• Hillery (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly! And the location was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. I love the towel warmer in the bathroom. The hotel made it easy to arrange transportation and knew how to guide me to where to buy a new phone charger when mine broke. The normal expected things when traveling in Europe - the room and bathroom are small. It was nice to have a closet, but my (admittedly large) suitcase didn't quite fit in it, so I was juggling where to put stuff.

• Bobi Ladawa (1/5): Médiocrité assuré. - Rien. Je vous déconseille de choisir cet hôtel. Il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Dans la douche, il y a des toiles d’araignée sur le balcon. Le plein tapis est très sale et on a même retrouvé un slip Bessenay, pas dans l’armoire. Quelle horreur.

• Benjamin (9/5): Very - Comfortable and spacious room. The bed and pillows were excellent. Free filtered water. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. The location is ideal to travel in Paris. Very short distance from Metro. Many great places to eat in the neibourhood. While the breakfast was very nice, with a lot of choices, it was not refilled well enough. We often ended up having to ask several time for refill. The room was quite warm and the AC didn't seem to be working/efficient.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast has a good selection of food all set out nicely. Rooms are a good size and bathroom is very spacious. It’s a very central location to rail and walking distance from lots of places. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine for one night, everything I needed was available, the bed was comfortable, clean bed linen, the room was ventilated. The pictures here are partly not true. We had a slight misunderstanding about the deposit money. We couldn't find the prices for the minibar in the room anywhere. The bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, the shower glass was dirty. There was also a cobweb on the ceiling in the room.I think the price is not what I expected. (it's too high)

The location is ideal for visiting central Paris, it is an easy walk to The Louvre, Palais Royal, Comédie Française, and many other famous sites. My ground-floor room was spacious, by Parisian standards, and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and efficient. It was also good value for Paris, at least when I stayed there.

• laurenlJ7093IO (10/5): Great Boutique Hotel in a Great Location - Great boutique hotel in an excellent location across from the Louvre. Convenient to a number of metro stops as well as easy walking distance from many attractions both on the right and left banks. Service was friendly and very helpful. The concierge/receptionist (I wish I had gotten his name) was helpful in recommending local restaurants and ways to maximize our stay while seeing the most sites...and exploring the Christmas markets. Definitely would stay here again.

The NOISE of the street was really awful - went long into the night and then garbage trucks early in the morning! And the room was so hot with no way to control the thermostat. We couldn’t open a window because of the noise...if you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you.

• Guest (7/5): Our stay was clean and comfortable in a convenient location. - Staff was very nice, the public space on the first floor was comfortable and inviting, the bed and housekeeping were impeccable Room was very small with no room to maneuver. the bathroom had a very small shower and we lost the lights in the bathroom the day before we left. Old European hotel elevator (can fit only two people) was always sounding like it was on its last legs.

• Abdelrahman (8/5): - The staff was really good, one of the best locations in paris , 3 mins away by walk from louvre museum and every close to every good restaurants and 16 mins away from opera as well so it's really good and also the room with very clean with all the things I will need It's very expensive to be honest for the value , yeah they have the best location and many good things but there's no concierge service for picking up my luggage or someone to help me the luggage it's a just single person in the reception, and also the room is too small with no view at all so it's almost dark so it's a good place to sleep yes but not to enjoy in the morning to see any view

The hairdryer cable was dusty from the start and remained so after four nights. The shower doors were in poor condition and needed maintenance or replacement. Breakfast was adequate but uninspired, and the service was shockingly unprofessional, almost nonexistent. No effort was made toward customer satisfaction. I left both surprised and disappointed.

• Wissanji (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. Quiet hotel inside but streets were busy and exciting. - Lovely front desk personnel. Excellent location near cafes and the Louvre. The elevator is extremely small. Any guest that is larger than a size 18, will have trouble fitting in the elevator, especially with luggage. Width is less than an arm span. The stairs are narrow and winding.

• Q5257GTrichardo (6/5): Average but comfortable accommodation - The room was comfortable however it was quite stuffy as windows were kept closed at night time.for security reasons. We were advised the air conditioning does not run during cooler months but there was no supply air at all. At check-in we were issued with one room card between the 2 of us. When a second card was requested, it took 3 attempts to get both cards working. The receptionist kept cancelling the 'first' card on each occasion. Finally, the night manager knew how to issue 2 cards with both working.

• NY_Cyclist (8/5): Good hotel - Clean rooms, good location. Room on the small side had a shower. Very good access to the Seine River and the louvre. Tons of nearby places to eat. Hotel is a bit pricey but this is probably due to being in a good area.
