Good price considering the location and amenities Had 2 unprofessional interactions with the staff: - on arrival (it was around 9.30 pm to be fair) the reception guy was sat in one of the lounges speaking on his phone. We initially thought he was a hotel guest as he made no effort to acknowledge us or the reception phone we were ringing. -The next day my husband had a door slammed on him by maintenance staff. The staff did apologise but it felt a bit too little to late considering the door itself is positioned next to the elevator (small area where people wait for the lift) and opens outwards with no clear signage that it is there to prevent accidents.

- Anett (10/5): Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a csomagjainkat ott hagyhattuk, a személyzet pedig rendkívül kedves, segítőkés - Szívesen ajánlom a François 1 szállást. Kiváló elhelyezkedésének köszönhetően minden könnyen elérhető volt, ami nagyban megkönnyítette az ott-tartózkodásunkat. Külön nagy segítséget jelentett, hogy a csomagjainkat érkezés előtt és távozás után is biztonságban ott hagyhattuk. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és precíz volt, mindenben készségesen segítettek. A vendégkezelésük professzionális, ugyanakkor barátságos, ami igazán kellemes élménnyé tette a tartózkodásunkat.

Vous voyagez aussi par l'hôtel. (très bien situé pour les transports, dans un quartier agréable) .Je regrette de ne pas avoir utilisé le room service !!! - MARYAM (10/5): كانت اقامه رائعه - كل شي اعجبني الفندق ممتاز من كل النواحي . يجب التدقيق على الفاتوره عند عمل الجك أوت حيث تم اضافة رسوم افطار علما ان حجزنا بدون افطار ورسوم أخرى للوصله الكهربائيه علما أننا قمنا بتسليمها لهم في نفس وقت الخروج.
