- Anthony (8/5): A great hotel but, for us, spoiled my the mattress quality. - Great staff throughout the hotel including room maintenance. Fantastic location with great rooms. The mattresses are not comfortable at all. We used the mattress softeners but that didn’t help. We then moved rooms to try and get a better mattress but it was basically the same. Too hard and very uneven. It affected our sleep throughout the week. My partner even tried to sleep on the small couch.
- Vivian (8/5): Wonderful location especially if you want to be near the harbour and star ferry - Good size room and location is great as close to MTR shops and restaurant and the harbour. The shops in the area is high end, so if you enjoy this then location is great. Although everything is there you do have to search and walk around to look for breakfast places and restaurants. For local and authentic Hong Kong, I suggest other areas like Mongkok but there are closeby.

The staff was always so helpful for a foreigner like myself. They spoke good English lol. It was very convenient being right by the pier. Very quiet rooms very clean. - Kay (9/5): Excellent value for money, great location with very helpful staff. Would recommend! - The hotel room was really big for HK, we loved the connecting room too. Location was perfect - only a 5 min walk to the TST mtr and other key sights. Within walking distance is the TST promenade/ Avenue of Stars which shows the amazing HK skyline. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like just that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay - which we knew about before we booked though.
