This was my second time staying at the hotel and it will definitely not be my last. • toddelicous (8/5): A little short of our high expectations - The location is excellent, steps from the Champs, but in a city with so many beautiful -- albeit pricey -- hotel options, we came away a little disappointed with Château Des Fleurs. At over 400 EUR nightly, it more closely resembled a fine 4* hotel than the luxurious 5* hotel we were expecting. The single elevator was glitchy, and there was some visible damage predating our arrival in our room. The daily construction noise was constant and disturbed our sleep, and there was nary a mention of it before our stay, nor an apology for the issue, even though I understand the hotel was not at fault. A complimentary glass of champagne or another similar gesture would have been a nice way to acknowledge this disturbance. Our Boudoir room was charmingly well-decorated but quite small, and our Hilton Diamond status was not recognized with a room upgrade, despite availability. I thought the à la carte continental breakfast lagged its peers in quantity and quality, and the croissants and breads were not the level of quality that can be found elsewhere in Paris. The bar closed early the one night we decided to enjoy a drink downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is not a given in Paris, but I would recommend others seeking a luxury stay at a boutique hotel in Paris to explore other options.

• ohio2022 (10/5): Amazing Accommodations!! - If you’re seeking luxurious, high quality accommodations in Paris, then Château de Fleurs is the location for you. From start to finish, this property does not disappoint. The staff is exceptional, rooms are impeccable, and atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff was very helpful when we arrived, making sure that our bags were taken care of so we could simply head straight to our rooms. Our meals were served in a thoughtfully designed lounge and dining area. We loved our visit and look forward to returning soon.

• margaretmP2180HD (10/5): True Parisian Charm with 5 Star Quality Service - This is a great hotel, especially for Americans. First was the location, you can see the Champs Elysees from the hotel door, less than 100 yards! You have all the shopping you would want for luxury items. You also have the metro stop George V about a 2 minute walk away. Super convenient to take you all over the city on metro line 1. Second was the service. Everyone helped guide us through Paris and spoke English for us which was incredibly kind and appreciated. We truly felt like we got a 5 star hotel service from the team here, everyone was so attentive and engaging. Third were the amenities. Breakfast each morning was more food than we could have asked for. They had laundry service, 24 hour room service, a pool and a state of the art gym by American standards. The pool and gym are smaller in this hotel but completely large by European standards, are truly clean and well appointed. Really it’s Paris, there is limited space for hotels to begin with, so the fact they had a pool, sauna, and gym was exceptional. We used them all and found them to be nicer than most American hotel services. Finally, the room. We were upgraded to their junior suite, it was the best surprise we could have asked for on our honeymoon. This room was pristine and massive. We had a walk in closet, shower, bare foot claw tub. To say it was luxurious is an understatement. The French balcony overlooking the champs Elyse was something we will never forget. Thank you to the team at Chatea De Fleurs! We can’t wait to come back.

• Jessie (9/5): Fabulous. This will be the place we stay each time we visit! - So much nicer than I expected. The perfect paris hotel. Next to excellent shopping. The hotel was so chic and fabulous! The hotel was so lovely we fondly think of it as one of our favourite memories in Paris. Fitness center was so nice with great facilities. We tried to eat in the restaurant on the night we arrived and they said they couldn't seat us as they were full. It would be great to keep some seating for guests of the hotel. There were tables available.

• Tq5nyc (10/5): Gorgeous boutique hotel in the 8eme - Chateau des Fleurs is a wonderful boutique hotel in an ideal location. We absolutely loved staying here! All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us, especially the concierges who went above and beyond with all of our requests. We stayed in a corner suite which was very comfortable and gorgeous. I love the bath tub by the window! The other reviews are correct that there is construction noise, but honestly it didn’t bother us and we couldn’t really hear it from the room. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!

It was our first trip to Paris with my daughter, and everyone greeted us with such warmth and attention. We were upgraded to a suite, and it was beyond my expectations: beautiful décor, so much space, and even a bathtub in the room! The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is located just a block off champs d elysee just across the street from what will be the Louis Vuitton hotel. Can’t beat the location for shopping. Lots of great restaurants close by too. We walked to the toulleries garden and place Concorde. Location aside, the boudoir room was the smallest we had across the two weeks in Europe at the same price point. The room and bathroom felt cramped for us and the least updated. The queen bed was the smallest too. The tub/shower combo was difficult for Me to get in and out of at 5’6. If you’re shorter than that or have any mobility issues you may want to ask for accommodations. The breakfast was a very basic continental and it was fine but again given the price point we’ve had expanded continental with at least some fruit and eggs to order. I would not stay here again despite the location. Our first hotel in Paris was much more comfortable and a better value.

There are a lots of high end shops and restaurants there but noisy day and night. 2 blocks away from Arc de Triomphe . There are tunnels that go under the road to get to Arc de Triomphe. Try to cross the street instead and the cars will hit you !

In addition to our experience, the location is excellent for visiting Arc de Triomphe and shopping in the cradle of Parisian fashion and Luxury. I highly recommend it and would go out of my way to stay here again.

• katiemQ8499RK (2/5): Construction zone- no sleep, dirty, small rooms. Not 5* - This was our last stop on a 10 day trip through France. We stayed in 5* hotels throughout the journey and this hotel was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Europe. First- They should be very clear to all potential guests that they are located in a very BIG construction zone. There is a new hotel going up next to them and the construction is throughout the night. Heavy duty equipment, ground shaking noise with drilling all night long. Luckily we only stayed two nights but we didn’t not sleep during these nights. We left exhausted. The construction will likely last a very long time as it’s a huge project. Second- the rooms are old, small and VERY dirty. The carpet in the halls and rooms is stained and so gross we didn’t want to walk on it. Hair, fingerprints, moldy tile and sticky floors in bathroom. Third- the and service lobby is not at all 5*. This hotel should be a 3* hotel. We would not have been so upset and disappointed if it was advertised correctly. However, when ranking as a 5* hotel they are setting high expectation that they are far from achieving. I’m not picky, I like clean, comfortable and quiet hotels. This was none of those. Do not book here if you need any rest.

• trevorhS770TD (6/5): Don't spend money on this hotel. Not worthy. - We spent 2 nights from 9/17 to 9/19. The location is excellent, and the room features some tasteful decorative touches. I like the idea of having the welcome water while entering the lobby. Great employees in the bar and breakfast. However, several aspects of the experience were disappointing: 1. The front desk staff lacked warmth: no smiles, no patience, no welcoming gestures, and at one point, even raised their voice at a colleague while assisting us. 2. The shower design was impractical and uncomfortable to use. 3. There was no designated space for storing luggage, which made the room feel cluttered and less functional. 4. The head of hair dryer is not working.

• mac2v (10/5): Perfect Parisian home in the heart of the coty - We traveled for my wife’s birthday and picked the hotel as we loved it so much the first time we stayed there. The second time did not disappoint and we loved it even more. I had some special requests prior to our visit and everything was remembered and executed as asked. The breakfast is great, the hotel is very clean and cosy. It’s very quiet and calm in there. The spa and treatments offered are a nice touch too which can’t be found in too many hotels in the heart of Paris.
• RobertBG (10/5): A Delightful Hotel in Paris - This hotel is a little like your very wealthy friend's Parisian home, except you don't have to help do anything. And they have a sauna, a spa, and an exercise room. The room we had was large enough, with a very comfortable bed, big windows, a small table, and a refrigerator. We could make tea and coffee, but it was just as easy to go to the lobby for it. The bathroom, while quite functional, was as charming as the room. I appreciated the bidet attachment even though the water wasn't heated.The main floor served as both bar and dining area. The bar was very well stocked, and the meals were quite reasonable. My continental breakfast, included as a Hilton Gold member, consisted of yogurt, hot chocolate (my wife had coffee), a croissant, a pain au chocolat, and delicious bread. More than enough! Most important was the staff, a delightful cohort who went out of their way to make our stay special. As the hotel is in the 8th arrondissement, it is quite central to much of Paris. As Thomas Jefferson may have said, everyone has two countries -- their own and France. I hope to be back. I'll stay at Château Des Fleurs if Jefferson hasn't taken my room.
