When it rained, we could shop in comfort at Harbour City itself and not have to go out of the building. The room had no view. It looked into tbe offices in tbe next building

- Cesar Jr (9/5): It was a very satisfying stay! Being located within a great mall was one of the reasons. - The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite the taxi stand being a distance away from the hotel lobby, the staff member pushed our luggage to the taxi stand located outside the building. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food choices. Overall, staying at Gateway was a smart decision. The toilet itself was obsolete and should at least have a bidet. Changing it to the Japanese modern toilet would be a great attraction.

- Felipe (8/5): Nice hotel close to everything - The location is perfect, very close to all restaurants and shops giving you the oportunity to do many things. The staff its also great, they have help me a lot recibing and sending parcels, keeping the details for me, etcs. The room is big, and confortable I think its crazy a hotel of such category has the services shared with other hotel. They dont have their own gym or swimming pool as they share it with Marco Polo hotel. Also, the rooms were out to date, they need to referesh them urgently and lastly, the breakfast: At a first glance is complete but honestly they dont have many things that you can really enjoy.
