• Patricia (10/5): Great location, wonderful staff: I hated to leave! - The room I was given at first was large and comfortable, if a little dark. However, it faced a busy main road : I asked to be moved to a room at the back and this second one was very quiet. Comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean room. Location right in the heart of Milan, with an underground station across the road. Great restaurant with epic risotto alla milanese!

Staff and service - very friendful, help in any issue. I should especially mention Assia on the reception. Very good breakfast, five hot dishes, wide choice of everything. n-room air conditioning. The restaurant marked as Michelin - but not on this level. In menu with a little choice. Service is good but food is not. Better to dinner in other place.

• Ofer (10/5): This hotel totally exceeded my expectations - I booked it mainly because it was close to the start and end spot of the Stramilano half marathon, which were literally 3 minutes walk away, but I found the location to be ideal for touring around Milano. It's less than 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and there are tons of restaurants, cafes and stores all around the hotel. The room was very spacious in European standards, the hotels feels new and spot clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was great. Everything was exceptional. The only minor detail I can mention is the too-small glass of the bath shower.

• T (7/5): - Месторасположение. В номерах не чисто, в ванных комнатах особенно. Непонятно как льется вода из душа. Давно пора менять смесители. Унитазу старые очень и побитые. А также жутко не понравилось, что воду питьевую кладут в номер 1 бутылку 0.5 на все время проживания. Дальше покупай из бара или заказывай в номер. Считаю, что отеля 4 звезды это неприлично. Тем более имея ресторан на первом этаже то ли со звездой то ли с отметкой уже не помню. Да еще и с такой ценой за ночь. Дело не в том, что мы не можем себе позволить купить воду за 1€, а дело в том, что в таких отелях должны класть воду после каждой уборки, хотя бы одну бутылку. Это даже в отелях 3-х звезд делают. Если человеку стало плохо и срочно надо попить воды, то придется ждать пока принесут воду в номер. Больше возвращаться в этот отель мне не хочется.

The stuff of the hotel is amazing, excellent service, perfectly clean rooms and comfy beds. It is not ideally quite at night to my taste because of the trams, but the team of the hotel was kind enough to move us to back yard facing rooms and upgrade the room to a suit to make sure I rest well at night

• Daniel (9/5): Superou as expectativas - O café da manhã é completo, superou as expectativas, conforto do quarto, tamanho do quarto. Me hospedaria de novo sem problema algum. Equipe super atenciosa. Chuveiro com boa pressão. A acustica não é das melhores, o hotel fica localizado de frente para uma via principal onde passam carros e bondes, o barulho atrapalha um pouco no inicio.

The location was really great. It was close to most places, and the neighborhood we stayed in was really nice. The gym is really quite inadequate. It doesn’t make sense to only give out one bottle of water as a courtesy on the first day. It would be better if they restocked it every day. After all, it’s just water… However, if you go down to the front desk and ask for water, they’re happy to help, but they still recommend you get it from the minibar :)

We had a room on 1st floor facing Via Cusani with very noisy tram traffic. This was made worse by the broken locking mechanism of the window.

• ALESSANDRO (9/5): Ottima location, centrale. Personale gentile e colazione ottima. - Posizione centrale. Ottima stanza e collegato a tutti i servizi. Personale gentile e colazione molto buona. Le stanze sono adiacenti alla piazza e la circolazione dei tram disturba il sonno. Nonostante l'insonorizzazione il rumore è fastidioso sia di giorno, ma soprattutto di notte tranne tra mezzanotte e le 4.30 orario nel quale i tram non circolano.
• Agnieszka (1/5): - Mój wyjazd był służbowy, hotel do dziś nie wystawił mi poprawnej faktury , którą mogę zaliczyć w koszt firmy. Trzykrotnie poprawiana była faktura i nadal jest nieprawidłowa. Pierwszy raz spotykam się w UE z taką sytuacją. Hotel mailowo poinformował, że nic z tym nie może zrobić. Porażka, więc już więcej tam nie wrócę.
• Peter (9/5): - Ausgezeichnete Lage nahe bei Metrostation und Castello. Zu Fuss rasch in der Innenstadt beim Duomo. Freundliches Personal. Die gute Verkehrsanbindung bringt natürlich auch mehr Strassenlärm, v.a. die Trams sind bei offenem Fenster nachts gut hörbar. Man kann nicht alles haben :-)
