location, Location, Location - Excellent value with great location. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there (although 8 years between visits, have been staying at St. Regis recently), and was impressed with overall condition (hotel is a bit more dated than St. Regis, but still in good condition), but the staff really made the experience exceed expectations. From the front office check in (wonderful and pleasant front office) to Housekeeping to Gym staff, everyone at the hotel has a smile and looking to be helpful. Gym was perfect for early morning workout, better than average for hotel standards. I did not have the breakfast, but did have some in-room dining (Thai specialties) that were very tasty. They have some new restaurants down on LL level plus a Bakery (excellent coffee & croissants). As mentioned, location is prime, very convenient to get your day going in Bangkok. Good mix of both business (which was me) and families. Right next to Earwan Shrine and BTS is a 5 minute walk.

yoana450 (8/5): Great experience - The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the front office staff were also very supportive. The room cleanliness was extremely detailed and neat. Thank you to Mrs. Suh for organizing my very messy cosmetics in the room so carefully—I really loved it. All the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a wide variety of food options, although not as many choices for the main course.
44taniam (10/5): Oasis in Bangkok - My experience at the hotel was wonderful. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Fortunato and Noi were always a welcome support at breakfast and Gai in the Club lounge is first class service every day. The services were also lovely - well adorned gym with helpful, knowledgeable staff always ready to assist and a gorgeous spa experience. Excellent service and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.

TigerKolkata (8/5): Birthday Celebrations went to plan - As a Globalist after a slow start where the staff many trainees made the first 2 days forgettable one appreciated the effort put in by Turbo ( Kristsananan ) & Orawee( Foam) & Chef Fortunato to make the special arrangements for my birthday in our suite as I turned 65 today. Mangers like this are an asset to any hotel and make the difference in what is a very competitive market. Our Lounge & Coffee Shop experiences were forgettable so it was nice to see that if needed this hotel does deliver

Vicky (9/5): One night in Bangkok. - We only stayed one night.The location was superb - very central. The breakfast was amazing. Spa facilities were excellent. Going off site for a drink - would have liked a bar in the hotel itself and not having to go underground to a bar there.

Rakhiray (10/5): A relaxed week in Bangkok - The Location of the Hotel is superb at a very vibrant part of the city. Everything is happening at walking distance. Extremely well connected to all the places. The hotel has a very relaxed feel. The staff is friendly, welcoming and super attentive and anticipates in advance what you may be requiring. The rooms were pristine clean and there was no noise whatsoever coming into the room which is surprising considering the busy location . The view from our room was lovely as you could see the golf course, the pool and witness the magnificent and colourful Bangkok sunsets. There is a beautiful Erawan shrine just under the hotel which strangely draws you for frequent visits on your way in and out of the hotel. There is a beautiful pool, spa and gym. Did not get the time to use it though. Had a relaxed and lovely time.

I did complain and was moved to another room and I’m grateful for that
