The bathroom door wouldn't close all of the way, and would just pop open randomly. The drain in the bathtub/shower would not drain, so you were standing in water while you showered. And when I asked about scheduling a car for the next morning, we were told no need to. That it would be very easy to get a cab right out front. I said that it would be at 5:am and he said no problem. Well, at 5:am the next morning, it was a problem. No cabs in sight. So we were late to our appointment due to it taking so long to get a car. It was not cheap to stay here, and while it is a beautiful property, I was disappointed.

My stay was for 3 nights, and the air conditioning did not work during that time. They brought me a portable air conditioner. The hotel's location is good and the staff are good and cooperative, but the problem is the air conditioning.

Great location - cabs always available at the front door and Uber pick up well within 2 minutes. Good restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and right in the heart of the shopping area! Would definitely be staying here again for my next trip to Paris!

- M M (6/5): Hotel location was convenient. - Hotel location was convenient, Rooms were ok ( not sure if they are 4 star quality), odd arrangements with the toilets, WC is separate with no sink to wash hands. Toiletries are in bottles & stuck to the wall ! They take a hefty deposit for the minibar, which is very basic & not worth the deposit they demand. Only one lift works and at peak times its a battle to get to the room. Had one coffee from their restaurant, which was charged at 9 euro!

- Talgat (6/5): - The staff is friendly on the human level (one of us who had birthday got a bottle of sparkling wine eg.), but when it comes to the duties, everything goes not so well. The calculations for price for the rooms were done incorrently (we choose to pay cash initially). We are supposed to get a refund now, but it's been more then a month since we checked out (not without an issue), and we are still waiting, although when it came to charding cards, it has been done in 30 mins from another country. The communication with the hotel is poor, almost all of the mails remain unanswered. The communication betweem the reception shifts is absent, being informed once, the rest doesn't know that there is only one person who pays the whole party. The whole trip in the internal paperwork has been signed to a 7yo guest. What's also important that the hotel finds itself above a night club, so those guests who have their windows facing the yard will have hard time sleeping.

Our room had lot of problems: the safe and the phone wasn’t working, no electrical plugs near the bed, the toilet was bed smelling, the make up mirror was above the bidet, and the bathtub was very high.

- Anwar (6/5): Mouse in room - I found a mouse in room , and when i asked receptionist, he sent a security persone to check , then they asked me to stay with the mouse untill next day to try to change the room , and unfortunately, i did .
- Nicholas (4/5): - I was expecting better, as I have stayed at Warwick properties before. The staff seemed non-plussed to have us there. While we did arrive early in the day and our room was ready, when we got to the room, the deadbolt was exceptionally difficult to lock because of damage to the door frame. When we came back after our day, we simply wanted to order some food from the in-room-dining menu. We were told that they were “out of hamburgers” after they came up to the room as the phone was not working for incoming calls to the room. Other items were also not available, and we were left with a choice of a chicken wrap, which my wife had, and a club sandwich, which I opted for. The food arrived and was ok, certainly nothing to write home about. I awoke around 2 in the morning with what could only have been food poisoning from my meal, and ended up having a wasted day in the room trying to recover, causing us to miss our booked tour of the Eiffel Tower. When we checked out, the staff again seemed to have little interest in much other than collecting the charges to the room. I could have mentioned these things at the time, but as we already felt like an inconvenience to the staff, we chose to simply go on our way. Will not be staying here again or recommending this property to any friends or family.

- Wassim (10/5): - The Warwick paris has outstanding staff service and maintain a high level of cleanliness. The hotel is in a prime location being that it’s almost directly on champs-eléesys and a very short walk to the George V metro station where you can easily get around to most places in Paris. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The only thing I would mention is some parts of the room were a bit dated but this is not a big deal in my opinion.
- Pamela (6/5): - The property was ok. It is not a four star hotel. The property was small, the bar and lobby were small. The room was very small. There were ants and gnats in the room. The property was outdated. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s ok for a short stay. I would not stay again.

- Shahryar (4/5): - The property looks and feels dated, belongs in the 70s, carpet old, etc. Or from looked nothing like the pictures in the website, toiletries were different than shown, staff not responsive. They took out luggage at check in, waited 20 minutes still not delivered, called downstairs nobody answered, went down got luggage and came up, overall not worth the over 400 a night thru charged .disappointed

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was not ready at the check-in time of 3pm. Had to wait at lobby for 25 minutes. Front desk staff inexperienced. Difficult to call reception from room - always no answer. There are better hotels in Paris for similar prices.
- Susan (10/5): - Large room, nice design with inner bedroom behind wall closets for more privacy from deliveries. Balcony was huge and very nice. Friendly service and English TV stations available. Room service was also very nice. Very comfortable bed and daily cleaning without have to request it!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointing front desk service. - The hotel itself was very nice, location fantastic, but the desk service was not good. Although the people were friendly, it took us 1-1/2 hours to get a room (even though we arrived after check in time.) In fairness, they did give us a free drink. When we finally got to the room, someone was already in it! The concierge service failed to call back regarding a dinner reservation and failed to order a taxi for the requested time. The key card system is very bad; we had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get a new card.
